Chapter 18:"The Birth"
(part one)
"It was a dark night,as two dragons awaited the birth of their new egg.These were dark times when you hatched,young drgon,"said The Chronicler."It was war,evil trying to take over the world--but your parents were safe in a hidden cave,"he said."My home?,"asked Dawn."Yes,for now it was.They destroyed your Really home.Now,were was I,Ah...your egg was about to hatch!""How were my parents?,"she asked."Their names were Midnight and Darkshadow,"he said."What happened to them?,"she asked."You'll soon find out,"he ended.
"Darkshadow,come here!It's hatching,"said Midnight."I'm comming!,"said Darkshadow.It then hatched!"It's a beautiful girl!,"she said."Yes,she is!She,has the colors of us!,"he said."Black and darkblue,"she said."What should we name her?,"he asked."With my name and your name,I belive we should call her Dawn!,"she said,happily."Dawn!Yes,the dragon who was born at night!,"he said."I never met newborns who were born after dark!,"she said,surprised."Yes,this is truly amazing!,"he said.
".....And so that night past by,thinking what shall await them all!,"he ended.

Chapter 19:"Darkness"
(part two)
"The Chronicler?,"said Dawn."Yes,young one?,"he said."Why is this title called 'Darkness'?,"she asked."It will soon tell you,patience is all it takes!,"he ended.
It was sunrise as Midnight and Darkshadow,happily saw their daughter asleep."She is SO precious!,"she said."I'm so glade we have her!,"he said,smiling at her."It will be hard to keep her safe from this war!,"he said."Yes it will,but we'll make it,"she said."Look,she's waking up!,"he said.As Dawn woke up,the first thing she said was,"Hi,mommy and daddy!,"."Awww!That was so sweet!,"she said.Then she started to get up,staring at them both."So big!,"she said."Yes we are!You'll be big too!,"he said."Look she's starting to stand up!,"she said."Walking,walking,walking!,"said baby Dawn,singing."Come to me,sweety!,"he said."Daddy,look!Hi,dragies!!,"as she waved."Ohh My!Darkshadow,they found us!,"she said,worried."Don't worry!I'll destract them,while you try to hid yourselves!,"he said."I love you!,"she said,tearfully."I love you,too Midnight!,"he said,at far distance."C'mon,Dawn we have to hide,you!,"she said,thinking of a plan.Midnight,then hid her in a woven basket,as she put her on a river."I'll miss you,Dawn!I'll always be will you!,"she said,crying."Mommy!,"said Dawn,starting to move away with the basket."I LOVE YOU!!!,"she said.Midnight then,flew of,going back to the cave,and help out Darkshadow."Oh,no!,"she said."Darkshadow!,"she yelled.The dragons had turned him into darkness!"Now,get her!,"yelled one of them."Wth pleasure!,"he said,grinning."Sweety,don't do this!,"she said,as she was saying a spell,over and over again."It dosen't work!,"she said."I am eternal!,"he said. He then...killed her.
"So Darkshadow ran off with the others,the war was over.But they were planning to find a NEW way to distroy the dragon race!,"he ended

Chapter 20:"Madness and Tears"
(the last part)
Dawn could belive this at all.Her dad had killed her mom,and he is now evil!"Now Dawn,look,Midnight needed to protect you from harm,"said The Chronicler."She haded to do what was right,but she couldn't get rid of evil inside your father,"he ended.Dawn said nothing at all,only keeping her head down."Now,don't try to make yourself dark,that shall not help you with anything,"he said."Then what should I do?!,"she said,tearfully."I lost everything I had that I loved,and now the WAR is aproaching,with my dad leading it?I'm not going to let anyone get hurt.If anyone needs me,I'm not going to that stupid WAR!,"she yelled.Dawn had then ran off,into another thet,too,has tons of books.*I'll let herself settle down,then we'll see what we can do*thought The Chronicler.
:Meanwhile:
Dawn walked in the room,looking around what she could find that dosen't relate to her.*read the book.find out about your childhood*whispred a voice."Who is that?,"she asked.*I am your power source*it whispred."What?,"she said,confused.*The Powermoon.I shall guide you to your journy.now read the book*it said,then it left."That was odd,"she said.*now,were is my book?*she thought."Here it is,"she said."Wiered,it must have flown here to me or something,"she said."Now were could I read about my childhood?Ah,here it is,"she ended.She opened it and began to read.

Chapter 21:"Dawn's Childhood"
(finale part)
It has been years now,since what had happened to Dawn's past.She had no where to live,no one to take care of her.She flew and flew,hoping to find a place to live.Luckily,she did.It was the deserted beach,more likely an island,and she now stayed their for her rest of her life.
It was a beautiful morning,and Dawn wanted to go to school,and find out her powers.She had been studying about legendary dragons,and wished to be one,too.So she entered a class all about legends,and she couldn't belive her eyes.A lot of boy and girl dragons,that she knew was their,too.
"Hey look,it's the clumsy dragon!,"yelled out a dragon."I'm not clumsy!,"she yelled."Oh,yay,then shows us one of your powers,"said one of them.Dawn sat down on the floor,with her head down."I thought so.You are still a weak dragon.How are you possibly going to become a legendary,if you can't breath a simple element?!,"he said.The others laughed,Dawn knew he was right,she was never going to become one.She didn't even had a single friend who cared about her.They all thought that she was making a fool of herself.So she left,leaving school while she was still a child.Dawn had continued to live alone,with no powers-no love-with her.
Not until,that same night came.She was walking alone,crying,thinking about what the others had said to her.She will never be a legendary,and that broke her heart even more.Dawn sat down by the beach,watching every wave go back and forth.*I'd wished that I had powers,that no one else had*she thought to herself.It soon became Midnight,as a strange-looking moon moved close to her.Then all of a sudden,it shot out a beam of the moon's light,picking her up onto the middle of the sky.It sparkled so bright,with shocks courseing through her body.It then stoped,it lowered Dawn,gently,to the gound.She was then,fastly asleep.
It had now begun,with a new day to come by,with Dawn,soon becoming,her wish come true.

"It has been so hard,I had never knew I made it this far!,"she said."Feeling better,young one?,"said The Chronicler,walking in."Oh,it's you.Yes,I am feeling better.Sorry about what had happened back their,"she said."There is no need to feel sorry,young one.I know how you feel,"he said."There are times when all seems lost,but with the smallest amount of courage,you can defeat anything in our way!,"he said."What are you getting to?,"asked Dawn,a little confused."You and Pablo share the same amount of strenght,with you both at WAR,nothing shall stop you,"he said."Pablo and I?But,how could that be?,"she asked,even more confused."There shall be a time for that later.Now,aren't there some dragons waiting for you?,"he asked,smiling."Yes,I almost forgot!Pablo and I have to go and learn our new powers!,"she said,excited."Well then?Get to it.But remember this,young dragon,may your ancestors be with you,and you will see them with your own two eyes!,"he said."I'm going to meet them!,"she said,happily."You're a smart one,too,young dragon!,"he yelled at Dawn.As she soon walked away,going back home.

It was night time now,as Dawn barely woke up from the dream she had."Dawn,are you ok?,"asked Pablo."Wha-where am I?,"asked Dawn."Your in one of the guest rooms,remember?,"he asked.She then got up,but felt weak."Pablo,something really bad had happened in my childhood,"she said."What is it?,"he said.Dawn then statred to tell him what happened in her life.Almost an hour pasted,and Pablo was really shocked."You,mean,your dad and his other helpers are now trying to get rid of the dragon race?Erase all of the good?,"he said."I'm afraid so.But The Chronicler told me about that you and I share the same amount of power,"she said."We do?,"he said."Yeah,but he'll tell me that later,"she said."So,what do you think that something bad is going to happened,"said Pablo."I don't know yet,but something tells me that I will know,"said Dawn.Just then,Ignitus walked in the room."Young dragon,are you okay?,"he asked."Yes,I am,"she said,smiling."Good,because we were worried about you!,"said Cynder,as she walked in."Hey,don't be too worried,"said Dawn,laughing."Well,at least we are safe,for now,"said Cyril,aslo coming in."Don't be to negative about that,"said Terrordor."Hey,Dawn,guess who's back,"said Spyro."Wha-,"she said."Oh thank goodness you are okay young fellow,"said Volteer,talking fast."Great,"said Dawn.Just then the others had came also."Dawn,your okay!,"said Starfire."So,next time,huh?,"said Comet."It's a deal!,"said Dawn."Um,it feels like a family reuion here,can't we just go to sleep,and talk tomorrow?,"said Dawn."Sure!Let's go everyone!,"said Fireflight."C'mon,keep moving,"said Quietfire.As the others left,Ignitus stayed in."Now,we are still going to train tomorrow?,"asked Ignitus."I'm there!,"said Pablo."You bet!,"said Dawn."That is good,now get some rest,we have a big day tomorrow,"he said,leaving.As Dawn and Pablo were about to lay down,Sparx came in."Hey,I heard what happened,and I'm,um,uh,"he said."Spit it out,"she said,smiling."I'm...glad that you're all right,"he said,smiling."Thanks,"she said."Now,because I said that,doesn't mean that I will be nice to you,"he said halfway to the door."Whatever you say...mosquito!,"she said,laughing."Grrr!,"he said,leaving."Well,now that,that's over,let's go to sleep,"she said."Sure,"he said,smiling.They both cuddled up together as they closed theri eyes."I missed you,Dawn,"Pablo whispered."I missed you,too,"she said."I love you,"she said.Then the place fell into silence.

Dawn was having another dream-or nightmare-about what had happened to her past.

It has been hours later as the WAR was still continuing,and Dawn was soon aproaching to The King,Darkshadow."Dawn,behind you!,"yelled Pablo."Wha-,"she said.Then out of no where,her father came up close to her."My daughter is alive!,"he said in a dark voice."Join me,and we shall destroy all dragon kind!Good-bye kindness,hello darkness!,"he yelled."I'll never join you,even if you are my father!,"she said,angerliy."So be it!,"he said,ready to attack."Bring it!,"she said.So they started to fight,up and up they went as they were near a volcanoe,were his lair is also at."Tired yet?!,"he said,grinning."I'll never be!,"she said.Dawn then ran up to him and pushed him up to the sky."Get off of me!,"she yelled."Never!,"he said."Grrrrr!!!!Ahhhhh!!!!!,"she yelled,in an echo.Darkshadow had pushed her down to the center of the volcanoe."Dawn!,"yelled Pablo."Pablo,this way!,"said Spyro.Then something shot out,like a lighting,and Pablo couldn't belive his eyes."Oh,no!,"he said,in fear.Dawn has now turned into her full darkness,DarkDawn!"Dawn,snap out of it!,"said Pablo."To late,she is now poisioned with darkness!,"he said,laughing."Now,kill him!,"he said."With pleasure!,"said DarkDawn.She then charged up to him and...
It ended,Dawn had stopped dreaming.The sun was rising,and she will soon get up.
