I zoomed in to writing and then I used the pencil tool and went around it.

It's easier on Photoshop all you have to do is go to Edit > Stroke.

good try bro but stretching everything to make it bigger don't make it better at all. anyway you have to do the whole avatar from scratch. take the original pic and fit it to 100x100 so it don't look stretched, then put on the laser eyes. after that you have to fit the text on it in a readable size... and change font to a better one...

and another thing, you cant have slogan and glasses at same time... its either slogan/dwi or glasses/dwi... just saying.

Good job, but first the picture looks stretched a bit, and the slogan's a bit hard to read. And it's not the right font for Deal With It.

rockwell, since i dont have system. it was the closest thing i could find

Um, let's test you on some more advance stuff, a Stink Bomb and Blast Zone Kappatar (Needs to have both Skylanders on the same one), with Red Glasses for Blast Zone and Green for Stink bomb and Deal with it. Your choice if you want to do a slogan. And Paddy if you see this how about me and you be the judge?

Okay then I-Brawler your final test is to make a Blast Zone (Read the criterias from my previous comment) and Stink Bomb Kappatar for me and a Hot Dog one for Paddy (Ask Paddy fro the criterias).
