...if you're wondering, the level of a Pokemon does not have to do with age, whether or not it will help to evolve the Pokemon, because some Pokemon don't have evolutions or cannot evolve, like Zangoose.

No I was right cuz Victini is the first Pokemon of the Unova pokedex, not the national one.
