Your wish is my command Skyqueen. And guess what? It's a big one.

Suddenly, a loud rustle came from the undergrowth behind him. Ruuko spun around and flexed his paws. He sighed in relief when he heard the voices coming out off the bush. They sound like Sparrowheart and Bluefur. Ruuko still wonders why Bluefur has that odd name. He shook the thought away and concentrated with all his might back onto the party. His job was to kill any stragglers, not to stare at bushes. His head span when he heard more whispers coming from the same bush.
"Don't go out! They will tare us to shreds!"
"Then what should I do, oh great and mighty Sparrowheart?"
"We should stay here until the cost is clear. Don't you know anything?"
"Well, if we do that, then we will never tell Ruuko about what where going to do!"
"Tell him when he is all alone you half wit."
"That's not the point! ..... Look, I'm just going to say that your a bigger half wit and leave it at that."
Ruuko growled as they continued on into there little rant.
If this goes on, then Gaul will catch them and kill them! I'd better do something.... Why do they have to do this....?
"Err... Excuse me... Can you pass on a message to Gaul?" Ruuko asked Forest, who was walking next to him. Forest was ordered to stay at the rear and help Ruuko kill the stragglers, but Forest seems very hesitant to do the job.
"Sure! Hey, you! No, not you! The ape who is next to you! ........ Yeah, um, could you pass on a message to the ape in front off you? And get that ape to pass it on and so on? Until the message gets to Gaul?" Forest whispered.
The ape nodded, and Ruuko's eyes bubbled with amusement.
"Okay, the message is that.... Ruuko, what's the message!?"
"The message...?" Ruuko looked comfused for a heartbeat. "Oh, right! Sorry. I sense something from that bush over there, and I'm just wondering if Gaul could stop for a second...."
Forest nodded in understanding.
"Right, you got that?" Forest asked the small ape, who was known as Sharpfang.
Sharpfang nodded, but he hesitated before he passed on the message. Ruuko watched as the line off whispers traveled to Rockheart, and then to Gaul, and he tired not to flinch when Gaul stared at him coldly. Gaul raised his staff, a silent command that tells the party to stop in it's tracks. The apes halted in front off Gaul, some eyes turned to Ruuko, while some where completely clueless on what Gaul was about to say.
"Ruuko, are you sure you sense danger from that bush close to you?" Gaul yelled loud enough for him to hear. It was hard to listen, because there was a large amount off beasts between him and Gaul. Ruuko wasn't surprise that Gaul couldn't sense anything.
"Yes, I'm positive." Ruuko could hear gasps from the undergrowth behind him. Sparrowheart and Bluefur didn't see this coming.
"Well, I'm afraid we can't stop now. The eclipse is nigh! We will march on, but slowly. You will find out who's in that bush, deal with it, and then catch up to our party. I'm sure we won't be far away, since we will be moving slowly. If it takes you along time to take care off the job, then you will have too use your nostrils too find us. Understood?"
"Loud and clear, sir." Ruuko growled as loudly as he could.
"Forest, you help Ruuko too. No buts, okay?" This time, the roar came from Rockheart.
Ruuko stared at Forest in shock. What would she do if she would to find out that Sparrowheart and Bluefur knew Ruuko?! This was a secret that only he and Cynder where supposed to share, until the 'large incident' of course.... But there was nothing he could do. It's ether introduce Forest to the two young dragons, or get his tail ripped off by Rockheart, and hear the blood spatter onto the ground. He waited until the party marched on again until he dared to lead Forest to the bush.
"Okay... Forest.... come... with me...." Ruuko gulped.

Yep. And here is another big one!

Ruuko closed his eyes and led Forest to the bush that Sparrowheart and Bluefur where hiding. He saw Blueflame and Sparroheart's tails vanishing amongst the bracken. He wanted to say that he was wrong, and there was really nothing here, but he knew that Forest saw there tails vanishing. Ruuko sighed and followed the two dragons, picking up the pace a little. Right now, he just wanted to get this over and done with.... But the biggest rule off the pack went through his mind. What would Forest do if she would to find out about everything? Would she obey that one rule, or would she obey him?

At last, Ruuko could see there tails again, and he padded faster until he burst through a large clearing. Right in the open, stood a shocked Sparrowheart and Bluefur. There tails raised high. But they relaxed when they saw Ruuko. They didn't seem too see the pretend hostility in Ruuko's eyes. They did, however, shrunk two times there normal size as Forest rested her questioning gaze on them.
"Well.... Look who we have here... A couple off dragons... Look, you guys better scram, okay?" Ruuko spat. He twitched his tail irritably and grinned his teeth. He even shock his paws and and jabbed his head towards Forest. Ruuko tried to get through to them through body language, he tried the best he could to get them to understand that he was only saying it because Forest is here, but the two young dragons didn't seem to get the message.
"Hey, what are you talking about?! Ruuko, it's me! Sparrowheart! And this is my sister, Bluefur! Don't you remember?"
"Maybe he hit his head." Bluefur laughed.
Ruuko sighed heavily. He had to tell Forest the truth, now that these armatures ruined his cover. He opened his mouth to speak, but Forest spoke first.
"Are these friends off yours? How adorable! I never knew that the great Ruuko had a soft side! But still.... you're no supposed to be playing with.... These kids.... After all, I bet they admire the purple dragon, don't you two you little sweet pumpkins?"
"Of course we do." Sparrowheart stood up strait. "I admire the purple dragons! I heard a new purple dragon was born not that long ago. I would give up my horns to meet him!"
"Becoming as famous and as powerful as the purple dragon is my dream!" Bluefur blurted out. "Don't you agree, Ruuko!?"
"Yeah, sure, whatever." Ruuko answered. He turned to glare at Forest. "You... please.... don't.... don't.... It's not what it looks like.... they where desperate..... they needed to be taught how to hunt otherwise... they wouldn't off been standing here today..... Please understand....."
"We want to come with you, Ruuko and Forest! We... We don't want to see you leave! I-I will deeply miss you if you did leave us.... After all, you are the one that trained us... We wouldn't off been alive today if it weren't for you... We're really sorry! But please! Don't hurt us!" Bluefur suddenly blurted out.
Ruuko glared at her. He wanted to cut her neck open. They coursed enough trouble for him just by turning up, and now they want to follow him!? What's next!? Sleep with him? Eat with him? Ruuko ignored his thoughts and focus his full attention on Forest. Who knows what's going through her mind at this very moment.
"Forest.... You won't.... Will you?" Ruuko pleaded. "Please don't do it... Don't slaughter them..."
"It's ether now or later, you know that Ruuko. It's against the rules.... To be friends with a couple off dragons who are friends with the purple dragon is the worst rule that you can brake. And you know that any dragons who are allies with the purple dragons must be dealt with.... It's Malefor's rules. And I-err... I meant we!- cannot brake anyone off them, otherwise the dark spirits will.... be angry... with me." Forest whispered the last two words so faintly that Ruuko didn't hear them. He watched in horror as Forest stared bluntly at the two dragons.
Ruuko didn't know what to do. He didn't want to fight his own companion, and he didn't want to go back to the party drenched in blood and with a fainted Forest on his back ether. Or worse, he didn't want Forest to return to the party drenched in blood with a fainted Ruuko on her back! And worst off all, he didn't want to see Bluefur and Sparrowheart get slaughtered before his very eyes!
"What do you mean? Why do you hate the purple dragon....?" Sparrowheart asked.
"I'm sorry Ruuko, but these dragons have to go too their own ancestors. They now know about us...."
"Only because you blurted out the rules out loud!" Ruuko began to protest.
"They would off found out anyway." Forest looked away. "I will have to do this quick. I don't want to lose Gaul's tribe." Forest took a step towards the two young dragons.
"I won't let this dog thingy kill you," Sparrowheart spread out his right wing infront off Bluefur. "I will make sure she doesn't lay a scratch on you."
"Thanks brother, but I think I can handle it." Bluefur spat. "Females aren't weak idiot." There was a hint off amusement in her eyes.
Ruuko new that they wouldn't be able to defeat Forest. They won't be able to handle her speed! They still have a long way to go before they would be able to fight off even a lion! Not to mention they don't have an element of there own!

Oh no, what will happen next

Sparrowheart started off the fight by pouncing on Forest. He dug his claws into her belly. Bluefur padded towards them to help him.
Forest shock him off and struck him in the stomach before he could move. Bluefur screeched in agony and leaped towards Forest, but the death hound was much faster. Forest quickly moved out the way and picked Bluefur up by the wing. She threw her into a tree in a blink off an eye.
Forest is just too fast... Just like a normal death hound.... Those two will never win! I have to do something before this turns ugly!
Ruuko sprang into the fight, but before he could move anymore, Sparrowheart got up and swiped a paw at Forest. It scratched the side off her pelt, and blood started to stain her fur.
"Awww.... Look what you did to my fur..... It took me ages to get that cleaned!" Forest whined.
Sparrowheart was now on the defensive side. He picked up the pace a little and watched Forest's every move, but he got hit by every single blow. He wanted to move faster, but his legs just won't respond quick enough. In a couple off heart beats, Sparrowheart fell to the floor, his right hind leg bleeding.
"That's enough!" Ruuko screeched. But no one heard him. He had no clue what to do. As much as he wanted to stop his best friend, he just couldn't lay a claw on her.
He watched as Bluefur got up and ran towards Forest. She managed to get a blow on her left hind leg, enough to slow Forest down a little, but she was still faster then Bluefur.
"I'm doing this for you own good, little pumpkins!" Forest moaned as she scrapped Bluefur's skin.
"I'm not going to die so soon, thank you very much." Bluefur retorted.
She dodged a death blow to her neck by just an inch, but she got hit in the stomach with the same attack that Forest did to Sparrowheart. Her eyes went blurry as Forest threw her into a tree again, this time alot more power in the throw.
"Now... it's time to deal with you. Stand still, okay sweaty? I promise it won't be painful! You will die in a heartbeat! It will be just a quick bite to the neck." Forest growled, her gaze resting on Sparrowheart. She took a couple off steps back, and then she ran towards him at full speed.
Ruuko just couldn't let this happen. Without thinking, Ruuko ran infront off Sparrowheart, his heart pounding.

"Sparrowheart!" Bluefur called. She limped over to him. "Are you alright?" She asked.
"I'm... fine... But I don't think Ruuko is...." Sparrowheart pointed his tail towards Ruuko. "Are you- Oh... No! No! Not that! Anything but that!"
Infront off his very eyes, stood Ruuko, whose shoulder was drenched in blood. Forest had both, her jaws and claws rapped around it. Ruuko's front paws were jabbed into her face.
"I saw it.... Ruuko basically yanked his arms out infront off him to defend himself from that beast. But Forest was so quick... and Ruuko didn't have enough power behind the blow.... Forest pushed his arms back as if they were butter, and got too his shoulder anyway.... Forest looked shocked, so I don't think she meant to hurt him." It was Bluefur who spoke. "Ruuko, are you okay?"
"You're not the Forest I know..." Ruuko grunted, obviously not hearing Bluefur's question. He felt weak, and he flopped down to the ground. But he got back onto his paws slowly. Ruuko felt the energy from his shoulder draining away.
"The Forest I know wouldn't even harm a fly.... This isn't like you... Can't you see what you're doing!? You where about too kill a couple off young dragons... Who still have a huge life ahead off them!"
"S-stop talking! You will save all your energy that way!" Forest didn't know what to say. She stood there in shock, with splotches off Bluefur's blood on her face, with a mix off Ruuko's blood.
"Why does it matter...?" Ruuko responded tartly. He turned around and faced a cowardly Sparrowheart and Bluefur.
"You.... You two... and Forest.... Everyone.... you're all acting like idiots... Fighting.... And look what happened to a black dragon, or a black cat, who tried to stop the fight.... You're all idiots!" Ruuko spat.
"Ruuko.... I'm sorry... But I need to do this... You don't understand. You will never understand why I have to do this." Forest forced herself not to stare at Ruuko while she rested her claws on the two young dragons. They where both weak, and they couldn't fight back.
"Don't you do it Forest...." Ruuko roared. But he knew he was too weak to move.
Forest ignored him as she lifted her paws, ready to slaughter her prey.

Over 10 heart beats had past, and Forest still stood there with her claws raised high. Her eyes where filled with compassion, and forgiveness.
"I... I can't.... I can't do it...." Forest's voice went into a deep whisper. "I just can't do it."
She rested her claws on the ground again.
"I can't do it! I'm going to get into trouble now! I'm sorry Malefor!" Forest screeched.
"What are you talking about Forest!?" Ruuko asked. "You decided... not to kill them! That's a good thing, right?"
"No, it's not.... You see, I once broke a rule when I was younger. Malefor got angry with me because I let him down. He told me that I would to brake a rule again, then me and my friends would get killed. And when I said friend, I meant you, Ruuko. If I don't kill these dragons, the Malefor would kill both of us..." Forest sighed. "I'm sorry, but this is the end for us. I just know it."
Ruuko shock his head. Why would Malefor kill him? He should know as well as he know that he is Malefor's only hope in escaping the prison... Although, Malefor might not off known that it was him. Maybe he will spare Forest's life, and his life after all. And even if Malefor does try to kill Forest, Ruuko knew that he would never let it happen.
"You won't get killed Forest. And I won't get killed ether. You know why? It's because we are Malefor's only hope of realising him from his prison. According to Gaul, I'm the one who was supposed to free Malefor, not Cynder. If you would to help me, then Malefor has no reason to kill you, because I will need your help in order to do this. Malefor find out on his own that if you would to die, then I wouldn't be able to do the mission.... No, not alone... I just can't. I need someone by me.... You hear me Malefor!? I need Forest by my side in order to do this mission!" Ruuko screeched.
"Ruuko.... Thanks.... But what about Sparrowheart and Bluefur? There injured and I think they're knocked out... And just look at your shoulder, Ruuko... And the pack..." Forest bumped her head on a nearby stone. "It's all my fault that this happened... I'm sorry!"
"Hey, don't blame yourself, alright? Where in this together. My shoulder is fine. It's not that bad actually. It's nothing that I can't handle. The pack needs me more then you. Besides, I need to help them to that eclipse thingy." Ruuko sighed.
"That won't happen until a while. What you need is some rest. I will keep an eye on things." Forest grunted. "Don't act so high and mighty, Ruuko. I know I bet really hard on your shoulder. I felt my teeth scrape bone."
".... Alright..... But only for a little while." Ruuko flopped to the ground.
"The pack said that they will move slowly. My nose will be able to detect their sent. So you just need to follow me." Forest responded.
"Heh, you're acting quite serious. I've never seen this side of you before."
"Oh, there are other sides to me as well. Don't get me started."
"Oh, I won't...." Ruuko sighed. He just wanted to get to the Mountain of Malefor already. But instead, he is lying here, in a clump off ferns.

Forest just laughed at Ruuko's anger, even though her eyes showed signs off awareness.
"Oh, come on Ruuko. Do you really believe that Gaul needs your help? Gaul can do it by himself, once he gets the power from Malefor. He is only saying that because that way, he won't have to do all the work. Yep, he is a big pain in the ass when he gets lazy." Forest responded. "I got this under control. Just leave it all too me."

CHAPTER 11:

Ruuko opened his eyes to find a bunch off ferns all around him. Next to him, he could feel the vibration off someone's chest breathing softly. Ruuko lifted his head, and then he began to shiver from the head to the end of his tail blade.
I must off fell asleep without notecing.... I wounder if the tribe made it to the moutain of Malefor. Ruuko thought.
He got up and shock himself, then he forced himself to focus on what happened before he fell asleep.
Lets see.... I led Forest to Sparrowheart and Bluefur.... Forest tried to kill them... I saved Sparrowheart's life, and virtually got my shoulder torn to pieces.... Wait, my shoulder..... it stopped bleeding! And why doesn't it hurt!? Forest! I have to ask Forest!
Ruuko jumped out off the ferns, shock off the remaining leaves, and padded around the clearing. In a couple off heart beats, Ruuko could see a tiny tail poking out off a berry bush. Then he could see two pairs off eyes and a muzzle, and then out came Forest with a bunch off blueberrys crushed inside her mouth. Her leg fur roused, telling him to keep quiet while she had her evening meal. Ruuko sighed and sat down impatiently as Forest ate the swollen berrys cheerfully.

When she had finished, she sat down, whipping the juice off her chin.
"You're awake!" Forest splatted out the remains off blue berry skin onto the sand as she spoke. "I'm glad."
"Yeah yeah, anyway, did you heal my shoulder when I was asleep?" Ruuko asked. If Forest did healed his shoulder, then those herbs must off been really good at healing.
"What...? No... I didn't do anything.... The bleeding somehow stopped after you fell asleep... Wait, is your shoulder still hurting?" Forest added.
"No..... I told you, my shoulder feels numb.... I can't feel it, but I can somehow move it.... The same thing happened before, when my chest got torn to pieces.... I thought I was going to die! When I woke up, I couldn't feel any pain, and there was no scar what so ever." Ruuko responded loudly. "Do I have healing powers...? Maybe... just maybe...."
"I don't know.... It would be great if you did though. I mean, that would be really useful for you Ruuko! All you need to do is sleep, and when you wake up, your wounds are all healed up! It's amazing! I'd give up every piece off fur on my pelt to be you right now."
Oh, you don't want to be me... trust me.... Ruuko thought rather coldly. Not the way I'm going through.... at the moment....
"Come on, lets wake Sparrowheart and Bluefur.... I just hope they don't know too much.... If they do, then maybe I might have to swipe off there tails to keep there mouth shut." Forest mumbled.
Ruuko spun around to face her, his tail was slashing side to side in the air. He didn't want her to try and kill the two young dragons again! But he relaxed when he saw the amusement glowing in her eyes.
"Oh, you never let me have any fun." Forest laughed.

"It sure is getting dark quickly....." Ruuko whispered. "We should get going..."
"Yeah..... It should still be daylight outside... If this is the case, then that must mean that Gaul has arrived at the Mountain off Malefor.... and made the eclipse happen...."
"You know... I've been confused by this since Gaul mentioned it... I really don't get what's going on...."
"Yeah, I agree. Gaul doesn't explain things very well.... And sometimes, things just don't make sense at all. But now... I think I finely understand.... You see.... Gaul wants reva-"
"I know that part! I just want to know why Gaul is moving the the mountain off Malefor, and wants to form an eclipse... Or whatever he's doing!" Ruuko interrupted.
"Oh, sorry. Sit down then, and I will tell you."

Ruuko sat down on the soft sand. He was aware off Sparrowheart and Bluefur both sleeping soundly near by. He focused his full attention on Forest when she opened her mouth to speak.

Sorry, that part was really, really short, but I need time to really think about what Gaul is going to do.... So... I need alot off thinking time....

"One off the reasons why Gaul left to go too the mountain off Malefor is because he didn't want the purple dragon too find him." Forest began, but she was cut off as Ruuko opened his mouth too speak.
"So.... Gaul is a coward!? Why didn't he stay to face the purple dragon like a true warrior!?"
"Because...... he wasn't ready.... too tell you the truth, he was afraid that the purple dragon would kill him. I mean, Cynder is just as strong as him, yet the purple dragon defeated her, didn't he? I think Gaul just wanted to keep the purple dragon off his tail while he thought off something else. After all, the mountain off Malefor is a dangerous place too those who despise Malefor. It will take any powerful dragon a long time too get too it, even the purple dragon will have a bit off trouble." Forest answered.
"Heh. The purple dragon made it this far, didn't he? He managed to save the guardians, and he defeated Cynder. And I thought Cynder was the most powerful dragon alive. One swipe of her claws could cut anyone in half. If that purple dragon defeated her, then I wouldn't survive for a heartbeat against that pest. And he's so small... and young too.... He only looked around ten...." Ruuko couldn't believe that such a young looking dragon could possibly defeat a powerful, huge dragoness like Cynder. He just couldn't believe it. Now he knows the true power off a purple dragon, and it doesn't look pretty at all.
"I guess I can't blame Gaul for moving...." Ruuko replied.
"You are only a thirteen year old dragon in disguise." Forest pointed out. "And There is another reason why Gaul wants too move. The eternal night is happening because of Malefor trying escape his prison. You see.... Cynder may not off succeeded with the dark crystals, but she gave Malefor enough strength and energy for him too use his powers to fight back the prison. He may still cannot escape it, but alot off side effects are coming from it. The Celestial Moons-which are the two moons that appear above the Mountain off Malefor- cant handle the side affects, so they're growing out off control, forming the night off eternal darkness, and now, that night is starting to come. Gaul believes that he could suck power out off the two moons, then he would have enough power to face the purple dragon himself, and kill the dragon. But he doesn't know for sure that the Celestial moons would give him some off there strength. Legend has it that there is both, a dragoness and a dragon who are the two celestial moons. They are the gods off the sky, so they will only give Gaul there strength if the darkness overwhelms them both. And even then, they might still refuse."

"That's... Completely different too what Gaul said he was going to do.... What about the part where Malefor is going to use his powers to control the purple dragon? What about the eclipse?"
"Lies. All lies." Forest responded, shaking her head viscously. "I can't deny it anymore..... He said that to satisfy everyone. I overheard him talking too Rockheart. He doesn't know what would happen when the purple dragon finds him. He just hopes for the best. He said that the eclipse would happen today, but he is only saying that because he wants too get away from the purple dragon. There is no eclipse happening whatsoever."

"Wait... So he lied too everyone!?" Ruuko growled, getting onto his feet. He clenched the grass in his paws and felt it rip between his claws. "Why would he do that?!"
"Because he didn't want all the apes to care about his safety. That's just the way he is. He is too proud to get help, so he lies too make sure he doesn't get it. Everyone is happy because they think Gaul knows exactly what he is doing, but he actually doesn't have a clue."
"Now that's putting it rather bluntly, isn't it?" Ruuko grunted tartly. He couldn't believe Gaul lied to everyone. Now every creature in Gaul's pack believes that Gaul has everything under control, yet they don't know that Gaul is really completely clueless on what he is doing.

Ruuko got up and shock himself. Small blades of grass drummed onto the sandy earth, and the Forest seemed like it was staring into space.
"I guess I will wake up Bluefur and Sparrowheart." Ruuko said. "The two who coursed all this mess....."
Ruuko turned around, but a soft slap on the shoulder made him stop in his tracks. Ruuko turned around to see Forest shaking her head swiftly. Her tail dragged on the ground as if a bear slaughtered it.
"I don't think that will be necessary. Look at them. I don't think they had a good sleep like this for a long time. I think we should just let them rest here. I will leave a trail full off strong sent for them too follow when they wake up." Forest barked. "We should get going, now."
Ruuko was shocked.
"What!? But what about there injuries!?" Ruuko began too protest.
"Their injuries aren't that bad. I'm positive that they will be fine. Now come on. We have to get moving!" Forest muttered.
Ruuko sighed brutally and followed Forest. They padded through the undergrowth, and Ruuko's skin nearly got caught in the branches.
Forest lead him out into the open. In the far distance, a tall tree just stood there, all alone, and the grass around it looked soft and shaggy.
"Where do we go now?" Ruuko asked Forest, who was sniffing the ground for a sent.
In about two heartbeats, Forest's ears shot up and her large eyes gleamed.
"Over there. They went that way." Forest pointed her nose towards the shaggy cliffs in the distance.
"They haven't gone far. I guess they're already there too. Hey, look!" Forest suddenly screamed at Ruuko. "I can see a tall mountain, it's not that far away! It's far to cloudy to see the celestial moons.... "
"So.... that is the mountain.... The mountain of Malefor....." Ruuko whispered. "You're right. It's not that far away."
"Then lets go." Forest beamed. "Off to the mountain of Malefor!"

I don't think I will be writing anything for a while now. Things have been going on at my High School and it's not good. I've been stressed for about a week now. And it's not about bullying.

Here is the new prologue.

Leaves swayed gently onto rocks. The river gushed calmly in the wind. A see through dragon, with stars in her scales, padded across the dirty earth. Plants grew, then died of old age every time she set a paw down. She halted in front of the river, and her gentle gaze rested on it's shimmering sparkles of light.
"You brought me into the living world.... What do you have to speak?" The dragon asked.
The river sparkled in return, and the dragon sighed as Starlight shone through the clearing.
"I understand..... Thank you for sharing that with me.... I will speak to Firefrost and Dawnearth about this." She whispered before she disappeared into the light.

"Firefrost.... Dawnearth.... There is something I must tell you. It must be spoken of now."
Firefrost got up onto his four paws, while Dawnearth, who was already awake, rested her gaze onto something only she can see.
"What is it, Cloudberry?" Firefrost asked.
Cloudberry shock herself, and the silver stars on her skin started to glitter in the moonlight. She opened her mouth to speak, but only ended up coughing up a piece of a star. She hesitated, feeling a bit embarrassed, and opened her mouth to speak again, this time more clearly.
"The Great River.... The water spirit dragon..... It spoke to me." Cloudberry replied. "It told me..... Something important...."
Dawnearth's tail shot up unexpectedly, and Firefrost closed his eyes, giving Cloudberry a small nod for her to continue.
"Forest..... The forest is doomed." Cloudberry rasped. "It will fall under the claws of Malefor."
Firefrost's eyes flung open in shock, while Dawnearth just spat.
"How is that possible? Before, the river told us that things are going to work out fine!" It was Dawnearth who spoke. "Besides, Malefor is locked up in a prison."
"The spiritual water dragon doesn't know everything" Firefrost pointed out. "Ruuko may be the one who will stop this war, but remember, he is under Gaul's spell at the moment. No one knows when he will break free of it, not even all the spirits in the living and the spirit world will know."
"Spyro, the purple dragon, is the dragon who is more then likely to save the living world." Dawnearth growled rather darkly. "After all, he is the purple dragon."
"That is true." Firefrost admitted. "But he is only preventing the world from leading to the paws of Malefor until Ruuko breaks free of the corruption. After that, his time as the legendary purple dragon is up, and he is free to do what he wishes. He may be the purple dragon, but he can't spend the rest of his life saving the world. It's Ruuko's job to clean up the rest."
"Then peace will come at last." Cloudberry ended the conversation.
"Not quite." Dawnearth snorted. "Purple dragons are born for a reason, and that is saving lives. If there is no lives to save, then why should anyone get born with powers made for that job? It's obvious that there will be more destruction in the future. And when that happens, I don't want anything to do with it."
Firefrost sighed and rested his tail on Cloudberry's shoulder.
"I see.... I don't think you had enough sleep. You're as grouchy as an old badger today." Firefrost said in amusement.
"I'm just stressed that everything that we planned is going all wrong." Dawnearth snapped. "The Forest's destruction?! That wasn't supposed to happen!"
"Carm down, Dawnearth." Cloudberry rasped. "It might happen, but it might not. We will just have to wait and see. The best thing we can do now is watch and see what happens. If things start to get ugly, then we can get the Celestial Spirits to help us in these dark times.
