ON TOPIC: I honestly have no problem with transgenders. I find it a bit odd that people would want to change their gender, but if people won't judge me, I won't judge them. As for rights, I haven't gotten an opinion on them yet because it hasn't concerned me up to this point. more than likely i'll have no problem with transgender rights as well. :/

Repenting is not just apologizing, it's forsaking the sin, nailing the sin onto the cross and letting it die. Making amends for what happen, treating people with love and respect, having a total change. Then things will be ok for that person's soul.

When one repents truly then they can go to Heaven.

Wait a second... Jesus was of Jewish faith and preached as such. Judaism does not follow the same beliefs (with regards to hell) as the vast majority of Christianity. We do not see it as this realm of eternal punishment, rather, it is a cycle of cleansing that seeks to purge the stains from our souls so that they may ascend to a higher plane of existence. While that crops up fear like your interpretation does, I have a lot of trouble believing your claims.

Jesus was a Jewish man, yes. But He preached the real word of God. OT spoke about death for the unrighteous. Jesus goes in more and says that death is everlasting, which means Hell, thus Hell is everlasting death, everlasting punishment.
This is not the first time He expanded upon the teachings of the OT. From the Sabbath to adultery He expands on them.

1. Where is anybody teaching anyone how to jack off, let alone a 5 year old?
2. The Christian God was never a part of the American government. Many of the Founding Fathers were theists, but didn't necessarily believe in the Christian God. And it's thought of that some of them were even agnostic or atheist.
And before you bring it up, the "Under God" part of the pledge was added in the 50s because of pressure from religious groups.

"Sin" is a "problem" but the Pope would rather focus on the good deeds that those people have done rather than harp on one thing that they do "wrong".

He's stated that he is fine with atheists as long as they are good people. Would you seriously throw away any good deeds that someone does simply because they are an atheist and that's apparently a sin?

And frankly, this is a subject where the opposing opinions are often based around religion, so it was inevitable. To deny religion to be a part of this discussion is to deny a large part of the discussion, and only allow people to say "YES I FULLY AGREE WITH TRANS RIGHTS".

I'm for trans rights, but people are going to naturally disagree and you cannot essentially tell them that they aren't allowed to discuss it.

I have not spoken to Torok very much, and haven't done so in QUITE a while, but when I did she was a nice person who was kind to others. I would even jokingly talk in calls about religion and she would mostly be cool with it, simply expressing disagreement and moving on. I don't believe that she has absolute hatred for anybody (it's against her faith regardless), and that she just takes her faith to an extreme level and needs to cool it down. Otherwise she seems like a normal teenage girl.

She's not a bad person and she doesn't hate anybody. If she did, she wouldn't be trying to "save" us.
