Jayce shakes her head.
"No crying."

He took out his blade again and quickly jabbed himself with it, falling unconscious.

Lainey looked at him, shocked.
"He just-"

Jayce shoots into action. She pulls the blade from Nightmare's chest and begins chanting, healing the wounds.
"He'll try this again, I'm sure. I'm going to bind him so he can't self-harm again." She says.

Nightmare layer there, groaning as he wanted to die.

Jayce bound Nightmare before fading away.
"Keep him safe, Alannah, Lainey." She says.

Lainey wipes her tears and nods.

"Just kill me already!" He groaned, wanting to kill himself even more.

Lainey shakes her head.
"You can't and I won't."

"What will happen if I try?" He asks with concern.

"Jayce bonded you so you can't." Lainey says.

"What does that mean?" He asked in confusion.

"Jayce bonded you to...me. If you try to kill yourself, which Jayce set a barrier, you'll kill me as well." Lainey says.

He cursed under his breath.
"Ugh....why can't I just die without someone else dead?" He moaned, dropping to the ground.

"Because Jayce doesn't want you dead." Lainey says, kneeling beside him.

"I don't care..." he whined as he pulled out his knife again.

Lainey grabbed the knife, quick as Alannah.
"Stop. Now." Her voice was harsh. "Quit your grieving. You've got a good pair of legs, so stand up and use them." She said, using Jayce's favorite quote.

"You don't know about my injuries..." he stated coldly, his voice so sinister that it could kill.

"Injuries heal." Lainey says.

He shook his head.
"The scars still remain..." he claimed in a colder voice

Lainey snarled for the first time.
"I watched my boyfriend get killed. You want to talk about scars?! I don't even get to see his spirit!" She yells.

He growled back.
"I was thrown out in the cold to die with my god damnedest sister, brother, and dog, who all died" he started to cry. "How do you think that feels, having the only things that cared about you with your blood DIE RIGHT INFRONT IF YOUR EYES?!?!" He was about to be taken over by Yoru, but that would probably kill him.

Lainey bit her lip and turned away.
"You don't understand how much I understand you." She cried softly and she ran off.

He sighed and looked down in shame.

Lainey falls to her knees and cries.

Nightmare got up and dusted himself off, about to go find Lainey

Lainey sat with her knees tucked to her chest, her head buried between them.

Nightmare darted off in the direction Lainey headed in, hoping to find her

OOC: You're siggie sounds like a Black Butler quote.

Lainey heard Nightmare, but she didn't move.

Nightmare searched for her, seeing that she was nowhere to be found. Well, in his eyes...

Lainey looked at the sky. She wondered what Jayce was thinking. She wondered where nightmare was.

Nightmare finally found her and stayed quiet, not saying or doing anything, hoping she would not see him

Lainey buried her head in between her knees again and cried softly. She wanted comfort.

He sighed and went up to her, hugging her.

Lainey lifted her head to look at Nightmare. She smiled softly.

Nightmare hugged her tight and started crying, signaling that he reeeeaaaally missed Jayce.

Lainey held Nightmare tight.
"I miss my sister too. Alannah cries as well. We're one big sad family." She says softly.

Nightmare nodded and looked up.

Lainey smiles and kisses Nightmare on the cheek.
"Cheer up, hmm? We'll make it."

Nightmare suddenly snaps

"Well, that's not enough!" He growls, Yoru about to take over

Lainey backs away in fright.

((I woke up from the weirdest dream ))

Nightmare holds his head and starts crying.

Lainey looks at Nightmare sympathetically.

Nightmare holds his head tighter then starts breathing shakily.

Lainey runs to his side.

"Lainey...." he whispers as he gets on his knees. "How do you stop a demon...?"

Lainey shakes her head.
"I don't know....Alannah and I are on friend terms. A contract. Aren't you?"

Nightmare thinks, but starts to slip unconscious without an answer back.

Lainey gasps and holds him as he falls.

After a little while I close my eyes and am soon fast asleep with my head on Acacia's lap. My many tails are wrapped around me like warm blankets. Despite all my pain I have finally manage to fall asleep.
