Hellena's horn kept a steady glow, to stop the fire from going out of control. Sure, it wasn't 'exciting' when something wasn't turning into a charred husk, but all she wanted right now was to be nice, warm, and dry.
Time heals all wounds, they say, she thought to herself, a rare moment of tranquility. But why not mine? What makes me so different? The fire popped, bringing her back to her 'senses'. "No. The fire made me beautiful."

Fizz and Elixir waited out the storm in their house.

The gaunt unicorn laughed, wiping her mane out of her face. The twisted noise rang through the charred ruins of her home, out into the storm.

OOC: I'll add another character later, maybe.

Cobalt closed his eyes. He took a small nap.

Hellena slowly trailed off, settling her head on her hooves a smile upon her lips.

Always watching. Always waiting.

Fizz and elixir clung onto eachother.

Clayton made his way through the, now, muddy roads to his shop. Colton had rolled off onto the floor, and jumped up seeing Clayton through a crack in between the tables. He ran to the door to unlock it, letting Clayton walk in soaked, "I got a bushel of apples, but I think the forest is infected with the berries, like they are in the air... I came back seeing some of the houses reconstructed.

Appearance: Bright yellow coat with a sunset colored long mane. Yellow eyes. Cutie mark is a lit candle.
Personality: Cheerful.and bubbly, always tries to make friends. Seems to have a sadistic dark side.
Special traits/abilities: Excellent at illumination magic. Appears to be immune to Slendermane's debilitating area of effect due to corruption.
Other: Is the colt taken in the last Slenderhour. Has been corrupted by Slendermane and now follows his orders. Candlewick is now a "Maskie" which were child servants of Slendermane during his last appearance. Will don a white, faceless mask and a black cloak when doing his master's business.
Slendermane is very protective of this one...

"Slendy!" the colt yelled in joy as he jumped up and snuggled the monster's leg.

Sicolus walked into ponyville sopping wet. He sat down on the muddy roads and then he realized something " I ain't got nowhere to go and no shelter in this bucking rain" he sat there mane matted to his body. He heard the voice laughing at him in his head "shut up I don't have the patience to deal with you" he said angrily.

Crackle Pop, feeling reckless, began to walk towards the everfree forest. The rain just made her smile. She loved the rain, her normally untame-able mane scruffy was now perfectly straight, and clung to her face and neck. Her tail was half stuck to one of her hind legs. She did not want to go back to Pinkie. That mare was nice, but she had gone a little crazier since this whole ordeal happened. She had become utterly obsessed with making sure that all of the ponuies she knew were happy. It made Crackle feel suffocated because she knew that she was never always happy.

Pinkie stared at the sky, as the rain fell on her. When the lightning flashed she squeaked and ran for cover in what was left of sugarcube corner. The lightning had woken her up from her insanity.

Cobalt went back to the store.

After a long rest I go back into the storm and return to repairing the homes and placing enchantments to protect the inhabitants. They are not super strong enchantments but enough to keep Slendermane away from the town. They create blinding flashes of light when ever Slendermane is close. However if someone leaves the town it cannot help them also the light only happens three times each day so the people must use them sparingly and wisely. I see a wet pony wandering around and walk over to him. Hidden within my hood I take a water-proof travelling cloak and drape it over him.

"There that should keep you warm and dry," I say with a smile. Then I walk off and start repairs on Fluttershy's home and the rest of the town. I have already repaired the bridge to Fluttershy's home and all but a small amount of town. Several hours later as night begins to fall I finish I and collapse under a tree nearby.

"I knew you wouldn't leave me here!" Candlewick cried, clutching the thin leg tighter.
"Calm yourself, child. Did you complete your task?"
"You bet!"
"Excellent, my little Maskie."

Cobalt knocked on the door.

Crackle Pop continued to make her way towards the Everfree forest, ignoring the little voice of reason that was yelling in her head. She smiled and bit her lip, trying to hold onto her current personality. She did not want to switch back to being a sweet little thing. She hated it when she was like that.

Pinkie paced arond Sugarcube corner, worrying about Crackle Pop. "She should be back by nooow... " she moaned.

Cobalt sighed.

"Hello? Anyone there?" He said.

Hellena got up quickly, glancing around the dark little room frantically.
Nothing there. she thought to herself, with slight relief. Yet. She trudged towards the front door, hoping to head to Sugarcube Corner. Well, she had to eat some time in her life.

He layed down.

Sicolus talked to some of the ponies out and about and learned of the dreaded slendermane. 'well that was helpful' he thought 'but I still have no shelter and it is freezing'. he chuckled "crack berries". He couldn't help but to laugh at the idea.

cobalt looked int eh door again.

Tired but not asleep I see a soaking wet pony and gathering Sicolus into my warm and dry travelling cloak I speak gently to him.

"Come with me I will take you to a safe, dry and warm place where you can rest and relax."

Sicolus was surprised. kindness was still foreign even after several years. of course who would help a stranger. But then again how could he know if he could trust him he may be a psychopath as well, so many ponies are now. "ok" he said simply, better risk it than die of hypothermia that would be embarrassing...what would his ancestors think?

I lead him deep into the EverFree forest and knock of Zecora's door. As it begins to open I vanish, far too afraid to remain there. However before I leave I give Sicolus a traveling cloak that is waterproof as well as warm and an amulet to protect him. The pony gets one glance of my face as I lightning flashes. All he sees through a mask is two slashed eyes.

Hellena hummed a familiar tune as she wandered up the street. She couldn't exactly remember what it was, but it felt uplifting.

Cobalt sighed again.

Colton wandered near the door, not knowing what drew him to open it. Looking to to mudded road he saw Cobalt(I didn't know his gender(explains the the random she and her things earlier)), "You're back?" he turned to look behind him, to see if Clayton had returned. "Why are you laying here?" he bent down.

"Waiting."

Cobalt ran in.

"This cut is killing me!" He said.

Hellena glanced around at a pair of voices, seeing Cobalt and Colton. She gave a smile, orange eyes glinting menacingly.
"Oh, it's you. Again." she said, her breath leaving a small cloud in front of her face.

"I meant- I'd like some adhesive medical strips."

Sicolus walked into the strange looking place. "Great Iget out of the woods only to be brought right back in". He looked at the cloak and threw it down. "Not necessarily my style" he said. But he would keep it just in case. He then began rummaging through books looking for historical documents or potions, just about anything on slendermane or the scariberries.

"Whoa, slow down." Colton looked up seeing the random pony and giving a worried and weirded out smile. Going back to Cobalt, "You have some sort of laceration?(a laceration is a break in the skin or a cut)" he then noticed how quickly he had entered the store.

"Who is here?" Clayton came flapping out of the hall rubbing the towel over his head and in his ears, "I haven't had a guest in a week." he stopped at the edge of the hall and lowered the towel to see Cobalt, "What do you need?"

"He says he has a cut, and is seeking medical aid." Colton replied.

"Good thing our father was/is a doctor in Cloudsdale. We keep extra equipment around, we aren't as good as he was, but he taught us a thing or two." he retreated back to the room he came from.

"Yes and thank you." He said.

"I know a doctor." Hellena pointed out. "He's a lunatic, hehe, but I guess he counts."

OOC: you are trying to make it hard on me, aren't you? Jk, but seriously, could you make your posts longer, you character seems to do very little if there aren't any details.

Clayton carried a clearish-blue box out with him as he returned to the counter to open it, "Alright, show me what I'm dealing with."

Hellena shrugged. "Oh yeah, I guess I should go have my weekly meal." Her ears twitched, and she continued to the cafe.

"Weekly meal?" Colton walked back to the open door to see Hellena walking past, "Why do you not eat at least daily?" he stepped out a bit to where the rain touched bid nose every other drop.

"Dunno. I think I'm messed up inside, I'm never hungry." Hellena explained, stopping. "I know why, but I'm not overly concerned. I've survived thirty two years like this, now haven't I?"

Sicolus re-appears inside a small house with a fire lit in the fireplace. I am at my worktable hard a work making amulets. As he appears I smile.

"Make yourself at home feel free to eat and drink what you wish. Your bed is near the fireplace. Don't worry about anyone coming here, I've made it look like a ruin on the outside. I don't have many guests but there is plenty of food and drink, help yourself." Then as lightning flashes again he sees the slashes over both of my eyes.

Slendermane seemed to sense something. It plucked Candlewick from its leg and sat him down.
"Listen carefully. I will take you to town, and you will bring me a zebra. He has something precious of mine, but I can't touch him."

"It's like I've seen you before..." Cobalt said.

Crackle stood just before the Everfree forest. The seemed so full of shadows, she never understood why everypony was so scared of that, even before Slendermane appeared. She would play in there all the time. Maybe that was why she never had many friends. Creckle shrugged and walked slowly between the two trees infront of her and into the forest.

Pinkie was back in the kitchen, she knew that some ponies may come by and need food. She was one of the only establishments still working. She would adapt recipes and stop doing certain ones when she ran out of ingredients, but it was always consistently good.

Hellena nudged the door open. "Hello? Pinkie?" she called out, seeing no one inside. "You, er, home?"

"Well I do work here in Ponyville... I've had a few of my things out in an art showing." Clayton pointed to a plaque, "I've gotten that award three times, but I only need the one." he turned back to Cobalt, "Now, about your wound." he insisted.

Colton backed away from the door as Hellena left, "What a strange pony." he closed the door slowly. He placed the latch, chain, and deadbolt on the doir, sealing it shut from the winds and water.

Candlewick trotted through the trees next to his master. As the mismatched pair exited the wood and began to head to town, the storm slowed to a soft pitter-patter. Just before the edge of town, Slendermane reached inside its suit jacket and pulled out a package wrapped in brown paper. Candlewick took it with glee and unwrapped it. Inside was a small black cloak and a mask. The mask was white and had no features, save for the eyeholes.
The yellow colt strapped the mask to his face, and an odd feeling came over him. It was a strange desire, he couldn't explain it. He pulled on jis cloak and hid his mane under the hood. Candlewick was unrecognizable, except for his yellow eyes.
"Bring him to me by any means necessary. I need that page!"
The Maskie nodded and took off into the town somewhere. Slendermane took one step onto the cobblestones of Ponyville, and at that precise moment, there was a blinding flash of light.

Cobalt looked at the cut.

Pinkie leaned around the edge of the kitchen door,"Oh, hiya~ Yeah, I am here! What can I help you with?" she asked. Just as she stopped talking there was an explosion from inside the kitchen and Pinkie was covred in what looked like whipped cream. "Darn... cream explosion..." she said, licking the cream off her face.

Crackle Pop gasped, she had seen the flash of light, she was just in the forest and was about to turn back. She backed further into the forest, she did not want to go near that light. It scared her. She was back to the bubbly, girly her. Inside she was so angry about it, but that did not show on the outside

Seeing the flash of light I turn toward my guest.

"Please stay inside I'll be back shortly, I say with a bow. With that I step into the storm. I stare into the darkness. I know you are there, Slendermane, you and your helpers have tried many times to get me, but each time I have driven you back. For so long have to tormented these people and tried to do so to me. So long have you driven them to fear and even insanity. Long have you and your Masked hunted me like a pack of hounds hungry for something. I know what you want Slendermane but you will not get it. I'm not afraid of you Slendermane, come on out and show yourself and let us talk face to face like true men. Don't try anything though, because if you do I assure you I will show no restraint this time," I say valiantly standing alone in the darkness.

Slendermane was annoyed. Tendrils writhed from his back, the black appendages flailing wildly.
"ZEBRA!!!" he thought-shouted, nearly every pony in Ponyville hearing in their heads, "Your magic is powerful, much like your ancestors! But like those that came before you, it will be your undoing! That's what felled your great-grandfather!"

Clayton walks around to inspect the laceration, "How did you get this?" he put his hoof near it, but not on it. The flash had shown through the open parts between the tables, but he didn't think much of it, "Doesn't look like something you'd get in the forest."

Colton had returned to laying on his back on top of the counter. He stated at the ceiling to hear the rain had lightened a bit, "Well that didn't last very long..." he said to himself with a little smile. He pulled up the sword he had brought in. The sheath had been lined with a thin white fabric to resemble clouds. The center material was dark blue with a silver hue, and over this texture was the metal casing design. The metal was formed with many swirls and flame shapes, but the hilt lock was gold, in the form of a dragons paw. The hilt of the blade was of ebony, very dark and shiny, that curved back on both sides to end with blunt points. The handle was rapped in a red string over the green under fluff. The tip of the handle, like the hold was ebony, from the handle out, and held a diamond shape point.

Smiling I glare into the darkness.

"If that is true then I will destroy you with me Slendermane. Though I do not believe that anymore. My great-grandfather was powerful and strong but it was not his magic that destroyed him it was himself. He became corrupted by the magic and thus the magic destroyed him. I have not and will not become corrupted as my will is strong and my heart is pure. All these years I have quivered in fear of my power and hid myself from the world, but no longer. I remove my hood and stand tall. Come Slendermane this ends now, I say drawing myself to my full height. No longer shall you torment these people, for tonight there will be only one victor and that will be me. For I know you weakness Slendermane for I have studied the page I hold hard and long, it is I who is your weakness. Look you upon the page that I have and seal your fate."

I take the page and using magic hover it in front of me. An image of a zebra that looks exactly like me is shown in the middle of page. Below are the words of the prophesy. I speak them and as I do the words of the prophesy appear on the wall beside Zecora.


"Though through tragedy and fear you kept them apart,
So do we, the ancestors wish this to you to depart,
You horror of the night,
Whose name causes fear and fright,
Dark menace and taker of life,
You who thought your life was free of strife,
Here upon the night,when the blaze that took it all,
Will you who terrorizes us, fall
You who should have your own fate known,
With Zendral's Blaze your death you have sewn,
You who with fear did this land bend,
Upon this land will you at last meet your end.
Though you may run to escape your fate,
You're mistake did you realize too late,
Those you believed were gone have always been in your sight,
No running or hiding will allow you to avoid this fight,
Two zebras, dwell here this night,
The first, Zecora, the sister who seeks,
Though now she alone sleeps,
The second, Zendral, the brother who lost it all,
Will with his own hoof bring about your downfall,
When this night does finally come,
All shall have their freedom,
The sister will rise to gather with all the land,
To see the battle at hand,
There as you fall, their eyes shall meet,
Her quest, now complete,
Finally after so many years of being divided,
Brother and sister will at last be united.

OOC: What is in bold doesn't have to happen yet. Though if you want this to happen, the voices gather everyone to the place, where Slendermane and I shall fight.
