Ooh! I got a torture idea! Think of a whip made of stinging nettle (for those who don't know who that is....let's just say they HURT) Now enlarge that whip and make it metal. So big metal spikes of stinging nettle with nerve poison inside those tips not enough to kill, but to cause excruciating pain. And then imagine that as a whip. how's that?

If not just go for something that deals with fire. Fire is probably the worst way to die anyway and probably the worst pain. After you kill the nerves though....nyeh....

Btw, in Black Butler I saw the episode with the bomb camera thingy. Wth....
