I just finished watching stines;gate and it was great. did you know a sequel series is coming out called stines;gate 0 and it follows a version of okabe that after he killed kirisu he went into depression and will deal with the onset of ww3 and cern taking over the world. the game comes out this December and an anime for it is confirmed so it should come out mid to late 2016/ early 2017.

the only problem with steins gate are the pop ups I get on anime website or adds so I only seen one.

I've been watching One Punch Man these last few weeks. Haven't laughed this much at an animation's writing and presentation in years(in a good way).
I'm probably a few pages late to the party.

So after that depressing ****, I started Carnival Phantasm because I need comedy right now
After that, idk what I'll watch. Still waiting for the Heaven's Feels movies to come out, possibly in 3000.

I actually really like One Punch man too. I mean it's far from "saving anime" but it's cool.

Tho Noragami season 2 would obvs be my fav anime this season.

Dunno about top but from what I've seen somber or really serious anime have been really the majority this year, so great comedy like that is great even if it also has some really intense moments.

Psycho-Pass is really good so far. It's pretty dark but I really like it.

I would love to say that Durararax2 would be my 'best anime of 2015' since Shou was really good and stayed true to the light novel. But since it has lately become disappointing with Ten and missed out a lot of character development and scenes from the light novel, I don't think I can say that since it really bothered me. But I think that was because Ten was adapting 4 novels rather than Shou's 3, so since Ketsu will go back to adapting only 3, Ketsu will probably be a lot better since they'res not as much cramming.

I'm really interested in One Punch Man though. I reckon I will watch it when I get time. It's really hard to watch anime now though since I've really been into video games lately.

@G2nt: I don't know about Elfen Lied, but I watched Black Lagoon a while ago when I was 12 since it was on TV and I remember really enjoying it. It does have a lot of swearing and managed to somehow get the R rating at season 2, but I was 12 when I watched it and it didn't effect me, so I really don't think it should have gotten that raiting. It's really great so I'm sure you will enjoy it!

One Punch Man is great because it destroys the cliche of a protagonist who constantly powers up and just places a hero who is literally god but isn't treated that way. Kind of gives birth to the new genre of "Overpowered Protagonist". Overlord is the other similar one.

I watched just one episode of Durarara and I dunno WTF is going on.

School Live makes me cringe because the pink haired girl is a dense mother****er.

Comet Lucifer is quite interesting at the very least for a new Sci-Fi Fantasy. Heavy Object is probably the better known one though.

so I looked at the trailers for the upcoming anime

nothing that comes from a manga that I already knew about, but the trailer for 'boku dake no inai machi' looked pretty interesting so I went ahead and read the manga for that

and now I'm all hyped for no reason cause the animation looks beautiful and the story isn't garbage imo
but I looked at the english translation for the name and apparently 'boku dake no inai machi' translates to "erased"......
I mean I know they want to make it seem less dull because the literal translation doesn't sound as interesting but imo they should've just jumbled up the title and made a short version of the jap name like 'anohana' or 'oregairu'

I'm going to be really sad if this anime sucks and I'm going to be really happy if it gets attention cause it looks pretty cool

I'll just be watching that and durarara ketsu for winter

To be fair,it does get quite bloody at times. It's still mostly ridiculous injury,but there is a point where they decided to be SCARILY REALISTIC.

Well yeah, the apprentice of Atomic Samurai has his arm blown off but its not like Gantz level where its so detailed. Kinda more like Naruto level, where that dood with the mouth on his hands loses his arms or something but still kicks a fight.

You can also argue its gorey too. Like, there was the sea octopus roman guy who attacks the land but has his upper torso completely destroyed, showing only his lower half and his spine. Later on, the Sea King has a hole punched straight through him, with some parts of course flying all over the place and then him bleeding profusely on the ground.

Its gorey but in a surprisingly acceptable level. If it was more like Hellsing or Blood-C, it wouldn't go past the rating board.
