Zenith walked outside, taking a look around before flying up.

"come on....." Merrick whispered. he then started to walk away. Marina followed.

Fireflight and Starfire had fallen asleep.

Zenith flew over, seeing the clone, confused at first. He landed and walked up to it.

Merrick and Marina walked towards the cave.

He walked up to it.

they walked inside the cave.
"hello? anyone home?" Merrick called.
"maybe Starfire went out too." Marina said.
"maybe....." he thought, walking inside.

Zenith touched it, before rolling it over.
'Odd.... this her plan?' He asked himself

Merrick and Marina looked around the cave. nobody home.

Zenith looked at the lifeless body.
'Nah that can't be real...' He said, flying up.

"i wonder where Star is." Marina said.
"i don't know....." Merrick shrugged.

He looked at the clone again and thought.
'Hmm.... Maybe that would become usefull...' He landed again.

Marina and Merrick set out to find Star.

He thought before picking the clone up and flying off.

"Star?! Starfire?!" Marina called.
"i don't see that dragon anywhere." Merrick said.

It was quiet. Only the wind made a sound as it passed the two flying.

"this is kind of eerie.....it's just so quiet......" Marina whispered, looking around, cautiously.
"i know.......but we have to find Starfire......" Merrick muttered back.

Zenith flew near, seeing the two.
'Probably looking for Starfire...'

"Starfire?!" Marina called.
"don't do that!" Merrick whispered. "what if somebody hears you?!"
"that's the whole point. i want Star to hear me." she whispered back, calmly.
"ok, fine, but i don't want somebody else to hear us!" he said, keeping his voice down.
"all right, i'll be quiet." she said. they then flew in silence.

He thought of a plan.

Merrick and Marina continued to search.

He flew down and put the clone on the ground before walking off.

Merrick and Marind circled the area, but found no sign of Starfire.

Zenith took his time, preparing for his plan before flying out to where they were.

they circled around for a little while.
"this is useless. she could be anywhere." Merrick said.
"well, it would help if we actually flew further away." Marina suggested. he sighed.
"let's just head back to the cave." he said.

Zenith flew at them quickly, looking beaten and bruised, looking t o also have a black.

OOC:Now we both know that this is fake..

Merrick and Marina looked at him.
"oh, my, gosh. what happened to you?" Marina asked, sounding concerned.
"are you ok?" Merrick asked.

ooc: obviously xD

'I...i found star..' He coughed badly. 'She..she was attacked...by..these....these creatures....'

"is she ok?!" Marina gasped, worriedly.
"what creatures? what attacked her?" Merrick growled, ready for a fight.

'The creatures...they looked...like...like....GIANT COOKIES OF DOOM!'

OOC: Nah just kidding

ooc: for a second there, i was like wth?

"demons?" Marina asked, nervously.
"where'd they go? what'd they want with Star?" Merrick snarled.

OOC:

'I...I don't know...Follow me!.. I'll take you to her...'

they nodded, and followed him.

He began weakling flying. This was all just an act for his plan.

Merrick and Marina followed. she watched him, carefully. she was worried about his health. she was also worried about Starfire.

He flew for a bit before going to land, failing and crasghing into the ground, groaning. He landed in a dark area where there was some blood on the floor ahead

Merrick and Marina landed behind him. they looked around.
"this is horrible!" she gasped. "where's Starfire?!"

He looked up, opening his eyes.
'She...was here...before....arrnghh..' He groaned, holding hischest.

Marina gasped.
"get up." Merrick said in a monotone voice. "tell me what happened. every detail. what those things were, what they looked like, where they come from. tell everything you know. i want to know what happened. i want to know where Star is, and if she'll live. got it?" he snarled.
"Merrick......" she whispered, softly. he turned to her.
"go. try to find Fireflight. we'll need her." he said. she nodded slowly. she then started to walk away.

Zenith tried getting up, but fellback to the ground panting and in pain.

"come on. get up. i need to know what happened." Merrick said. Marina stopped, and turned around.
"Merrick, don't act so unemotional. he's hurt for crying out loud." she said. she then approached Zenith. "is there anything i can do for you?" she asked, softly.

He looked to her, looking with an angered eye expression, very quickly changing by shutting his eye like in pain.
'I...I don't know..'

"well, we need something from you. to find our friend, we'll need your help. you don't have to do much, but you could at least tell us what happened. can you do that?" she asked, sweetly. Merrick sat quietly.

'I just...saw these demons... i couldn't get...details... i tried to ...help starfire... but they were vicious....' He panted while saying.

"what happened to her? did they take her?" she asked.

'I...don't know...they overpowered me...I went to find help...' He goroaned in pain again.

"and you only foudn us? no Fireflight?" Marina asked.
"Starfire's probally long gone by now. if Fireflight knows, she probally went after them. do you know where they were headed?" Merrick asked.

Zenith shook slowly. He saw a cave that also looked to be a tunnel.

Merrick looked.
"did they come from there?" he asked.

'I don't...know.... maybe..she's in there...' He winced while geting up, but being successfull now. He slowly limped to the cave.

Merrick and Marina walked with him.
"maybe you should wait here. you're weak." she suggested.
"yeah, she's right. something could be in there."
