Litwick and Chikorita watched the ground carefully for any sign of where Pansage will appear. The ground shakes a little as Pansage bursts up just under Chikorita knocking her on her side. Litwick quickly throws an Ember at Pansage as it climbs out of the ground.

Pansage faints.


Maria enters the cave when a cubone appears. (I have really no clue D: ) Amber used ember.

OOC: Go to Bulbapedia and do some research. That's what I always do

OOC: I want your cubone to protec this cubone. Is that Okay?

Seiki cheers and congratulates his Pokemon; petting them and making sure they are healthy. He then wanders around a little more before coming across a wild Scatterbug.

After a couple of tries, a Scatterbug appeared.

OOC: Hmm... alright. Oh, and I checked Bulbapedia, and there are indeed Cubones in Glittering cave.


"This place is amazing. No wonder they call this place Glittering cave." Scarlet exclaimed, not noticing the new Cubone until later. "Woah, a Cubone. Look. Is this where you come from... oh wait, of course not." Scarlet then said, remembering that her Cubone was from visiting her uncle in Johto.

The Scatterbug lunged at Chikorita, using Tackle, knocking Chikorita down. Chikorita was quick to recover though and used a tackle of her own. Litwick started to fire an Ember.
"Litwick, wait. Let's let Chikorita have this one." Seik said.
Litwick nodded at his trainer and watched Chikorita.
"Chikorita, use Razor leaf!" Seiki called out.
Chikorita spun the leaf on her head sending out a few leaves at the Scatterbug.

OOC: Don't kill it Eevee, I want to catch it.

OOC... Wow, it's been a while since the last post. Let me see if there is still hope for this RP.

Way inside Glittering cave now, Scarlet's Cubone looked like it was having a lot of fun. Deep in the cave and yet there was still no Pokemon in sight. It didn't matter though, she was only interested in Pokemon she could ride on for races.

"Scarlet, i think there is a ryhorn in here!" Exclaime Maria.
OOC: I saw 1 in there

"It doesn't matter Maria. I already got a Ryhorn thanks to you. I am looking for variety." Just as Scarlet said that, she realized Cubone was missing... oh no wait, he was just behind her, and he was playing with another strange Pokemon... was that a baby Kangaskhan?

"Varitey?" Maria was confused. "What o you mean?"

"Hold that thought." Scarlet checked, while she took a closer look. "Say now Maria, this is a baby Kangaskhan, isn't it? What is he doing away from the mother.?" Scarlet asked, finding that too unusual. Cubone kept talking to the Pokemon, while signaling the two girls, probably telling him that they meant no harm.

"hmm, that is odd.... WAIT A SEC I KNOW!" Maris sounded excited. "Have you ever heard the Mythe that baby Kangaskhan is a cuebone?
I think it got seporated from its mother so its mother could continue the life cycle." Maria looked as if she would cry.

Seiki smiled, seeing the Scatterbug teeter from side to side, dazed from the attack. He quickly reached into his bag and pulled out a Moon Ball, his personal preference in Pokeball type, and chucked it at the Scatterbug. The ball tapped the bug on the side of the head and opened, takign Scatterbug into in a flash a red light.
Now was the hardest part, waiting while the ball jiggled from side to side in hopes of a catch.

The pokeball rocks once...... twice............... it was caught!

Seiki jumped in joy, celebrating his first catch. Chikorita and Litwick were beside him, cheering as well. When his excitement finally settled, he walked over and picked up the ball, placing it in his bag.

"Of course I have. That myth is extremely famous in Johto... but, I don't know. It seems very unlikely. Besides, Cubone never lets me see him without his skull." Maria explained, remembering she was rather curious about it. Although Cubone trusted her, he wanted to keep that secret.

Scarlet was about to say something else... when from around a corner came a fully grown Kangaskhan! It seemed very surprised to see Scarlet and Maria there, and turned very aggressive, until the baby calmed it down. No doubt that was the mother. After the baby spoke to her, she calmed down. She and the baby then started communicating, ignoring the two girls for that moment...

OOC: It's OK if I control some of the Pokemon action like this? Let me know please.
