Did manage to find an iOS pack at target on Sunday, but left it in hopes that EB will get the RDT version.

Right now, Target claim to have S Battlegrounds as an exclusive. In their catalogue I received in the mailbox yesterday, they stated that.

Called again this morning, woman was less than helpful this time, claiming they don't have it in the system. As it stands today none of the 4 TRU stores in Perth have LSE yet, but tomorrow is another day. If things have been happening as EB have claimed we may see wave 2 and LSE both tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

I visited the Innaloo store this morning. Actually managed to find someone helpful She checked the cages where they store stuff and the the dock where they receive deliveries. But nothing yet.

We've had a lot of calls about wave 2 today, we've got nothing, and sorry for the bad luck with you guys finding Stealth Elf, might be that a few select stores have them already, if I remember i'll have a gander see who has them.

What city are you in Sir? Might help me get somewhere with the TRU stores in Perth if I can tell them who has her in stock.

Both very solid stores for me to rely on and both mentioning that other stores have stock and are going to put them out tomorrow. Expect it. Expect it.
Then at least if it doesn't, your crumbling dreams might amuse one another?

P.P.P.S. With the LSE situation- same thing happened with LTH last year and some stores wouldn't get him in for months. Some stores never even get blue Bash. So it may simply, indeed, mean you need to wait awhile... Even more. "And lastly I'd like to thank Activision for making the bright descision to shaft our releases again! You rock!"

I hope we do see them tomorrow, if not I'll be going into EB and getting them to check the DC to see if the figures are there yet or not. I don't get them telling you most stores have stock in because if they came in, they would be put on shelves immediately as the release date has passed. Strange...

Well, I'll make another 4 phone calls to TRU stores tomorrow, hopefully it's a good day!

Maybe the street date was pushed to tomorrow a while back and EB just never updated their stuff but it also intrigues me. Maybe they're just talking about in Melbourne or nearby stores.
Either way though, hopefully this IS wave two because I'm sick of waiting for it when almost every other major has had it for a while. Uuuuugh I'm glad I don't need to check my TRU for Elf, but I'm so tired of the rubbish with wave two. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it got pushed again. I only pointed it out because someone on the last page said that a catalog said the same. Fingers and toes crossed.

Was me who saw them, Targets new one, and I'm in NSW, Ill check today, see if more stores have them.

EB sent sms yesterday to say wave 2 in stock, went in store...no stock.

We got wave 2 today as wel, not been put out yet, my poor wallet is crying.

Same tears from my wallet, and thats having skipped a few series 2 single packs, but saved about 20 bucks thanks to Alliana's post of the big w catalog.

Got 'em all. Plus LightCore Triple- which confirmed by physical catalog is a Target exclusive in addition to the regular Battlegrounds set(had no luck finding that, oddly). So Wave Two is now out folks and good luck hunting them down.

Well, no wave 2 here. Some moron in JB tried to tell me because of the delay we won't see it here til January. "Whatever" * laugh and walk out*

But, I did manage to get LSE, walked in saw about 20 of her on the shelf, made a comment to hubby about peeling off the security sticker carefully when an employee handed me one from the box without a sticker. SUCCESS!

And I caved and got Battlegrounds.

JB in Joondalup. Also checked EB, Target, Kmart and Big W there, plus Morley EB, TRU, Kmart and Target and Karrinyup Big W and EB.

Suffice to say I checked as much as I could in one day. Perth is always behind the other capital cities, making me wonder why I moved back here at all.

I already have wave 2 so did not go specifically looking but did check stores in general during my XMas shopping last night - no sign of Wave 2 in Qld.

However, Garden City TRU had Leg Stealth Elf.

I live in the Gold Coast region of QLD and Wave 2 has been released in my area, however not in as much supply as Wave 1.

Also got Hot Head and LC Jet Vac but they're being held hostage til Xmas by my partner.

This afternoon EB were the only ones with the stock, but a funny thing happened. Went into Big W asking if they had them out the back yet and the girl gave me so much attitude for inconveniencing her and making her check out the back, I went straight to the front counter to get the manager and complain. During this conversation the manager (who was lovely btw) confirmed they have a figure in stock out the back under embargo. When I asked "Until the 13th, right?" she said "That's right". Woohoo, going there on Thursday!

Got mine from EB yesterday they even price matched target for me. But they didn't have flameslinger.

Target, Highpoint got a reported 30 Battlegrounds Starters despite the fact nobody else in the vicinity had one. The hilarious part is they literally haven't sold any of them!

I've seen plenty of Skylanders Battlegrounds starters here on the Gold Coast too and likewise, they are not selling much here either.

Same situation in Perth, plenty in every Target here and not moving quickly.

Just a tip to anyone who is going to buy one, be picky. I went through 3 packs before I got one that was all fine. First one the portal acted strangely when connecting to the pc, second one had a crack in the portal and a missing web code. Third one, Cynders wings have been poorly glued to her body but everything else is fine so ive kept that one. I'd say open it after purchase and check it out completely before you head home.

I had to return a battlegrounds as the figures had paint splatters all over them.

Gots me a Granite Crusher, Huzzah, gonna get a second one hopefully so I can play with one keep on in the box.

I'm still toying (lol) with the idea of a second granite crusher to stay boxed. I have a legendary set boxed and one open, plus amazon flameslinger, but I'm not sure about crusher. How limited is he, if at all?

Realistically, given that Big W have them - not terribly limited.

More reason to not get a second methinks. If the sticker came off easy then maybe I could justify putting him next to Dark Spyro or something. I just find that blue sticker very unattractive.

Noticing under the sticker though, there is a white border, so if you remove it you do get the Target logo under it, not taken mine off, if I do grab another i'll have a look but I know at work we've had Target exclusive things from the US and had stickers over it covering it.

Plenty of Granite Crushers in Big W Robina. There had to be at least 60 or more of them and nobody, not even kids were noticing them.
Since they were on sale since the 13th Dec, the probably had only about 7 or 8 missing in shelf space. It doesn't seem to be selling much here.

Almost a week later and they are down to 25 at Big W Robina. A lot have ended up selling but still a fair amount still there.

Anyway, is there any dates for Wave 3 hitting Australian shores?

So far I am pretty certain we probably won't see anything new until mid-January 2013.

I still haven't bought any wave 2 yet, been more focused on presents, but Target have a Buy one get one 40% off with skylanders starting boxing day, may take that offer up...if they have anything left when I go >>

I was at Westfield Miranda today, looking to see if they had the cinder/eruptor/terrafin stylus' and for some stickers to decorate my storage boxes. in the e.b games store had the mega bloks chop chop battle portal. i didn't think the mega bloke were out here yet, the catalogue says "coming soon".

no stickers at any of the shops, but managed to find the 3 stylus' and now have begun the collection of skylanders mega bloks. as if my wallet needed any more of a workout.

Yeah Min8or, saw these at my local they had all except for trigger happy, which was the one I wanted. Got Terrafin. They are pretty good, but only thing that got me was a lego style portal and you get a chompie with it, some come with sheep.

I'll be keeping an eye on clearances for the Autogyrocoptor I think.

Hey, have you guys seen any lightcore 3packs at Target?
Also, with the Battlegrounds pack, do they only come with normal double trouble in this country? I saw some packs but they only had regular DT and no royal DT.

i've seen the light core triple at the target in stocklands shellharbour, so they are around. and sadly there is no royal double trouble over here, it is a u.s. game stop exclusive.

I originally thought that Granite Crusher was a US exclusivce, but since Wave 2 has been available in Australia.
Maybe the same might occur for Royal Double Trouble and might be released at a later date.

I saw many, many GITD Fright Riders at a KMart recently - is that the norm now or an abherration? I have a pic which I am happy to upload, if required.

i have also seen the GITD Fright Rider at Kmart, but there was only a couple where i saw. didn't end up buying one though, it is hard enough on my wallet collecting what i class as "different" skylanders without going for the GITD and glittery and bronze and silver and clear etc. (if it has a different card and sticker, i want it) especially considering that GITD Fright Rider is the only one i've ever actually seen.

There are plenty of GITD Fright Riders in Kmart in Southport.
There was about 18 there also they have been reduced to $12 each.
Now I have 3 of them. (Gonna keep at least 1 for my collection)
