"and i stopped careing" there was no emotion in his voice. every thing in the room started to freeze.. including fireball.

Fireball surrounded himself in fire.

Fireflight didn't move.

"you don't have much time left, frosty! i stabbed her with a dragon slayers dagger! she only has a few moments left! tick toc!" he said. then Fireball disappeared.

Starfire smiled.
"ok..." she said.

A dark glow began forming down Starfire's arm. It slowly changed her black and made her grow.

frostbolt teleported next to fireflight. he picked her up. "i'm.... i'm sorry....." tears fell off of his face.

Starfire looked at herself.
"woah....i never grew with Blackstar....." she said. her voice got darker. her eyes changed to a dark blue.

'This isn't Blackstar... This is you...'

frostbolt began to cry hystarically. "i'm sorry.. i'm sorry.. i was too weak to save you..."

A laugh of a female was heard in the very same room Frostbolt was in.

Starfire became more dark.
"cool...."

Fireflight barely opened her eyes, and looked at him.

frostbolt hugged fireflight and still cried hystarically. he was to upset to speak.

Starfire stopped when she reached teen size, but continued to darken.

Starfire looked at herself. she kept getting darker.

Fireflight couldn't speak.

Her darkness soon stopped as she reached the point where her body was black.

Starfire looked at herself.
"cool...i look kinda like Nightflight..."

Fireflight started to close her eyes again.

frostbolt cried harder. " curse me and my weaknesses.. i'm sorry.. i'm sorry....." he cried harder and was onlt able to sqeak out the words," i love you fireflight."

'And now your new life awaits you...'

Fireflight coughed up some blood.

frostbolt wiped the blood of of fireflight. " are you in pain..?"

Fireflight nodded her head. she couldn't speak.

Starfire smiled.
"cool..."

Nightfire then smiled at her. He then teleported the two away back to Zenith's cave.

"i'm sorry..." frostput her down gently and put a paw over her stab wound. he numbed it.

Fireflight felt a little better.

Starfire looked around the cave.

Nightfire lay down. He continued smiling even after shutting his eyes.

frostbolt cried over fireflight. " i'm sorry... i'm so sorry..." he looked enraged and depressed at the same time.

Fireflight closed her eyes.

Starfire layed down, and continued smiling.

'So, what's your plan now?' Nightfire said, opening his eyes.

Starfire looked at him. then she felt a slight pain. she put her paw over her chest.

'You ok?'

Starfire felt more pain.
"no.....i'm still an empath....my moms in pain....i think....someone...tried to kill her...."

'Fireball....'

Starfire roared in pain.

Fireflight was close to death.

Nightfire wanted to help, but couldn't think of what to do.

Fireflight was near death.

Starfire roared in pain. she could feel Fireflight's pain.

Nightfire couldn't stand watching her in pain any longer. He used his powers to try and separate the connection.

Starfire stopped roaring. she then layed down.

Fireflight was motionless.

Nightfire panted and lay back down again.

Starfire layed her head down.
"being an empath sucks sometimes...." she said.

Fireflight didn't move.

'Being with a empath sucks sometimes... No offence.'

"i guess i could understand that.....but its not like i can change who i am..."

'I can change your sides... considering your dark now...'

"there have been dark empaths before.....but they still had the empath powers....its just diffrent when your dark....i don't feel anything now....i wonder....if my mom is.....dead..."

'Don't worry star...' Nightfire felt light headed after he said that. He began using a power, then started feeling dizzy and hot.

Starfire looked at him.
"are you ok?"

He didn't respond at first. He eventually looked up at her.
'Yeah, should be fine....' He tried to continued the power.

"ok..." she said. she had a concerned look on her face.

Fireflight was motionless.

He continued trying, but his vision quickly blurred. He was breathing fast. He shortly after collapsed.

Starfire went over to him.
"Nightfire?! are you ok?!" she asked. she was more worried now.

Nightfire didn't wake up.

"Nightfire?!!" she asked. then she tried healing him, but nothing happened. she raised her paws, and looked at them. "whats going on with my.......oh....i just rememebered.....dark empaths can't heal! i lost my power to heal when i became dark!"
