OOC: Bravo's repeated post was accidental. Also, if you want to bump an RP, then you should have your character do something. They don't have to say anything; you could describe their thoughts or surroundings. How are they walking through the hallway? Are they afraid?
That way, you won't be spamming. You'd be RPing and keeping the RP alive.
As a side note, I'm glad that you guys take the rules seriously; I respect that.

Name: Leader Oscalo Coviendon
Gender: Male
Species: Tretieagoo
Age: 2309 Earth Years, quite elderly
Weapons:
Claws and Horns: Oscalo will use his claws and horns when in light battle; but they're rather dull, and aren't backed up with much force when swiping goons' faces.
Fire: When fights get too nasty, or he wishes to prove a point, he'll use his fire. It's bright orange and spews like a massive flamethrower from his mouth, stretching up to 32 feet. But it's destructive and degrades his ability to fly, as breathing fire burns gases needed to take flight.
Laser Blaster: Small, portable, but quite useful when outnumbered. Light gray with blue markings- much like the armor- and shoots an accurate, penetrating, blue-white laser beam. Lasers, being concentrated light, are nearly impossible to dodge. The combination of the beam's heat and speed makes getting hit almost unavoidable. The only things that keeps an enemy from getting severely burnt is the wielder's aim and the second-long charge-up of the Laser Blaster. The grill-like opening in the weapon glows bright white during this short period, accidentally warning the baddie to “move away”. Also, Oscalo's hand-to-eye coordination isn't as good as it used to be, so his aim's often a bit off. The weapon is placed on a clasp between his wings when not in use.
Roscowvie: His right claw canine, who can kick some serious butt.
Personality: Patient, obedient, wise, and very understanding. He has much experience in combat, diplomacy, and data gathering, and he's learned how to wait without complaint. Oscalo deeply respects his leaders, despite any differences in viewpoints, and is incredibly reliable. He's seen much in the galaxy, and can usually tell the difference between right and wrong. Even though he plans ahead and is overall a great ally, he can be too trusting with friends that may very well be his enemies in disguise- especially if that “friend” happens to be a youngster; Oscalo has a soft spot for the young folk.
Appearance: Bipedal dragoniod; also walks on all fours. Long & slender neck; long, slender, bony tail. Thin body, skinny legs(two-jointed) and arms, webbed feet/hands with four clawed toes/fingers and opposable thumbs(also clawed). The pair of wings is 17'8 in wingspan, but not very wide; each has four clawed wing fingers. Small head, long, skinny snout(two nostrils at the tip), and two tiny ears.
Four long stalks connect to the head and each possess a red-pink eye; the scales around the eyes spike and extend to 2-6 inches. The two stalks behind the front ones are slightly shorter. Sharp, jagged, flat horns are across his body; a small one between the nostrils, two smaller ones between the ears, a collection of medium-sized ones in the back by the thighs, and a large one on the tail tip.
His horns, teeth, and claws are all a mildly dark orange, and his scales are teal and smooth like a snake's. The underbelly, wing membrane, and feet/hand webbing are light blue, and soft like velvet. The insides of his ears and nostrils are red-orange. He has three thick whiskers dangling from under his nostrils and chin, all deep blue and about as long as his back eye stalks.
As an individual, he's quite frail, being of age. He has two overgrown teeth sticking out the right side of his lower jaw, and part of his left whisker has been torn off. His wings are tattered, his horns chipped, and many small scars are visible across his underbelly. He's clad in light gray metal plating around his lower torso, lower neck, head, and shoulders. The armor has small, round, blue LED lights.
He's 7'3 in hight, 20'3 in length(including tail), and 27 pounds.
Story: Like nearly every Tretieagoo, Oscalo grew up with his mother and was kicked out when old enough to leave. When hunting to feed the towns and cities he lived in at his home planet, Oocondriea, officials and guards saw his great skills and offered to train him for their galactic military. As he climbed the ladder of success, Oscalo's ranking never ceased to increase. When he reached nearly the peak of his career, he was awarded the rank of "Leader"; he was given control of nearly the entire Tretieagoo army, and had close to the level of authority of the Empress herself. But as time went by, age weakened his body and strength. Now, it's only a matter of time before he must retire permanently from his duties.

Name: Roscowvie Coviendon
Gender: Male
Species: Grestdomutt
Age: 6 Earth Years, not even an adult(both physically and mentally)
Weapons:
Jet Pack: Not exactly a weapon; a method of transportation so Oscalo doesn't have to carry him in flight. When activated, blue-yellow flames shoot out, and dark gray mechanical(like an airplane's) wings slide out. The flames can be used to burn foes, but the jet pack requires a lot of energy, and doesn't last as long as Oscalo can fly.
Claws, Speed and Strength: Roscowvie will use his flexible body, sharp claws, and strong legs to kick, cut, and give baddies long-lasting headaches. However, he's small, and being restrained means being helpless.
Hearing and Smelling: He has extremely powerful hearing and smell, which gives him the ability to detect scents and sounds that most others can't. He's very well trained in detecting dangerous elements and materials. Even still, he can get too distracted with all the different aromas and sound waves.
Personality: He's only a "good boy" to Oscalo, and even then he's quite the cheeky one. Disobedient, rude, and a bit self-centered, Roscowvie is a hard character to deal with. He likes to "do his own thing"; but he's inseparable to those he cherishes.
Appearance: Slender body and neck, small tail that ends in two points, six legs with two-toed feet(with shiny gray claws). Long head, nose and two eyes at tip of snout. Two whiskers behind eyes, two under nose. Four ears that end in rhombus(diamond)-shaped points. Fur is soft to the touch and light green, with red and orange stripes around neck, legs, feet, tail, and ears. His eyes are obsidian black, but very expressive, and his nose and ear-insides are silver-pink.
He has a large helmet and shin guards, a light blue spandex suit that ends at his feet, shoulders, and halfway at the tail, and a jet pack strapped with silvery bands to his back. All the metal is silvery-grey, with blue LED lights; the same style as Oscalo.
He's 2'6 in height, 4'5 in length, and 36 lbs.
Story: His kind is rare to come by; Grestdomutts live on the planet Belly, which isn't very well known. They aren't technologically advanced, and mostly rely on their own natural instincts. Through "legal" capturing, Roscowvie was taken and put on sale at a pet market. Oscalo saw him through the store's windows, and instantly thought "this one's perfect". The Tretieagoo bought him and took care of him, training the Grestdomutt in the fields he knew the creature specialized in, teaching him different languages(Grestdomutts have very complex lip muscles, which gives them the capability of speaking many tongues) and combat methods.
