Chapter 30,

Amelinda and Dragsooth approach the doors of the temple. there were two dragon statues on either side of the doors. they looked like the statues that were at the back of the temple in Dragsooth's village. there was something odd about these four dragon statues though, they each had a crystal on their chests. the crystals were all glowing with magic energy. Dragsooth looked at Amelinda "why are the crystals in those statues glowing?"

Amelinda: "the gods put some of their energy into those crystals... it's mostly for show... they like to decorate their statues in that sort of way."

Dragsooth: "oh... i see..." he looked at the doors of the temple, the heads of four dragons were carved into the doors, two heads on each door.

Amelinda gently pushes the doors of the temple open with one paw. "it's time to go and meet the gods."

Dragsooth slowly walks into the temple, he looks back at Amelinda "aren't you coming too?"

Amelinda shakes her head "no, you must go in there alone."

Dragsooth: "alright... thanks for all the help."

Amelinda: "it was my pleasure young dragon."

Dragsooth looks forward and continues walking through the temple. there were stone columns along the walls with various designs on them. Dragsooth saw a few large doors, there were five doors. all the doors had words on them, they were written in draconic. the doors seemed to have energy on them. Dragsooth saw that one door seemed to have small flames coming off it and there was another door that had little sparks of electricity coming off of it and another door had icicles on it and another door had small rocks and grass on it and the final door had black energy coming off it. Dragsooth walked away from all the doors and continued down a hallway, he then came to two double doors, then the doors slowly opened.

Chapter 31,

Dragsooth watched as the doors opened up. he slowly walked in through the doorway. he saw four large dragons lying at the back of the room. the dragons were all different colors. one was red, one was yellow, one was blue and the last was green. they all had cloaks on them colored according to their scales. they all had a large crystal around their necks. the red dragon's crystal had flames around it, the yellow dragon's crystal had electricity around it, the blue dragon's crystal had ice on it and the green dragon's crystal emitted a green energy. Dragsooth slowly walked up to them "are-... are you the... gods?" he looked up at them.

Berylsythe the red dragon answered "yes Dragsooth, we are..."

Dragsooth then bows down before them.

Berylsythe: "rise up."

Dragsooth stood up "why am i here?"

Zygoren the yellow dragon answered "you have been allowed to die for a reason."

Dragsooth: "what reason?"

Fayveer the blue dragon answered "you'll find that out soon enough."

Thraklor the green dragon said "but right now we must grant you some of our powers."

Dragsooth: "wait, why?"

Thraklor: "so you can be prepared for the battle to come... also the dark dragons took away your elements."

Dragsooth: "what?... how?"

Berylsythe: "they used one of the strongest dark crystals they had to take away your elements."

Dragsooth: "for what reason?"

Zygoren: "to make you powerless, apparently they were just afraid of you..."

Fayveer: "and they took away your elements and they tried to kill you to prevent the prophecy from coming true."

Thraklor: "they are afraid that you'll destroy all of them because the prophecy states that you are going to end the war..."

Berylsythe: "and with our power you'll be able to do just that..."

all four dragons stood up.

Berylsythe: "be very still now."

all four dragons breathed their elements onto Dragsooth. it didn't hurt him at all though. they stopped.

Berylsythe: "you should be stronger then ever now."

Zygoren: "yes and now you're able to use two or more of your elements at once."

Dragsooth: "thank you for giving me such a blessing."

Berylsythe: "we have one more element we'd like you to have."

suddenly Amelinda came in "yes my gods? you wanted to see me?"

Chapter 32,

Berylsythe: "yes, Amelinda come in."

Amelinda came in the room.

Berylsythe: "give Dragsooth your powers."

Amelinda: "yes my god." she turns towards Dragsooth and breathes light onto him.

Dragsooth's body is covered in light, Amelinda stops.

Dragsooth: "so... i have the power of light now?"

Amelinda: "yes it's one of the purest elements known to dragons."

Dragsooth: "thank you."

Amelinda: "you're welcome and it was my pleasure to assist you." she leaves the room.

Berylsythe: "now Dragsooth i want you to fallow me." he walks out of the room.

Dragsooth follows. Berylsythe walks down the hallway and stops at the door covered in fire. Dragsooth stops at that door too. on the door was the word 'ixen' which was Draconic for the word 'fire'...

sorry for the long waiting time,

Chapter 33,

the door opened, Berylsythe walked inside, Dragsooth followed him. the room was large, there was a big statue of Berylsythe in the middle of the room, all along the walls were shelves with books on them. the books were different shades of red. on the spines of the books were the names of dragons. Dragsooth looked at Berylsythe.

Dragsooth: "what are all these books?"

Berylsythe: "they are all records. we record the daily lives of every dragon ever created."

Dragsooth: "oh... well i know my dad was a fire dragon... can you show me his book?"

Berylsythe: "no... i shall take you to your father so that you may meet him... but right now i must show you something."

a pink book appeared in front of Dragsooth. the name that was on the front of the book was Ember.

Dragsooth: "why are you showing me Ember's book?"

Berylsythe: "there is something that you must understand..."

the book opened up and there was a picture of a black dragon carrying a pink egg while flying away from a village.

Berylsythe: "Ember's egg was stolen out of your village on the night your father was killed."

Dragsooth: "why did that black dragon want Ember's egg?"

Berylsythe: "he didn't... he mistook Ember's egg for yours."

Dragsooth: "oh that makes sense..."

Berylsythe: "throughout Ember's life she has never knew the truth of where she came from... she had always been told that she was created by Mondrenic and blessed by him as well, but in reality she was cursed by him. a curse that shall be turned into a blessing."

Dragsooth: "what is this curse?"

Berylsythe: "the convexity breath."

Dragsooth: "how will it be turned into a blessing?"

Berylsythe: "it will be purified."

Dragsooth: "oh i see..."

the book disappeared.

Berylsythe: "come now we shall go and see your father." he walked out of the room, Dragsooth quickly followed.


next chapter coming Lord knows when... i think i'm going to start another fanfic that's not related to this...

no, it would be pink convexity with a little bit of white mixed in.
