Discord lays down on a couch with Alexandra beside her. He strokes her with his claws and smiles. Removing the chains he speaks to her.

"No need for such evil things, you will not try to run from me, he says. As Alexandra falls asleep Discord picks her up and tucks her in bed before covering her with blanket as well as laying her head on a pillow. He kiss her lightly on the forehead before quietly stepping out of the room and blowing out the light. Sleep well, my dear. I shall return later and we shall have some fun together then," he says before closing the door behind him.

Meanwhile Chrysalis lays with me in bed. Her hooves are wrapped around me and her wings are folded at her sides. She lovingly strokes me with her hooves and smiles as she can hear my gentle and relaxed breathing. Chrysalis kiss my cheek lightly as I relax in her hooves.

"Rest, my dear prince, you are safe here. Should anyone try to attack us again, the place is on full alert. Also should things come to worse I have a one-way spell ready to teleport us to a secret hideout that only I know of. I promise, Prince, I will protect you," she says kissing me on the forehead and smiling as she continues to run her hooves through my mane.

She had heard that Chrysalis and Discord had powerful new allies that are unlike anything they have face. She tries to hide her fear by standing tall but do to her injuries she cannot. Even her eyes are filled with fear.
