Well, all I can say is: I'm spoiled.
And I owe my mom about $300, which I can get easily due to me having so many extra figures (2 Darklight Crypts, a Boomer, a Japanese Boomer triple, 3 Wham-Shells) to sell.

Call me the scalperllector.

One time i saw Eye Brawl without an eye, it looked so weird you could only see the light thing xD too bad i didnt have a camera with me...

While I do not care too much for every paint mistake (except maybe the Flashwing with the eye in her mouth), I do like headless (and armless) versions that remain factory sealed and would definitely buy one if I saw it at retail.

I also love miscards (whether it's the wrong figure on the cardback or the wrong collector's card behind the toy) and figures that are mislabeled (with the paper insert), and well as Skylanders that are packaged facing backwards (I've labeled them as "Shy Skylanders").

I've never run across any at retail but slowing building up a collection from eBay and other secondary market avenues. They are fun, that's for sure.

This reminds me of my SR2 spyro i was just at gamestop getting lugi's mansion dark moon and pokemon mystery dungeon gates to infinity i then checked out the skylanders they had a SR2 spyro it was the only one i bought it but i then saw before i asked my mom if i could buy i saw it had a white smear of paint on his left wing it didn't take upchis whole wing so i bought it thinking it was 'unique' I kept it and since it seemed special with the paint i played with it for hours but after a while it seemed to go clear you could still see now I'm thinking that it was glue

I found a whirlwind without her wing! haha well it fell off :

I also found a lightcore prism break in a lightcore eruptor's packaging, flashwing with a broken wing, double trouble without his magic stick, and quite a few other just random paint errors. I only got pics of whirlwind but ddin't buy her. I DID buy the polar one though, it was the last one and i wanted it!

i have many errors will have to post some of them. i have a no bottle pop fizz, lightcore pop fizz with shroomboom card, jade flash wing with one wing off in the box, SSA 3ds starter pack with a stealth elf no head and cant hear it in the box,of course red lip chill, and a few more backing mess ups.

Well my Jolly Bumble Blast came with a yellow post-it stuck to his shoulder but we thought it was weird and picked it off. Didn't get a pic; we wanted to play!

Today at Walmart I saw LC Warnado whose eye got messed up and the red paint was on his toes. Just looked bad - not interesting.

Damn... Closest I have to factory errors is having two Lightcore Hex cards in one package, and a bad paint S1 Bash.

I just found this Series 1 Zook today at Walmart. I did buy it. He's missing his left arm completely and it's not in the package at all.

I found a Hoop Loop that top fell off the legs, turned around so it was LOOKING at his legs. I have a pic on my phone, so i just need to upload it sometime.

Nice find with the Zook! That's a very rare error, probably one-of-a-kind.

I had one like that with both wings loose in the package. Also had one with no wings at all. Sold that one for $40 earlier this year.

It's the first time that I have found any error like that on any skylanders. My wife says she thinks it's ugly and she wants me to get rid of it. I think he looks pretty cool missing his left arm completely though.

I realized the other day that one of the 'show and go' cases I got for the kids had the Skylanders log printed backwards. It would be sad if that's worth something.

I saw lc drobot with a lc shroomboom backing
And a lc shroomboom with a lc drobot backing
I realised they are only skylanders that somehow got opened in the store
Just one of the employees put them on the wrong way

My series 3 Whirlwind has a similar eye defect! I didn't notice it until I looked at her the next day.

Yeah, seriously, I've seen some terrible errors in stores. Broken or missing parts just seem very obvious.
