(Never understood why people put internal feelings instead of external action. Unless there's a mind reader around who can actually tell what they're thinking. "looks like he's about to cry" would be valid, because then it's a visible clue that others can pick up on, but "feels like crying" is internal, thus no one has any way of knowing. I always ignore stuff like that, because I have no mind reading powers. Also, "is quiet" is a waste of a post, because it adds literally nothing. /rant)

Not sure if that personality thing took "quiet" a bit too literally, or if Falco is just silent. I mean, he jumps between periods of obnoxiousness and silence anyway, so I honestly cannot tell.

What we do not know is to what extent it changed him. Did it take "quiet" too literally like a complete idiot and make him mute, or is that just Falco not wanting to speak? We simply have no way of knowing, unless Falco can express it.

The Personality Changer: I changed Falco's personality from being obnoxious to being serious and quiet and Minato agreed to it.
