Plague noticed Mona wasn't feeling good. He took her to the hospital so they could see why she wasn't feeling good and the doctors said she was pregnant.

When they got to the hotel, Plague called DK who helped him take Mona to their room since she was asleep and Plague wasn't big enough to carry her.
