hey guys i will be back in a in a week or 2 unfortunately i m being admitted to the hospital.......... again................... but yeah see you soooooooooooooooooooon also random thought if you believe you can do it you will do it it might not happen immediately for you but the point is that you need to try to make it start please try it i wish I would have listened to that myself about 8 months before now

Types of retail workers

The high schooler: is in high school. Usually their first job so they treat work more like an after school social event instead of a job

The micro manager: probably works in one of the lowest positions yet believe that they are better than everyone else. Will tell other workers how to act or what to do even though their job is parallel.

The cool guy: that one guy who everyone wants to befriend. Everybody likes to talk to this guy amd chat about their private life with them. Are also usually in the uppers 20s

The idgaf: knows that this job isnt gonna last. Phones it in paycheck to paycheck. Knows that they don't get paid enough to care so why should they?

The worker who could: tries their hardest to do the job to their best ability. Even if they are bad at the job they still try. Always criticising themselves to get better. Had a lot of bad days of work.

Guy who's been there a long time: not in a manager position but acts as the psudeo manager. Has only worked customer service so has no idea how other parts of the store works. Usually makes rules up to make the job easier because if worked in the past.

Retail steve jobs: has worked for a week and already thinks the managers do nothing. Believes that their ideas on running the store is the best option despite not knowing how the store functions. Usually doesn't last long
