"Yeah... much." Sybil answered, as she held on tightly and tears pouring from her eyes due to the cold and velocity of the flight. It was quite intense for her first time, but she preferred that a thousand times than an unpleasant, and probably torturous visit from Shadow.

Once again at the Haven, with the sun setting on the horizon, Yodel had a rather small catch on his talons. It was a fish. What was he doing with a fish? Now with his precious cargo, he headed to the last place anyone expected; Crocux's cave. He didn't come inside though. He was smarter than that, but he did perched on top of his home, hiding the fish inside a rocky cavity above so the smell won't disturb anyone around. And sine he wasn't one to wait, he started to feed on some seeds around, since his little expedition took a lot of his energy...

Sybil was enjoying herself, though she was still a bit paranoid. She occasionally looked down to see if Shadow was there, thinking he was waiting for the perfect moment for Trico to flinch and then he could strike. After almost three years of dealing with that dangerous Komodo dragon, her paranoia was understandable, especially considering that she was still vulnerable...

Sybil was thrown a bit off guard when Trico guessed what she was thinking, but she guessed that couldn't be helped. After just several minutes, she had all the flight she could handle.
"Alright Trico. I think that's enough." she said, as she still held on, a bit cold for all the height and velocity of the flight.

"Whew, that was a bit harsh." Sybil exclaimed, determined to get use to the sensation for future activities. As she thought of another game, she decided to build some conversation to get to know Trico better.
"So... you're no spirit. You're a magical being, who doesn't need to eat or sleep to get the job done." Sybil expressed, always having wanted not to have those natural dependencies.

"I figured." Sybil said, still deep in thought.
"So, were you brought here by Crystal, or were you always in here somewhere?" she asked, starting to wonder why he was chained up in the first place.

"So in other words, Crystal just helped you manifest yourself and all that was needed was for me to release you." Sybil commented, imagining it was that.

Sybil scratched her head, not thinking on what to say. She then had the perfect idea for an activity.
"Well then, if that's the case, it's better to see how you manage. Let's test your protection powers." she suggested, believing at could be both a game and a test.
"Imagine I'm Shadow... or another enemy and I'm trying to get away. How would you handle it?" Sybil said, starting to jump from place to place. In the dream world there was barely any gravity, and she could hop around like a gazelle and move very rapidly from one place to the other...

Sybil had a lot of other strategies, wanting to try everything to make sure Shadow didn't get them by surprise.
"Alright, let's try something else. I'll hide underground and let's see if you can find me this time." she said, trying to think like Shadow and the possible sneaky methods he could use to get to her.

The soil there was more loose and maneuverable, so Sybil hid as underground as possible, creating a mini underground labirynth. She believed Trico when he said that Shadow wouldn't dare to approach with him around, bt even that was too risky to take for granted, and knowing what a sneaky cheat that Komodo dragon was, she had to test every sneak attack...

Sybil didn't answered, since that would give away her position. She waited for Trico to make the move and see if his other reflexes were top notch. He was going to need them just in case Shadow did attack sooner or later.

Sybil dug further away from him, knowing that if she wanted him to show his best, she had to show him her best. That was the only way to make that a genuine test...

Sybil changed direction, in a similar ways he did with Crocux when trying to avoid him. She felt like a mole with all that ease of digging the ground. That looked like a very precise test, so trying to find an opening, she tried to get behind Trico to returned attacking him. She had to try as many sneak attacks as possible...

Due to Sybil changing directions all the time, she was never conveniently in front of Trico. She was giving him a hard task, which was great, since it really tested his abilities...

Back at the Haven beach, it was quite a disaster. Angus had to wait for Nia to tire out a little in order to subdue her. No doubt her and Jack were going to form quite a naughty pair from now on.

Sybil was dazed as to what happened. How did her movements were suddenly stopped.
"I just froze. Did you do that?" she asked, wondering why, if he had a power like that, did he waited until now to use them...

"Oh,mal right then. Fair enough. We shall do this test again later, but without your powers. You never know if for some reason they are subdued in the moment Shadow decides he isn't afraid of you anymore." Sybil suggested, wanting to be prepared for every worst-case scenario possible. It was now time for the next test.

"Ok then, you can put me down. Next, I want to see how you do if you're tied up." Sybil said, wanting to know what strategy he would use if something like that ever happened.

"Well, let's do this; I will test how you do without your powers. Afterwards, I will prepare a series of targets for you to strike so I can see what your powers are." Sybil suggested, kinda looking forward to see what he was capable of... with and without his powers.

"Well... Yes. But I don't think you can hurt me that much here in the dream world. Just try to pretend your powers don't work." Sybil said, picking the remains of the chains he was tied up with and surrounding him. She was going to tie as much as possible to have mayor movement obstruction.

"Hmm, then there must be so etching else that can restrain you good." Sybil expressed, believing that in the dream world, there was almost anything you could do. She tried vines, glue, and a combination of everything, determined to find so etching he couldn't be released of.

"Well then, that's how it'll work." Sybil said, tying him up with vines and lianas. To add more, she covered his eyes.
"Now then, it is time to test your sense of hearing and reflexes. I shall approach you quietly, and you must avoid me touching something vital, like the head or the heart." Sybil said, knowing how much concentration that required. Being a prey animal, Sybil knew how to be silent and sneaky. Trico was all tied up, from his paws, and even his tail. The only thing he had free was his ears, neck and mouth, and he could only move through his entire body. Sybil then left, waiting for a moment to strike...

Sybil looked as well, and she couldn't comprehend what was going on. Was he a guardian angel? Remaining silent, she did decide to help him, and started to nibble on the most delicate part of the chain. Dream or not, she had a bit of knowledge of man made things, having been raised in captivity, though she could use Jack for a job like that. That looked like it was going to take her a little while.

Jack got all his extra stink bombs and well other types of bombs ready and decided to show Nia a thing or two about is craft.

Nia was pretty far away, and she was rather small, so she could dodge the stink bombs, although with a little difficulty since the grapes on her beak weighed her down. Angus grabbed her by the chest and tried to make her reason.
"Come on Nia! It's almost night! Don't start a prank war here!" Angus said, trying to move her away, but she was stronger than him. Even though Angus also loved pranks, unlike her, he knew when there were limits.

Jack was about to throw a slime bomb when something cut it open in Jack's hand. confused he tried to get it off but it was stuck to him like glue and he got stuck trying to get it off rendering him out of commission. then something grabbed one of sleep gas bombs and snuck off to get Nia from behind. who was doing this? it was Terrence Jr. like Angus he liked pranks but unlike Jack he knew when it was going to far.

Angus forced Nia into the ground, showing her the sun.
"Woah! It's almost night?" she exclaimed, knowing how much time flew when having fun.

"Well now, look at that. Even Sybil and Rose left. Well guys, it was a fun time, fun story, but we must leave, like, immediately. Uncle Barloc has a tight curfew for us, and he's not going to let us return here if we don't come back." Angus said, flying off immediately. Nia did the same, but not before glaring and winking at Jack, letting him know it wasn't over.

"Well Mr. Crocux. Thanks for the story and everything. I will come back soon. I want to see a saltwater crocodile in action." Nia said, looking forward to see a mighty reptile such as himself during hunting.

Harland's eyes flickered at the thought of unknown mysteries lurking on this island. There were things undiscovered, mysteries that perhaps he could one day solve, present to the others. We all deserve to live long and prosper." Raul chuckled a little as he added, "I'm a simple bovine. I need little to be happy."

"There is nothing wrong with that.," Sayan simply said with a smile. The smell of swamp got stronger and stronger as large trees hid view of the sky. "We are getting close. If there are any salt concentrates-- they would be here. Come-- maybe this direction.," he then added catching a slight scent in the air. Darkness could be seen through slight gaps in the trees... though Sayan seemed to be otherwise focused.

As nightdraw near and everyone was getting ready to sleep, nothing but the quiet breathing of the sleeping warblers and the wind rustling the leaves could be heard. Everything was peaceful. Sybil's cal breathing could be heard from her tree, clearly having a good time. Yodel was still t the top of Crocux's cave, dozing off, with the keas not even wondering where he was. Even Sholeh has doing some peace at the Haven, and she now considered Sybil more a nuisance than a threat. All was well that night so far, and everybody hoped it could stay that way...

Sybil waited for a long while to walk towards him in order to have him lower his guard. After almost fifteen minutes of doing nothing, Sybil started to approach him, silent as a ninja and very shallow breathing. She couldn't take any chances. She had to use her best skills if she wanted to make sure her protection was beyond good. And she was ready to jump out of the way in case Trico heard her. She pretended he was one big, nasty predator that she had to avoid at all costs in order to have a righteous motivation...

Sybil continued approaching, with a stick in her mouth to pretend she had a weapon and was ready to strike. She occasionally moved position just in case Trico pinpointed her location. And as quiet as sly she was being, she suddenly gave it her all to run towards his heart, once again moving position to avoid getting caught...

Sunflame slowly relaxes as Whirlpool does this. Glad to have someone like Whirlpool around, he slowly lays back down. Turning to look at his friend and companion, he speaks. "Thank you," he says before falling into a restful sleep.

Jhen has since retired to his home and fallen asleep. The young male orca is concerned about Cairo, but will see what he can do in the morning. Perhaps some playing with him, will help.

Sybil turned around, aiming at both his head and his heart and avoiding touching him so that he wouldn't feel where she was. She tried to act as mercilessly at possible, since she knew Shadow could be that evil, and she had to make sure she had the right protection...

With Sunflame finally asleep, Whirlpool decided to head outside and use what very little light remained outside to see the complete cockatoo playground before returning home.

Cairo was swimming around, evidently trying very hard not to let his anger get the best of him. Just after leaving Sybil and Rose at the beach, he took part his anger out on an unfortunate fish that was unlucky enough to swim past him.

Back at the Haven, Warren had an unsuccessful scavenging. The vulture was rarely seen now by the Haven residents, since he spent most of his time in the outback looking for food, and since it was tiresome to fly there and to the forest back to back again, he spent most of his time in the outback. Due to his failed scavenging, he returned to the forest to see if there was any resident willing to share it's food.

"Well your hearing is to the only thing that should concern you." Sybil said, using a bit of ventriloquism to confuse Trico of her location...
