Xander wakes up early, hearing some rustling. Careful to not wake Jay, he gets up slowly and walks towards the bushes.

OOC: Get ready for Xander's nightmare, flipped around.

OOC: Oh dear...

Jay continues to sleep soundly

OOC: This should be interesting.

Xander yells loud, but his yell is muffled as a hand claps over his mouth. His hands are tied and his whimpers are muffled as he's kicked a few times in the side. Suddenly he's dragged off.

Jay pops up, and realized Xander is gone. "Xander! Xander!" Jay calls out, as she takes off running in search of Xander.

Cypher calls out to Jay, looking at a small note on the ground.
"Jay!" he calls.

Jay turns back and runs to Cypher "What is it?" She asks frantically

Cypher holds up the note for Jay to see.
"The pack. They took him. They want you to beat their," he shivers here, "leader."

"Beat their leader? What!?" Jay shrieks

Cypher looks at Jay.
"They know you're a shifter. They think you're weak. They'll give you some respect if you can beat their leader."

"But their leader almost killed me! And Xander for that matter!" Jay said, collapsing to the ground in stress

Cypher rests his hands on Jay's shoulder.
"Jay. Look at me."

Jay looks to Cypher, a troubled look in her eyes

Cypher looks surprisingly calm.
"We will get him back. You really love Xander, right?"

"Of course" Jay said

Cypher smiles.
"That will give you strength. I know that even the sight of Xander will help you in the fight."

"But, what if I can't see him? What if they won't let me?" Jay asks

OOC: Sorry. I've been grounded from internet.

Cypher smiles.
"Leave it to me. I'll make sure you get to see him."

Jay nods "Okay" She says, with a small smile

Cypher nods and smiles. He leads the way into the other pack's territory. The atmosphere is dark and causes Cypher to shiver a little as they walk.

Jay follows behind, quite stiff.

A tall boy with dark brown hair and a long scar across a closed left eye stops the two. He wears the outfit of the other pack, and is covered in battle scars.

"Sergeant Kane." Cypher says with a small nod.

Kane doesn't reply for a few seconds, looking the two over before finally speaking.
"Cypher. I'm a bit disgusted to see you in my sights again, but I can see you are escorting the girl, so I will try not to bother you." he says, his voice low and almost a growl. He takes the lead, taking the two to their leader. (Why does that sound like a line from some alien movie? )

"That's Mitus' and my cousin." Cypher whispers.

Jay nods slowly as she walks

OOC: It does!

Cypher's shivering slightly, keeping track of Kane glaring at them.

Jay ignored the glaring as she walks. Her movements are very stiff, and her face is solemn.

The three arrive at a small open plain where the leader waits. At a closer glance, you can see that he's a very muscular night black wolf with glowing amber eyes that seem to pierce your soul. He's covered in scars from many different battles, and a necklace of wolf teeth clank against his throat, as well as several wolf claw bracelets. The wolf leaves impatient gashes in the ground and when he sees the three, he looks up and grins with gleaming white fangs.

"Our older brother has become a monster. Truly claimed by the devil." Cypher barely whispers.

Jay nods as she looks down. Thoughts of Xander raced through her mind, making her unfocused.

Cypher gently lays a hand on Jay's shoulder.
"I know you're thinking about him. I'll negotiate with my brother. You will get to see Xander." he says reassuringly, his voice holding confidence.

Jay nods as a small "Thank you" slips out of her mouth.

The black wolf morphs to a human form. He's a tall boy with black hair that sweeps over his eyes. Scars run across his face and arms as well as his legs and the claws and teeth on the necklace and bracelets only clank louder as he walks towards the three, his arms folded across his chest.
"My, my. I didn't expect to see one of my younger brothers here. I thought the girl would have come alone." the boy grins.

"Shut up, Sebastien." Cypher snarls, and the boy rakes claws across Cypher's face, knocking him to the ground.

"I didn't say you could speak!" Sebastien snarls, amber eyes glowing with fire and fury.

Jay whimpers as she watches Cypher fall to the ground.

OOC: HDAZ is probably laughing so hard at the name Sebastien.

Cypher gets to his knees and looks at Sebastien, baring his fangs, blood running down his cheek from the gashes.

Sebastien turns to Jay.
"Are you ready to fight? You look as stiff as a branch." he sneers.

"She won't fight until she sees Xander." Cypher barks, earning a hard kick in his side from Sebastien.

"Silence!" Sebastien yells.

"I-I won't fight until I see Xander" Jay manages to speak, continuing to stay stiff.

OOC: omfg why. why. And no, I totally don't stalk this. I'm normal. >.>

Sebastien laughs harshly and turns to Kane.
"Bring the lovesick hound. You better not have beaten him too bloody." he growls.

Kane nods without a word and disappears into the darkness of the forest.

OOC: OH HULLO THERE HDAZ

OOC: HUZZAH FOR RANDOM AND SLIGHTLY CREEPY APPEARANCES

OOC: Hi HDAZ. I almost said your name.

OOC: Eh, I wouldn't mind if you did. I almost call you by your name all the time. Well, I shouldn't clog this RP up with my randomness. Later~

OOC: Lol see ya.

Jay whimpers slightly as she closes her eyes

Kane returns with Xander, who had been beaten pretty bad. He had many bruises and cuts for he had put up a fight when being dragged off. He had a black eye, and his hair was all messy. Kane carelessly tosses Xander, his hands no longer bound by rope, but the red marks from how tight the rope was bound still showed, at Jay's feet.

Xander cried out in pain as he collided with the ground, too weak to soften the fall.

Jay bends down next to Xander as a tear fell. "I'll avenge you" She said softly

Xander weakly held Jay's and smiles.
"You act like I'm dead." he jokes weakly, wiping the tears from Jay's face.

Jay smiles. "I will still avenge you. Your pain. Everything" Jay said

Xander smiles and closes his eyes, taking a shuddering breath before opening them.
"If you start to really get injured, I'm going to help you." he says.

"No, it may result in you getting even more injured" Jay said

Xander shook his head.
"I'm willing to take that risk. For you."

"But I don't want to risk losing you" Jay said with a whimper

Cypher nods.
"She's right, Xander. You can't go risking what strength you have. Jay wants you to stay alive. You have to let her do this alone." he says.

Xander hesitates before nodding.
"Alright. But you aren't allowed to die on me either, alright?" he jokes with a smile, his violet eyes the only thing still playful and not beaten.

OOC: Why do I feel this might be a cute romance/fantasy novel?

Jay nods "Okay" She says with a laugh
