They've said there will be "worldwide distribution" for home versions of the movie, but no confirmation as to when we will see it and how it will be available (dvd/blu-ray/netflix/itunes etc)

I don't want to pay to see creepy colored pony people. I think I'll just stick with normal FIM.

I might buy the EqG dolls.

I'll buy the movie on DVD if it comes out here. Or watch it online if it's available. Even if I do see it online I'll probably buy the DVD anyway.

Quick as in I didn't do a lot of editing.
And I didn't use a good microphone.

Took way too long, but I finally finished Season 1.

You still have seasons 2 AND 3 to watch huh? Better take a seat and grab some popcorn, cuz you'll be watching MLP for the rest of summer.....

Yeah, it took me a really long time to watch just Season 1 but I think if I get sucked into it like I did before I can finish quickly.

Okay, some kind anon on /mlp/ uploaded the first 30 minutes of the EqG movie. The issue with it was that they only managed to get about 30% of the screen in shot for most of it - and even less so for other bits (with a very brief shot of 100% full view!).

So, here's my view on the movie (or what I've seen of it so far) trying to be as spoiler free as possible

Anyway, so I'm just gonna say that from what I've seen so far it really doesn't seem to bad. It's over 70 minutes long, so they really take their time to go into detail with some of it (which is good, because MLP is often accused of seeming rushed because they try to fit too much in too little time).

I've very quickly gotten used to the human designs, to the point where the pony designs seem weird now. I liked the humour they threw in with Twilight adjusting to the human world, I always knew I kind of would.

Human Celestia just sounds... Weird. If you've watched it, you might know what I mean.

They've didn't force "Brad" on us at all during those 30 minutes. He was there at the beginning, and walked off. Not that I don't like the idea of him, but I was worried he would be a large focus of the movie. Still - I am missing around 30 minutes of the movie (since I have seen the ending).

But yeah... There you go, looks good so far and I'm looking forwards to seeing the rest - it'll be interesting to say the least.

I guess season 4.

Don't worry, I'm not going to spoil anything. However, a few things:

As bionicle said, Brad isn't forced on you. Not at all. Second, the characters are still the same. Just because they have pink and purple skin, small human noses and walk on two legs doesn't mean they've changed! And believe me, they haven't.

Promising that it doesn't change much throughout the whole movie then. Still waiting on some kind anon from /mlp/ to... Provide... The full movie for everyone outside NA.

Edit: And, on the 7th day, twas delivered. So yeah, I've watched the full movie (with half the screen) and all I can say is



But yeah... I guess since it was a glorified TV movie it should be treated as a long episode rather than comparing it to a theatrical movie. Since I didn't get to see it at the cinema myself, and therefore missed the chance to see ponies on the big screen, there is one part of me that is hoping they do a FiM movie at some point and sort out an international cinema release.

I just finished watching it(Thanks Bionicle for the update on /mlp/! Haven't been able to keep up with the movie commotion these past days.)

I liked it. It was cute. I'm definitively glad I didn't got desperate to see it and went and bought tickets. I would have told myself "Hmm...I should have waited." If you haven't seen it, you should! Is not too bad and you get used to the whole "Human" thing! ^.^
It really shows they really tried to keep the Bronies awake throughout the movie with all the fan-base references.

I really want to see the other half!


I love how the you could hear some murmurs and giggles every time Brad was with / talking with Twilight.
