Deigo shook his head, he couldn't believe it. Chihhiro had come back. "Who is that?" A SaberClan warrior spat. Chihhiro gulped, and shuffled back. "I-I-I. . ." Chihhiro was struggling for words. Talon stalked up to Chihhiro. "Greetings," Talon snarled, Deigo noticed that Talon was trying his best not to leap towards Chihhiro and rip her heart out-Chihhiro had the most delicoious scent, after all. "What are you doing in our camp?" Talon asked, narrowing his eyes. "I'm sorry, Talon." Chihhiro finally managed to say. "I was just-I mean, I was passing through. I couldn't really scent your border marks, they were quite faint, since you've been on The Great Flight and all." She explained, not looking into the SaberClan's leaders eyes. Roza laughed. "That is no excuse, Sky dragon! You know very well that this is Saber-tooth territory!" Talon growled, and lashed his tail to keep Roza quiet. "You know the Dragon Code," Talon continued. "any dragon that passes into SaberClan territory, will be killed and eaten. You came here at your own risk." Deigo heart stopped. No. . .they can't! he thought, clawing the ground. Talon frowned. "You seemed to be looking for Deigo, one-well, he used to be-one of our Clanmates. How do you know him?" Talon asked. Whispering and gasps of rage mumered between SaberClan.
"Deigo was friends with a Sky dragon!"
"He has not only broken the Dragon Code once, but twice now!"
"We should kill both of them!"
Stone, what am I to do now? Deigo asked, praying that Stone's spirit would guide him, help him and Chihhiro-fight this battle.

"Chihhiro, run! Just run!" Deigo yelled. Chihhiro gasped, and turned to Deigo. "Deigo! Is that really you? I'm so sor-" But he interupted her. "Just get out of here! I'll be fine! Go! Save yourself!" He cried. Chihhiro took one last look at him, love and sadness swelled up in her eyes, then she took off into the air. Talon roared. "Roza, Salmu, Ulumas, Kias, Nonk, after her!"
Roza nodded, then lead Salmu, Ulumas, Kias and Nonk after Chihhiro.
Sky dragons are the fastest dragons in all the Clans, she'll be all right. . .won't she? he thought, his blood running cold. "Now, Deigo, where were we? Oh, yes, we were up to the killing part." Talon growled.
Deigo saw Manko and Varzal smile, and evil twisted smile. Limu roared.
"Talon, no! You can't do this! He's my son!" Talon sighed.
"I'm sorry, Limu. It's the Dragon Code." "But he's my son! My own flesh and blood! Your just going to kill him?" Limu screeched.
"Limu, just shut up. I am the Clan leader, and I-"
"I don't care! You can't kill him! I won't let you!"
"Ralin, Kink, Poik, hold onto her tighter please."
Talon and his mother agrued for quite some time, and Deigo deiced that his mother was giving him time to escape.
Talon's looking away now. . .one. . .two. . .three. . .run! Deigo turned and fled into the bushes, and heard an bone-rattling cry from his Clan leader. It was only a matter of time until they caught him.

Darkness swept over the forest, sending shivers down Deigo's spine. It was growing darker by the minute, and his Clan was out to get him. It was only a matter of time before his Clanmates ripped him to shreads, and drank his blood. But will Chihhiro be all right? The same words drummed in his head, over and over again. He couldn't stop thinking about her. She might be dead now because of me. Deigo bit his lip, and wished to claw the ground to get rid of his anger. But he couldn't waste a second, his Clan was hard on his heels. And they wouldn't stop until he was dead. Deigo was soon growing tried, and not to mention hungry. Although he couldn't stop to eat, his life-and Chihhiro's life-were in danger. Stone said that we were destined to be together, and that our kin would change the Clans forever. Is that true? Was Stone really telling the truth? Or will we die; leaving the prophecy unforefilled? Deigo wasn't sure what to believe anymore. He just kept on running. A bone-rattling cry echoed around the forest, making Deigo shake. What am I going to do, Stone? Will I die and join you with my ancestors?

A blinding light suddenly beamed at Deigo. He winced his eyes, wondering what in the world was going on. Stone's words suddenly echoed in Deigo's head: "The light will shine upon you, Deigo, and that is when Chihhiro will really need you." Deigo's heart stopped. Chihhiro was in trouble! He whipped his body around, and took off into the skies.
How will I find her? Chihhiro might die because I won't reach her in time! He thought, his blood pounding in his ears.
Deigo tasted the air, trying to pick up the Sky dragons scent. He soon caught a faint trace of her scent, lingering to the right. Deigo quickly flew that way, his heart racing. Please, let her not be dead. he prayed. But Deigo spoke to soon. There, on the ground, was the frail body of Chihhiro stained in blood, with his Clanmates prowling around her, about to finish their kill off.

"Nooo!" Deigo screeched, and plummeted towards the earth, and crashed into Varzal. Varzal grunted in surprise, and shoved his brother off. "Ha! Chihhiro is dead, Deigo! And there is nothing you can do to save her!" Varzal roared, laughing at him. Manko prowled up next to Varzal.
"You failed The Great Flight, my son. Time to pay the price for leaving your Clan." Manko sneered. Deigo roared. "I did not leave SaberClan! You left me! You left me to die! If it wasn't for Silaka, I wouldn't be here!" If you were dead, none of this would of happened. Chihhiro wouldn't be dead, and Stone wouldn't be dead either. A little voice told Deigo in his head. Manko growled. "It is the Dragon Code! If we had came back to you, we wouldn't be a proper Clan anymore! Now, why don't we just get this over with?" Suddenly, Talon, Roza and the rest of his Clanmates appeared beside Manko and Varzal. Deigo rushed over to Chihhiro's side, she had been scratched all over, but luckily not bitten. Chihhiro's delicious scent drifted into Deigo's nostrils, making his mouth water. "That's it, Deigo! Kill her! Kill the one you love most!" Varzal cried. No. . .I can't. . .I just can't. . .the prophecy. . .all I she did for me. . .I can't. . .
Deigo had to force himself not to lung towards her and drain her blood. Chihhiro luckily wasn't dead, although she was barely breathing, and was very close to death. "You. . .you did this," Deigo hissed, and glared at his brother and father. "You did this to her. . ." Deigo felt his claws and fangs grow, and Manko, Varzal, and the rest of his Clan did the same.
Roza sighed. "Can't we just kill him already?" Roza moaned. Talon growled. "Manko, Varzal, would you like to start the kill?" Talon asked his father and brother. "Gladly," Manko replied, and the two stepped towards Deigo and Chihhiro, closing him in.

Manko lunged towards Deigo first, but he was ready for him. Deigo dogded, Manko's claws barely missing his face. Suddenly, Varzal tackled Deigo, pinning him down. No. . .I can't die. . .it's my fault. . .Chihhiro's going to die because of me. . . Varzal laughed. "Your even weaker since I last saw you, brother! You might as well give up!" Deigo narrowed his eyes and a loud growl rumbled from his throat. "I will not give up!" Deigo roared. Varzal laughed even louder. "Ha! You don't fool me, whelp!" Suddenly, Deigo kicked Varzal off him with his hind paws, and pinned his brother down. "See who's the whelping now," he hissed through gritted teeth. "Deigo! Let go of my son now!" Deigo heard his father yowl. "Never! I-" But Deigo stopped, Manko was leaning towards Chihhiro, his fangs just inchs away from her neck. "No. . .you wouldn't!" Deigo screeched. "Yes he would," Varzal growled. Manko can't! He wouldn't dare! Deigo screamed inside. "Let go of Varzal, and she won't get hurt." Talon snarled, defending Manko. "Yes, if you don't, we'll kill you both." Roza added. "Weren't you going to do that anyway?" Deigo hissed -but Deigo would rather die then watch Chihhiro pass away - espically if his own father killed her. "Let go of me, Deigo." Varzal hissed. Deigo let go of his brother, and shuffled back. "Ha! Fool!" Varzal roared, and pinned Deigo down. "Wait! What are you doing?" Deigo yelled. "Say good-bye to your girlfriend," Varzal grinned. What!? No! But they promised they wouldn't hurt her! "You promised! You promised you wouldn't hurt her!" He screeched, clawing Varzal's belly. But his brother didn't budge. "Now, Manko, now!" Talon roared. Deigo stared in horror was he watched Manko sink his fangs into Chihhiro's neck.

Ahhhhh nooooooooooo (slaps Manko) take that meanie!!!!

Deigo couldn't belive what he was seeing. Manko's going to kill her! I can't let this happen! He struggled and squirmed under his brother's firm grasp, but it was no use. "Too late, little brother. Your girlfriend's goanna be our next meal!" Varzal laughed. Deigo roared, and bared his fangs. Varzal just laughed even more. Suddenly, there was a blinding light, and a silvery-gray dragon flew down from the sky. The silver dragon had eyes that looked like tar pits - Deigo knew straight away that it was Stone. "Stone!" Deigo yelled. "Help me!" His Clanmates gasped, and stared at Stone with amazment and shock. "No need to fear, it's just an old, stupid Sky dragon that has lost his Clan. We can kill him later." Talon bellowed. Stone! Please, help me and Chihhiro! We need you! Deigo screamed inside. Stone narrowed his eyes at the other Saber-tooth dragons, but espically at Manko. Manko looked up and Stone, blood stained over his face. "Can't you see I'm eating here?" Manko growled. Stone leaned towards Manko. "That...is my...granddaughter!" Stone roared and whacked Manko away with his tail. Manko skidded on the soft earth, and scrambled to his paws. "Who does he think he is?! Attacking a Saber-tooth dragon!" Manko hissed. Before anyone could say anymore, Stone took a deep breath, and blew. There was a blinding light that blew away all the other SaberClan dragons. Varzal flew off Deigo, and was swept away with his Clan. "I'll get you for this!" Varzal shouted as he was blown away. Only Deigo and Chihhiro were the only ones that weren't swept away.

Deigo raced over to Chihhiro, as the fresh scent of her blood filled his nostrils. He held his breath, trying his best not to kill her.
"Deigo..." Chihhiro gasped. Deigo but his paw over his mouth and nose.
"I'm here, Chihhiro." He said gently. "Deigo...! There's a fire!" Chihhiro screamed. What fire?! There's no - wait, it's the venom! Deigo started to panic, if he didn't do something soon, she would die. Chihhiro screamed again, and started to thrash about, flapping her wings rapidly and lashing her tail. "Put out the fire! It's burning!" She screeched.
I'll have to suck the venom out, he thought with a bolt of panic. But what if I can't stop? What if I kill her!? But Deigo didn't have a choice - it was either bite her, or let her die.
"I'll put the fire out," Deigo told the screaming Chihhiro. "I'll take the pain away." "I trust you," Chihhiro breathed. Deigo leaned his head over to Chihhiro's right paw, and sank his fangs into her arm.

is it just me or dose that sound like Twilight lol Really good though!!!

I don't know whether I should stay with her or not. I had almost killed Chihhiro in the end, but she is recovering well. I haven't seen my Clan since yesterday, and I hope I'll never see SaberClan again. Life is a struggle, when you want to kill the one you love most. But I'm getting better at it. . . . .I think.
Chihhiro told me that she will never leave my side again, and I promised that I would never leave her's. But Stone still haunts my dreams, and Chihhiro's, too. He keeps on saying that our blood will change the Clans forever. I ask him if this is good or bad, but he leaves before I have a chance to ask. I have the same dream countless times, like I had in my past. Will this be good or bad? I don't know. But what I do know is, that our blood will change the Clans. . .forever. I don't know how, and I don't know why. Neither of us do. All we can do know, is watch, and hope for the best.

Deigo was racing through the forest, his heart pounding in his chest. He skidded to a halt. "Stone! Stone, where are you?" Deigo called into the mist. "Your blood will change the Clans forever. . .your blood will change the Clans forever. . ." Stone's voice echoed in his mind. "Stone!" Deigo yelled. Suddenly, a gray and white Sky dragon with tar black eyes appeared in front of him. "Stone!" Deigo gasped. "Please, Stone, just tell me what this prophecy means." He begged. The old Sky dragon narrowed his eyes and shook his head. Stardust shimmered off his scales and wings. "You told me before that this prophecy is good. . .right?" Deigo asked. "This prophecy is both good, and bad." Stone replied. Deigo was puzzled. "How can it be good and bad? Please tell me! I have to know!" Deigo cried. Stone narrowed his eyes, his face serious. "Deigo. . .you must be warned. Your son will bring great destruction for all the Clans, and enternal chaos. But your daughter, she will hold forever peace and harmony. . .that is all I shall tell you," Stone explained. Deigo was dumbstruck. "My son. . .will bring destruction? And chaos?. . .but why?" Deigo asked. But Stone was already fading into the mist. "Stone, wait! I'm still confused!" But the Sky dragon was already gone.

ZOMG!! NOT DA SON!!! *crys*

Deigo awoke with a jolt, and whipped his head around to see Chihhiro sleeping peacefully beside him. She had no idea at all what was going to happen in their future. Deigo didn't want to think about it. Stone's words echoed in his head: "Your son will bring great destruction for all the Clans, and enternal chaos. . ." He shook his head. But why?. . . Deigo wondered. Why would our son bring such destruction? All he could do now was wonder, and hope for the best. Chihhiro opened her eyes, and blinked. "Deigo. . .what's wrong?" she yawned sluggishly. Deigo shook his head. "It's nothing," he reasurred her. "just had a bad dream." Chihhiro blinked, and tucked her nose under her wing. Deigo yawned, and padded out of their den. He blinked in the first rays of dawn. Maybe I should go back to sleep, I can't leave Chihhiro on her own. But Deigo's stomach growled, and he deicied it was better that he hunted first.

Deigo had killed two voles and a fat mouse. He ate them all in a matter of seconds. Gee, I was really hungry. he thought. But Deigo then realized that his mouth was as dry as a desert. He trotted over to a small stream and lapped at the water. Once he had finished, he mindlessly stared into the oily black water. Black water? Deigo shook his head. The water swirled beneath his paws, making him dizzy. "Your son will bring great destruction for all the Clans, and enternal chaos..." Stone's dark words echoed in his head. How? And why? I'll make sure that will never happen, he told himself. But Deigo wasn't so sure. He stared down into the black water again, and strangely enough, he saw Silaka's reflection in the water. Deigo shook his head. Silaka was still there. He looked behind him, nobody was there but himself. Deigo stared back into the water again. This time, it wasn't Silaka, but Silaka's daughter, Veixea. (remember her?) "Veixea?..." Deigo mumbled. Veixea seemed to be smiling at him. Suddenly, the Sea Serpent disapeered into the black water. Deigo was puzzled. What was that all about? his head buzzed. Deigo trotted back into the den where Chihhiro was. She smiled at him. He smiled back. Chihhiro staggered to her paws, and nuzzled him. Chihhiro twined her tail with his. "Deigo, what will become of us?" She whispered. Deigo stiffened. He sighed. "I don't know, but we must hope for the best." he told her. Chihhiro purred. No matter what happens, Deigo and Chihhiro would stand side-by-side to fight this enternal battle of blood, together.
