"Sure." I said.

"Thanks." I replied, still having difficulty trying to get up.

Lightmé and I advanced upon the door, bow blades in hand. She tried hers, but the tip was too thin. "Um...what about the blades together?" I suggested, putting mine by the keyhole. She shrugged and inserted hers as well.

OoC: Should I have it work or not?

[[Yeah.]]

I just awaited.

There was a satisfying click as the door opened. I stepped back in surprise, and the door withdrew inward, granting us passage into the castle. I coughed a little, as the castle air smelled very dry, as if the door had rarely been opened before. Lightmé struggled, but finally stood up using the door frame. "Well? Come on, let's go!" She hobbled into the castle.

I tried to get up, I succeeded, but fell face down. Thankfully, I had a large right arm to prop myself up.

I hobbled after Shadmé with Prex on my back.


[[Damm! Prex isn't actieve!]]

OoC: Needs moar Prex, Lyv and redwes. Plus, I have to go downstairs and "be social". Don't go far without me please! D:

I grabbed onto NINJAsk's back and helped.

"Thanks." I said.

"No problem, so, ting that key in or out?" I asked, confused.

[[Yes, Agreed. Enough now.]]

OoC: Lyv didn't say stop posting! Just maybe slow down a bit? :3

Anyhow, it has begun! NINJAsk and I are writing DS Avatar Mishap: The Fanfiction. Feel free to check our progress!

"Finally!? I enjoyed this!" I said.

I smiled at NINJAsk. Yes, it did seem so long ago since when we had to sit together and comfort her homesickness. But the end was approaching. Hopefully we still had DarkSpyro after this...right?
Stepping forward, I felt a strange emotion overcome me. Fear. Something about the castle was extremely off, as if there had been an accident. I took a deep breath, accidentally inhaling some dust and coughing. Lightmé groaned at my stupidity and continued looking around. From our connection, I sensed she was feeling...excitement. Why? Did she hate us that much?

I sighted. "I feel alone... Yet so excited we're going to fight."

"I-I'm here, NINJAsk," I said, putting a hand on her shoulder. "We'll face this as a whole. No matter what happens. We've done everything together- no one would desert now." I pulled out my bow, for defense.
My eyes were finally adjusting to the darkness of the first room, and realized it was more like a straightforward, short hallway. It lead to another room, where a plaque read, "Main Room of Arrival and Departures." I glanced at the others, wondering if they saw it as well.

I just stared.

I followed Shadme from behind and saw the plaque, "What does that mean?" I asked.

"If I had to guess...I'd say where users were supposed to spawn in and leave, as if this place was going to be a place we could come to freely..." I continued staring at it. "That may be our best place to check out first, if we want to leave..."

"I'm not leaving until the peace has restored." I replied.

I nodded as I searched through the rubble.

I lifted up a piece of rubble to look underneath it, "Nothing here," I commented.

OoC: What do you mean, until peace has been restored? I am confused.

OCC: When whoever caused the cataclysm is foiled/reformed.

OoC: We all are under the impression dark52 did it, so we should technically be looking for him. It's implied he might be lurking in the main room the plaque details.

I chuckled despite myself as I watched popfizz and NINJAsk. "dark52's not gonna be under there! He has a castle- why hide under rubble?" I gestured to the whole area with my arms. "I don't think we should split up, but we should be checking a wider area."

"There could be some kind of hidden door," I explained, "we just need to keep looking!"

"True," I replied, and looked around as well. However, I wasn't interested in exploring this room. The one ahead of us was way larger. So I snuck over and snuck my head the main room.
As I'd predicted, it was huge. Large enough to support the entrance of several dozens of users. Lightmé was in the corner, in front of a barely-lit screen. "Lightmé?" I asked. "What're you doing?"
At my voice the doppelgänger jumped and turned around. "Nothing, Shadmé! Just looking." I glared, not trusting her. "Find anything...useful?"
Lightmé waved her arm, indicating the whole room. "It branches off. But dark52's not in this room." I nodded and turned around. "Hey popfizz! Look!"

I followed into Shadme and Lightme's location quickly, "Yes?" I asked.

The room that we'd been in had a big screen, and the computer setup was what Lightmé was standing in front of. Capsules of varying sizes lined the walls, and there was the faint imprint of a set-in circle in the middle. If we could get it set up...could we get home?
I shook it off. Lightmé was working on that now. I hoped. "This room branches off into different rooms." I glanced between the various plaques. "Power Room. Laboratory D. Rest Rooms. ...Ripto/Gnorc Rooms. Training Rooms. Administration Office. Where should we go?"

"Power room? We should try that...." I said.

Darin had silently the followed the group.

I just look around.

"Sounds good Lyv, should I go to the power room?" I asked.

I flew up and researched the sealing.

"Speaking of which, where is the power room?" I asked.

I pointed down the hallway the plaque saying Power Room was located. "Down that hall. And I'm not sure splitting up's the best..." My spine tingled, as it felt like someone was watching us. I stepped forward stiffly, glancing down the Power Room hallway.

I ran down to the power room and pried the door open with my arms.

I just stared at a cartain place.

OoC: Ohohoh, you're gonna love the power room... *evil laugh*

I quickly followed popfizz as he opened the room. The room was hourglass-shaped, and we were at one end of it. It was poorly-put together, as if someone had added the other side of the hourglass fairly recently. Here, there was a rounded capsule, with two stands. On these stands, it appeared as if something had been held here once. Now only a couple pieces remained...shards of red and blue.
I recognized them immediately. Red and Blue Chain pieces! I glanced to my wrist, where my bracelet made of parts of both chains rested. Why were there chain pierces here?

OoC: Prologue of the fanfiction hints what this place is. ;3 But the Chains are with us...so what is the place being powered by now?

OCC: *gulps*

I look over at Shadme, "Are you alright?" I asked in concern.

I stand beside Shadmé. "Chain pieces..."

My mouth was slightly agape as I took everything in. We were in a power room. And the chains had been here...maybe not now, but...they had been used for power, at one point. That was my theory, at least. If that were true, what was powering this place now? Why were we still alive?
I was shaken out of my thoughts by popfizz. "Er, I'm not sure...it's really strange..."

"Should I pull these out?" I asked Shadme, gesturing towards the chains.

A rage came to me as soon as Popfizz asked. "Fudge no!" I yelled at him.

I jumped back, somewhat surprised, "Why not?" I asked scared.
