What is the highest percent you guys have gone with any character before dying? Recently I had a Mii Fighter with Black Knight's outfit go up to 249% and didn't die.

How many times have you survived being launched which an attack that generates the red lightning? Usually, that sharp red lightning means death, but I was facing MetaKnight with Yoshi, and Yoshi survived the red-lightning attack THREE TIMES IN A ROW.

I was Charizard fighting Arc of Archives Sheik and lasted til very late 200's maybe even 300 or so.

i got my butt kicked by gillgrunt.

I could get accurate records from the game some other time, but I've definitely survived well into the 200's with many characters, even Rosalina, despite her being a lightweight.

There's a few characters with Up Tilt combos. Mario, Luigi, Kirby, Fox, Falco, Buster Shulk, just to name a few.

I find it really satisfying to do as a Mario main (he's my third main at this point), though I usually go:

D-throw, Up-Tilt x2, D-Throw, Up-Tilt x2, D-Throw, Up-Tilt x2, Up-Air (as many times as I can), Up-B.

It all depends on character weight though. Sometimes I actually throw an Up Smash or a Jab combo in and follow up from there.

^For doc, I like dthrow utilt uair back air back air back air.

I got to 371% with Robin.
However I started with 300 so..

My highest starting at 0 is well in the 300s though.

Highest I recall is somewhere around 220% with either Shulk or Roy.

Anyone got an answer for the second question?

I've survived the red lighting tons of times. I always try to DI when I'm launched and it often saves me from the red lightning.

Somewhere around 300%. I would check the records but it probably wouldn't be legitimate seeing how a few times I've played on custom stages with loads of walls boxing me in.

And several times. Lost count.

My highest % reached is 304% with Ganondorf. Lowest is 122% with Ryu.

My lowest is 42 I think with Megaman. I played him once and never touched him again.

I was considering making another tourney and turning items off, but apparently I actually did just as I had thought and intended - others have been reporting that they turn items off when setting up a tourney, only to find them on when they play.

So yeah there seems to be nothing I can do about those items.

It's OK SB. We understand the circumstances, but we are all still happy you made the tourney!

Now I don't want to be that guy, but I really don't want lots of alt costumes. I don't want any, actually. Especially if they're completely different characters. Something about it just doesn't sit right with me about it. Probably the fact that it makes feel more like you're playing a Smash 4 mod than the actual game itself

I'm going to be totally honest with you... I still kind of want Bob/Bud/Freya/Fauna/etc. alt costumes for Villager. I actually kind of hope alt costumes are considered. I mean come on! Little Mac gets eight regular pallets and eight Wire Frame pallets. Why can't other characters have an alt costume like Little Mac?
