'Well, you know she doesnt have wings and breaths improperly? I think she might have problems with her mind aswell.......She seems to play with nothing and doesnt make any sound, not even when she hurts herself.'

"she is diffrent........she may never be normal, unless we take her to that dragon is like her.....but i don't want to make Snow mad at me again.....i could try healing her......but she isn't hurt exactly....shes just not normal..."

'I dont know though. She absulotly fine, except in her mind.........i want to know things about her, but she doesnt speak, and when she looks at me when i talk, her attention drifts off and she starts playing with no one again.......I think she might be dyslexic'

"thats posssible....you know, Fireflight is an empath, maybe she could use her powers to feel what she feels, and maybe even determine what she tinks. what do you think?"

'Possible.......Well, we may as well try, she cant speak, and i dont know what other disabilities she'll have.' Nightfire then left to get the hatchling.

Goldsong got Firelfight.
"we need your empath powers Fireflight" she said.
"i'll be right there" she said. then they went to the hatchling.

Nightfire went to the hatchling to put her up.
'Come on now, no ones going to hurt you.' The hatchling looked at Nightfire. It had a happy face on until Nightfire touched her. The hatchling screamed, clawed and bit Nightfire. She then went back to playing with nothing.
'That's the first time she's ever made a noise, bearing in mind thats the first time i touched her.'

Goldsong walked up to them with Fireflight.
"i don't have to touch her, to feel what she feels" said Fireflight

'Ok then......I just want to talk to her, thats another point, can she hear? Anyway.....' Nightfire walked back over to the hatchling. She looked at him as if nothing had happened.
'Aria? Yeah, lets stick with that Aria, i need to talk to you...'

Fireflight and Goldsong waited for him to talk to her.

'If you cant say it, just think it, ok?' The hatchling continued to look at him. She thought about what she wanted to say, but never said it.

"ok....lets see what she wants to tell us...." said Fireflight. then she used her powers, to feel what she feels.

Aria thought to herself.
'Why do you? I dont want to, i want to play with Aurian!'

Fireflight felt what she felt. she was able to read her mind.
"shes thinking..........'why do you? i don't want to, i want to play with Aurian!' i think, she has an imagenary friend"

'Ok, thanls, Aria? Who is Aurian?'
'My friend! He's funny'

" shes thinking, 'my friend! hes funny!' "

'How is he funny?'
'[i]He is! Why does that wierd one gray one over there sound what i think?'

" shes thinknig......'he is! why does that wierd one gray one over there sound what i think?' " Fireflight looked at her. "if your talking about me, i'm using my empath powers to tell what you think, so we can talk to you"

'She is funny as Aurian!!' Nightfire realised that Aria was wrong about Fireflights colour.
'Aria? What colour am i?'
'Gray!! Like the other ones!'

"shes thinking.......'she is funny as Aurian!!' and 'Gray!! like the other ones!' its nice to know she thinks i'm funny, it means she likes me" she said.

'She speaks funny!'
'Aria.....Im not gray, and neither is the funny one.'
'You are! Well you look blacker than others!'

" shes thinking......'she speaks funny!' and 'you are! well you look blacker than others!' Aria, i'm a dark red dragon" she said.

'I think she's colour blind if she cant tell red from gold.......and the way she speaks sounds, well, like AS.' (*AS= Aspergers Syndrome, like me*) Nightfire said, looking back.
'Why everyone talk funny?'

"shes thinking....'why everyone talk funny?' "she said.

'Because......there are some words you dont know yet.'
'You still "Aria!! are we still playin?" Coming!!' Aria then walked off and played with no one again.

"she went to play, shes thinking, ''you still 'Aria!! are we still playin?; comming!!'' i could have Starfire and Comet play with her if you want" she said.

'I dont know......She seems to have another personality in her, but its talking to her instead of her using it..........i dont Starfire and Comet playing, but i dont know what she'll be like with them'

"Starfire and Comet wouldn't mind playing with her. could we at least have them meet, and see what she thinks of them?" she asked.

'Ok, i'll watch over them.' Aria played with Aurian for a while.

Fireflight got Starfire and Comet. they walked up to Aria.
"hi! my name is Starfire!"
"hi! i'm Comet!"
"want to be friends?" she asked.

'She doesnt talk for some reason.' Aria then seemed to get scared, but still looked fine.

Starfire used her empath powers, to see what she was feeling and thinking.
"we just want to be friends" said Comet. "can we play with you?"

Aria then walked back one step, closed her eyes and groaned. She looked scared.
'Aria? Hello?' Aria thought Aurian said.

Comet looked at Starfire.
"shes thinking...'Aria? hello?'......i think thats her name, and she has an imagenary friend" she said.
"oh" he said. he looked at Aria. "is your name Aria? if your scared of us, we won't hurt you. we just want to be friends" he said. then Fireflight walked over to them.
"you don't have to be scared Aria. this is my duaghter Starfire, and her friend Comet. they're very nice. they just want to play with you. is that ok?"

Aria closed her eye's and groaned louder. She wasnt liking something. Nightfire stood up and went over to Aria.
'Aria? Whats wrong?' Aria opened her eyes then quickly shut them and groaned louder.
'Aria? Whats wrong?'

Fireflight used her powers. "shes thinking...'Aria? whats wrong?' which doesn't really help us. Aria, is everything ok?"

Nightfire went to hold her to calm her down, but as soon as he touched her, she slashed and bit him again, going back and groaning.
'Somethings wrong with her......but i dont know what.'

Starfire and Comet left. they didn't want to make things worse. Fireflight looked at her. "maybe i can use my powers to see whats wrong...." she said. then she tried to see what was bothering her...

Aria then screamed and curled herself up, putting her paws on her head. She screamed while Fireflight used her powers.

Fireflight stopped. "ok.....that just made things worse....maybe i should go, before i cause more problems..."

'Maybe it's just that, i dont know, she doesnt like crowds? I dont know that for sure, but it'll help if you stay around.' Nightfire said. Aria stopped screaming after Fireflight stopped but continued to groan with her paws on her head and her eyes closed.
'Aria?'

she looked at Aria. "she thought i was funny, now she doesn't seem to want anyone around. maybe......she needs her mother......we need to find Snow....but i wouldn't know where to begin..."

'I dont think so, i think she's just scared. We dont know much about her and all we know is that you can read her thoughts, but she wont let you do anything else. I cant touch her either. I think she has AS. That makes alot of sense, but isnt helpful.'

"i wish she could tell us whats bothering her..." she said.

'Hmm....I have an idea...' Nightfire closed his eyes for a second while he remembered something, then opened them again. 'Aria?' Nightfire held his paw upside down and put it near Aria's head. Aria continued to groan. 'Shh shh shh......Im not going to hurt you, just rest your head on my paw, ok? I just want to hold you......' Aria groaned slightly less. Nightfire went ever so carefully nearer to her cheek. 'Aria? Can i touch you?' Aria looked at Nightfire who looked safe to be around. She saw his paw, sniffed it, then waited. 'Aria?' Nightfire went slowley closer. Aria stopped groaning and looked at his paw. She was still scared, but she rubbed her head arounf his paw. Nightfire thought it would be safe for him to pick her up. He got his other paw, picked her up without being hit and held her in one arm. Aria snuggled into Nightfires arm and then looked at the other three. She began to look away and groan. 'Shh shh shh.....Hush my little wyvern and close those weary eyes. Fall into a deep sleep, and rest you little head.' He repeated it three times before Aria fell asleep.

Fireflight smiled. "your a good father" she whispered.

'I didnt think it would work.......' Nightfire sighed and continued. 'This means she doesnt like crowds or people touching her or using powers on her. I only think she'll let you use the mind reading one because she trusts that. Man, her and her diabilities and going to be hard on her, me and Snow.'
