Well, it doesn't exactly help most of the reasoning for people disliking Sprocket is "Sprocket is most ugly Skylander and not cool and made me like even X" or "Sprocket is weaker than Y so she's automatically worse".

Disliking the reasons that people give for their own opinion still doesn't justify insulting them for it. I'm not saying that you've been insulting anyone, I'm just trying to explain why I think all this negativity is unfair and pointless. I'm all for a debate, but when it gets down to "Well you suck because your reasons suck", it's time to just take a step back.

As I stated in my post, I honestly don't know if she's the "worst" Skylander, as I haven't used her yet. I probably never will. However, if other people choose to refer to her as the "worst" based entirely on how the character looks, that's up to them. Perhaps the wording is just unfortunate. I stand by what I said about her being the ugliest Skylander, but I agree that that shouldn't automatically make her the "worst". If that's what people want to think though, just leave them to it. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, even if it differs to everyone else around them.

Personally I've just kind of been shrugging my shoulders and saying "whatever" about all the Sprocket hate. This isn't the first time I've enjoyed something really unpopular, and if the pattern goes anything like it normally does, she will eventually become more popular. I don't understand why so many people like Thumpback, but I'm not going to go and make a thread about how much I don't like him.

As much as I love Sprocket and can't wait to get her, I'm still going to wait until I play as her to decide for sure if she's good or not. I thought Drill Sergeant, and Drobot were really awesome until I played as them. Now I don't even remember why I initially liked them. I also initially didn't like the design of Stump Smash, Boomer and Voodood, but once I played as them I liked them a lot more, and even learned to like their character design.

Appearance is important, sure, but it's really more about how well they play that makes me like a character. I think both Sprocket haters and Sprocket fans need to just calm down and be quiet until we've all played as her.

I do hate how she looks though. ; Sorry fans of Sprocket, but for me, she is the ugliest Skylander. She resembles a human, which to me, is a lot less magical and appealing than a shark man like Terrafin, a phoenix like Sunburn or even a little blue blob like Wrecking Ball. She just...lacks charm in my opinion. I really don't like how she looks. That's just my opinion.

My issue is that she looks like realistic-human, minus the gold skin. Chill may have a human look, but at least she has ridiculous armor to give her a more fictional appearance.

Sprocket's back story makes her interesting and makes her design that much cooler.

Fights with a wrench. Has mines, turrets, tanks. Awesomely unique.

Thought the white eyes was a good touch too. Cute and it fits.
