EDIT: I'm actually going to use ebay for once so I can get Sprocket. Sprocket won't be released in Canada until later, and I wanted Sprocket the most out of any of the new characters, so I'm actually perfectly willing to pay the inflated price to get her early. I'll wait until the actual release of Wave 2 before I buy Hot Head and Flashwing. It's just really annoying since they probably wont have as nice paint jobs by the time they finally get out here. >__>

I bought the Walmart Exclusive GITD PS3 Starter, Pop Fizz, and Granite Crusher. My nephew got a S2 Slam Bam and I got him a Granite Crusher for his birthday.

I bought GITD Wii Starter Pack, Fright Rider, Swarm, Chill, Ignitor S2, Zook S2 (Variant) and Granite Crusher

I bought the GITD Wii Starter, Chill, Pop Fizz, Fright Rider, and Swarm.

I was excited to find 2 at TRU today. Was not expecting to see him there. That's all that matters in the shopping really until comes out.

It'd be easier to list what I'm not getting-!

all lightcores I've seen so far, skip, mostly just because the models don't look as good as the s2 or regulars. LC Shroomboom is most likely to get bought, maybe

Legendary , , , and They just look terrible but looks way better than regular so I went blue & gold there.

Skip 2. Only the ruby gimmick got me to buy him the first time and the kids were not even impressed. Skip 2 - most lame wowpow and he looks skinny in the new fig.

No one has mentioned the amazon gold again. I'd rather have him than the regular one. I'll keep him in the box pending goldie's availability.

Really regretting pre-ordering from walmart.com now as my portal pack is not scheduled to arrive until next week???

Welp had a pretty good hunt today

Today Went to TRU (After calling and them saying "We have PLENTY of Flashwing")- Went and it was slim pick'ns. Saw a BUNCH of S2 figures. Got the only S2 Slam Bam they had. Only thing besides the S2 Sonic Boom I saw that I really wanted.

Then went to Gamestop, they had a much better selection believe it or not. SO with trade in credit I got myself: Pop Fizz (only one) and Chill. They had plenty of FrightRider, but he's not a priority atm. So I got those two.

Then headed to Target and wouldn't you believe it. They had ONE Granite Crusher left, just sitting all by himself next to a few other giants (Regular Crusher, Swarm and Bouncer). So I snagged it.

And got my S2 Chop Chop and Shroom Boom in the mail today before I left (Along with the Single pack Flameslinger and StumpSmash from the First game).

So my Haul today:
Chill, Pop Fizz, S2 Slam Bam, Granite Crusher, S2 Chop Chop and Shroom Boom). Not bad for a days worth of hunting. Now I just need to find FlashWing :/

I've actually Seen more S2 figures and Lightcores today than New characters.

So between today and yesterday I've scored: LC- Prism Break, S2 Trigger Happy, S2 Slam Bam, Granite Crusher x2, Chill, Pop Fizz, S2 chop chop and ShroomBoom.

Not bad really.

I got to TRU around 830 this morning. Only myself and two other people showed up. I loved that not many people heard about this promotion. They had BOXES of everything. In fact they gave me a box( one of the "hold until 10/22" boxes to put everything in. They j loaded everything and we casually picked through until I completed wave 2. So to recap I bought

Thanks for the video. I grabbed my stuff on Sunday at Walmart, and got the legendaries today at Toys R Us. I was planning on giving my daughter everything for Christmas, but I may not be able to wait. Your video gave me a good taste of the future, thanks!

Really enjoyed the video. Glad to see I'm not alone in being an older gamer who's genuinely excited by these figs and games!

I still haven't opened mine, as we're getting ready to paint the living room where my gracious fiance' allows my figures to be displayed, but after watching your video, I went ahead and opened Granite Crusher. He's a thing of beauty.

I managed to stop by TRU today, unfortunately all the Hot-Heads, Sprockets, and Flashwings were gone. Managed to grab most of the re-poses besides LC Jet-Vac and Gill Grunt..but, I'll be checking them out tomorrow, hopefully a little earlier then lunch time. I will say, I really like the S2 Stump-Smash, he looks really cool with those tenderizing mallets as hands.

Having played with Whirlwind in Giants, and ignoring the fact that she's a unicorn dragon thing, am I the only one here who thinks she has a really sexy voice?

I cant see anypoint in getting the remade figures They should have just made all the remade ones lightcore.

Managed to score the following in one fells swoop on ebay:
*Golden Dragonfire Cannon (by itself) - $17
*Legendary Bouncer - $17
*Crusher, Granite Crusher, Bouncer and Swarm in one fell swoop - $55...meaning I have to sell off a Crusher since I've got this on the way from Toys R US too. @.@

I got myself Crusher, Bouncer, Swarm, Pop Fizz, Fright Rider, and Chill today. I don't have the actual Giants game though, I could've got it but I decided to get some figures instead.. I'm broke now, so I'll have to wait.

I know it sounds common, but it took forever for me to find. i got the game guide today, and also found a chill with red lips to pair mine with blue. So a good day

Had a decent buying session last Sunday, got all of these beauties: and Not bad in my opinion, but all the and were sold out.

I'm a tad late to the Day 1/Day 2 Haul party but I wanted to wait until I got my game to take a picture
And then I realized I forgot to put the game in the picture hahaha...At least GitD Cynder is there. xD

Yesterday I received my order from Walmart, I had purchased the GTID 3DS Starter Pack plus a Giant figure bundle. The Starter pack looks great, and my daughter is a big fan of Cynder (I hope they make a large plush Cynder by Christmas). I received a Swarm as my Giant figure. I figured it was going to be a random choice by Walmart. I already picked up a Swarm at TRUs, so this one will be gifted to one of her friends. What are others getting in their bundles? I hope some folks score a Hot Head!

^ I actually steered clear of the extra figure option. They told me I would be given a credit for the store to go pick one up. Glad to hear it worked out for you as I'll be getting my normal 3ds pack from Walmart today

On Tuesday I begged my Mom and got her to take me to the nearest TRU. There was a bunch of little kids with parents there. Lucky for me there was one sprocket left on a peg. I ran as soon as I saw it and was able to grab it. They also had a bunch of wave 2 series 2, but no flashwing or Hot Head

Just got the last spyro plush at my toy r us express

Just ordered the 10 inch plush Spyro from TRUs! In stock now!

UPS just delivered my TRUs pre-order for the PS3 Starter Pack that was supposed to come with a Blue Bash and Legendary Trigger Happy. Instead, I received two L- Trigger Happy figures and no Blue Bash. I called TRUs and they apologized for the problem and said that they had run out of stock of the Blue Bashes. Instead they credited me back $10 for the Blue Bash (which I know is worth more on the open market, but it is the original price at TRUs), so I got the PS3 Starter Pack and 2 free L-Trigger Happy's for $65, free ship and no tax. I am good with that.
My daughter already has a Blue Bash, luckily she hasn't opened it, so it sits on her shelf.

On another note. I had placed two separate orders for figures. Today I received one figure from each order, shipped seperately in padded envelopes. The blister packaging was a little crushed in shipment on both figures. Not a problem for me as my daughter will be opening them up anyways. Just thought I would put this out there, as other forum members might experience the same issue, however, they may be collectors and not want their original packaging damaged.

i'd say sprocket she is kinda bad ass. I picked up s2 slam bam, gil grunt, bash, hex, zook, whirlwind, sonic boom, trigger happy, terrafin, ignitor, and double trouble. I got them all for trade in and 20 bucks. I traded 6 games. so that puts me up to bouncer, crusher, tree rex, swarm, and hot head for the giants. Sprocket, flashwing, pop fizz, fright rider, chill, jet vac, and shroom boom for the new regular figures. for s2 hex, slam bam, gil grunt, bash, zook, whirlwind, sonic boom, trigger happy, terrafin, ignitor, double trouble, cynder, and chop chop. im not getting any of the lightcore guys.
