Sorry for the long wait. School is being a pain.
Chapter 24
The tunnel was very cold, the water on the floor sent chills down Marie and Destiny's spines.
"How much longer do you think this tunnel is Marie?"
"Rogue said that it lead to the outskirts of The Well of Souls. We'll be down here for awhile but at least we're safe."
Not long after Marie spoke Destiny felt the familiar dizzyness of her Future Sight ability and fell onto the ground, the vision coming to her.
------
She walked around a greyscale wastland; small stones floated in the air, the dark clouds above motionless.
Destiny recoiled in fear as she saw a dragon, motionless and greyscale like everywhere else.
The vision then changed to a diferent scene. The ground was a dark grey, the sky dark purple and black.
The sound of battle echoed nearby, Destiny found herself running towards it.
She stopped not to far from two dragons, both of them clashing with attacks.
She could not make them out, only hear what they said.
"I... will... not... let you...win..." the first groaned as it struggled to stand.
The second one let out a maniacal laugh "Looks like I already have" it said, its voice tinted with malice.
"No...you... haven't..." the first dragon groaned once more, now too weak to even move.
The second dragon pinned the first one down before speaking once more. "There's no point resisting me, you're weak and have no strength..." The dragon stopped, "...I'll take my body now."
At that an ear-splitting screech was heard as the second dragon dug its claws into its victim.
------
Destiny's eyes snapped open, she was panting heavily.
"Destiny are you alright?!" Marie asked in worry as she senced the fear in Destiny's aura.
Destiny stood up slowly, shaking greatly as she did so.
"Destiny what did you see?"
"I...I saw this wasteland, everything was greyscale and things were just motionless. ThenI asaw two dragons fighting and one of them murdered the other. It's last words were 'I'll take my body back now'."
"A greyscale wasteland..." Marie began, "that's only around the Well of Souls."
"But why is the wastland greyscale Marie?"
"No one knows. But they think it has something to do with Spyro messing around with his ability to control dragon time.
"How could that cause all this?"
"There is a story that if one tweaks time too much it'll go out of balance; making time stop completely in an area, if not the world."
There was silence.
"What about the dragon's words?"
"The dragon's words confuse me but I beleive a second spirit or soul is locked inside the body of the other one."
"A second spirit?"
"Yes. Sometimes one is born with a second spirit, others get one traped inside them through many different ways."
"I see."
"Come on, we've wasted enough time here. We need to get moving again." Marie stated after her explaination.
"Right." Destiny replied, once more following by Marie's side.
-------
A cry echoed through the prizon, a cry of pain.
"You know Shard..." Heather began, "I actually feel bad for Spyro."
"What? Why? He's evil now and even worse, he's killed many."
"Because he's allways in pain. Something's wrong with him Shard."
Shard was silent, "how much longer?" he finaly asked.
"Until Eclissi? Only a week."
-------
Spyro looked down at the greyscale lands below, smiling evily as an idea came to mind.
Why bother fighting the Silver and Aura Dragons... when he could just freeze them in their tracks?

Sorry for the wait
Chapter 25 Marie and Destiny continued on through the tunnel, they did not know how long they had been inside it or how much longer it would take to get out. Ahead Destiny saw something, darkness shone through what she saw. "Marie I think that's the exit up ahead!" She exclaimed, motioning to the opening far before them. "It could be." Marie said, "lets hurry." Like Destiny had guessed before them had been the exit out of the tunnel. They could see the Well of Souls in the distance. Marie looked up at the celestial moons, they had only six days before eclissi began, and only eight before it was over. Calcuating the distance between where they were now, if they ran into no trouble they could make it in four or five days. If they did... they'd be too late, Ecclisi would be on it's last stage. ------- Spyro flew above the lands below, searching for the Silver and Aura Dragons. His body blended in well with the dark clouds. He knew not to reveal himself to the two, nor get close enough for the aura dragoness to sence his presence. Something told him that his plan was not right, that he shouldn't do it. He ignored the feeling and continued onwards. Soon, in the distance he spotted them, behind them was an underground tunnel. They must have come from it. He landed on the edge of a large rock formation observing them, waiting for the right moment. The pull he had felt before came back, making him cringe in pain. Once more he pushed the feeling away, focusing ahead of him. It was time. Spyro closed his eyes, activating his ability to control dragon time, slowing the world around him down. He kept it in this state until the ground below sparked with a wave of blue electricity that moved forwards, behind it the dead lands turned greyscale. ------- Marie froze, she felt dread. Destiny must have felt it too since she began looking around in panic. The sound of electricity grew louder and louder, something was comming. "Oh no..." Marie said fearfully as the blue electrical wave came into view. "M-Marie what is that?" Destiny stammered in fear. "Run!" Marie ordered, "If we don't we'll be frozen in time. Spyro must have messed with his ability to trap us here!" Marie took off, getting airborne, Destiny followed, they knew that there wasn't enough time to run back into the underground tunnel. ------- Spyro growled in annoyance as he watched the duo take off, escaping the time wave. He stopped using his ability, there was no use using it now. Turning around he retreated, the Aura and Silver dragons had escaped, his only option now was to wait for them to arive. Luckily for him, his interferance lessened the amount of time the duo had left. Now they wouldn't make it, at least not in time to stop him. ------- Marie and Destiny panted, they had managed to escape the time wave...but also get themselves far from their destination, if not completely lost. "That was too close..." Marie said between breaths. Destiny nodded, agreeing with the aura dragoness beside her. "Where do you think we are now? We flew some distance from where we were." "I think I know how to get back to the exit of the tunnel." Marie said, "Hopefully I am right and not lost." ------- Thanks to you I failed to complete my plan!" he growled at the persistant dragon before him. "That's what I was trying to...ugh...do." "You're lucky I cannot kill you yet weakling." "I'm sure you won't even get the... AUGH!" The struggling dragon was slashed across the chest, falling backwards as he tried to stop the bleeding. "You should be lucky I can't kill you. However, I'm sure that luck won't last too long." He tried to stay awake but the shadowed demon before him became a blur. He blacked out. Hope you enjoyed that chapter

Sorry for the wait, here's a new chapter
Chapter 26 Marie and Destiny found themselves in a clearing, forest surrounded them. "Which way now Marie?" Destiny asked, now panting from exhaustion. Marie looked up at the moons above, flinching as she saw their distance from each other; it was close. "According to the placement of the moons... if we continue south we will find our way back. Hopefully we don't run into any other problems." "If we get near the Well again Marie, won't Spyro try to freeze us in time once more?" "No. Now that the area around there is already frozen he cannot. We are safe." As they continued onwards they became more lost in the maze of trees around them, unsure of where they were headed. "We're lost, aren't we?" Destiny asked, gaining a nod from Marie in reply. Once more the dizzy feeling of Future Sight returned, Destiny collapsed on the ground. ------ This time there was no vission, just a large white flatland before her. "Hello?" Destiny asked, padding forwards. "Hello young dragon." the familiar voice of the past silver dragon said, its form appearing before her. "I assume you brought me here to tell me something?" Destiny questioned the ghostly dragon. "You are lost am I right?" Destiny nodded, "yes, we got lost after escaping a time wave created by Spyro.Do you know the way back to the Well of Souls?" "Yes, but are you certain that it was truely Spyro who caused what has happened?" Destiny tilted her head in confusion, what did that mean? The dragon before her began to fade away, snapping the young dragoness out of her thoughts. "Wait! What do you mean? How do we find our way back to the Well?!" She asked quickly. "You'll know the way when you see it Destiny. But I must warn you: not everything can go as planned." With that the dragon and room dissapeared before her eyes and once more, the vission ended. ------- Opening her eyes Destiny saw that Marie was lying next to her, waiting for her to awaken. "The moons are close... we're running out of time..." the aura dragoness said solumly. "Marie?" Destiny asked, drawing the said dragoness' attention. "I know what you want to tell me, your future sight, what did it reveal?" "I met that silver dragon again," Destiny began, "He asked me if I was sure Spyro caused that time wave. I don't know what he meant by that though... he also told me that we'll now our way out of here when we see it and that 'Not everything can go as planned'" "I don't know Destiny, I'm just as confused. I'm certain it was Spyro who caused that wave. He was the only one in the area that could have caused it." There was silence. "We should go. If we want to find our way out soon, we should hurry." Destiny stated, breaking the silence. Agreeing, Marie and Destiny pushed onwards, looking for their way out. As the duo continued forwards, Destiny was trying to place everything she had seen or been told in her vissions and dreams. Two shadowed dragons fighting, the stories of creatures with two souls; one good, one evil. She couldn't help but wonder weather or not the two bits of information were connected to the upcomming Ecclisi or not. Her thoughts were broken as Marie spoke. "It's getting too late to travel now. If we go any further we may faint from exhaustion." Reluctantly, Destiny agreeed, she noticed the weakness of her mentor as well as her own. However, resting now would only shorten thier race against time, only two days were left until the begining of Ecclisi... and four before its end. ------- As lightning ominously flashed across the sky Spyro stood below, smirking as he looked at the moons above. It wouldn't be long now...untill he was unstopable by even the young silver dragon wanting to oppose him. Hopefully you enjoyed that chapter Btw, since school's out these will come more often

New chapter
Chapter 27 Lightning split the sky as a dark purple crystal pulsed with black light. Above a solar eclipse and lunar eclipse were taking place, Eclissi. Marie wasn’t focused on the sky; she was focused on the battle before her. A dark grey shadow dragon lunged at her; the dark element of shadow engulfed her as the dragon exhaled dark shadows. As she cried in agony as her opposite element swarmed around her; a scythe slashed her side, sending her to the ground. She crashed to the hard rock below her, a crack was heard as her wing broke, forcing her to yell in pain. The shadow dragon landed before her, red eyes glowing with the erge to kill. It raised its claw, ready to deliver the final blow to her. As the claw neared her throat a dark blur crashed into the shadow dragon, knocking him away. The shadows around her rescuer lightened, showing his form. Another shadow dragon, this one dark purple and blue with a white face and yellow on his muzzle and legs stood behind the larger shadow dragon. Marie could not speak, her strength drained from battle and the darkness above. All she could do was watch as the large shadow dragon rose to its feet, ready to kill his opponent. The small shadow dragon growled and lunged at his enemy, only to be knocked back with a swipe of its tail scythe. shadow dragon was thrown to the ground, only to get back up and then let out a feral roar before taking to the skies; opponent following after him. She could do nothing to help him with her broken wing and drained strength. She could only look on as her love fought the one who had created this day. The shadow dragons battled fiercely, drops of blood would hit the ground. The large shadow dragon raked it claw across the smaller one’s face before its body was engulfed in shadows and it charged forwards. The smaller shadow dragon crashed to the ground as the larger one crashed into its chest. With a final roar the large dark dragon lashed at its victim, leaving scars across its back before grabbing it in his muzzle and throwing it...towards a nearby cliff. Marie could only look away as history repeated itself in her mind. The dark dragon raised a glowing claw and delivered the final blow. Its target, the young shadow dragon, was sent falling into the dark waters below to its death. Marie's sorrow gave her strength. She struggled to stand, ignoring the pain. She lunged at the large dark dragon, knocking it back in anger. With her body surrounded by a pulsing blue glow, aura, she strutted towards the winded dragon, making him stand and step back. With most of her remaining strength she unleashed her fury attack, causing her victim to cry in agony before falling to the ground unconscious. Marie stopped, her vision going black as she wobbled weakly on the cliff. As her vision faded she fell like her love...and into the sea. ----- “Marie! Marie wake up!” Destiny cried as she shook the aura dragoness from her nightmare. Marie’s eyes snapped open, her face covered in dry tears. “Marie are you ok?” Destiny asked in worry, “you were having a nightmare.” Marie realized that she was back in reality, the light blue eyes of Destiny’s looked worriedly into hers. Marie shook her head before speaking. “I’m fine, Destiny. We should get going.” Then shadows from the trees loomed ominously around them as they wandered once more through the forest maze. Marie’s eyes were closed as she used her aura abilities to see around and far before her; Looking for a path. She spotted a small road not to far ahead; maybe it would lead them out of the forest. “See anything?” Destiny asked. Marie nodded, “There is a path not to far from here. With any luck it’s our way out.” “Ok. Lead the way Marie.” Slowly they made their way towards their destination. Neither of them had spoken since they had begun to travel. Soon the path came into view; the path that would lead them out. “Is this it?” Destiny asked. “Yes. This will hopefully lead us out of here and back to where we came from.” Once Marie had finished she began her way down the path, Destiny right behind her. As they continued down what was hopefully their escape route an opening between the trees appeared not far before them. “I think that’s the way out.” Marie said as she saw it. As Marie broke into a dash Destiny wasted no time following. There was, after all, one day left until Eclissi. Hope you enjoyed So we learn a bit about Marie's past here. It's different than what she told Destiny it seems.

Chapter 28
Like Marie had guessed the duo dashed out of the exit to the forest. For once lucky to see the dead landscape before them…and the Well of Souls in the distance. “We did it Marie!” Destiny cried joyfully. Marie nodded in response “Indeed we did Destiny. If we make haste we may make it before Eclissi starts.” “Right. Lets go Marie.” Destiny replied as she followed the aura dragoness forwards. ------ Spyro could only growl in anger as he saw the duo in the distance. “CYNDER!” He roared. The black dragoness walked up to her master, bowing before him as she waited for his command. “The Silver dragon and aura dragon are coming here. Illuminate the aura dragon if they get close; I’ll deal with the young silver one myself. “As you wish Master, I shall gather the others for battle when they near.” Spyro smirked as Cynder left the room. “Perfect…” he said before once more falling into a trance. ------ The shadowed dragon stood before its opponent as it struggled to stand, blood seeping from its many wounds. “It’s almost here.” It said as it looked upwards, “Soon you shall be no more; soon you won’t be able to stop me!” “I may not be able to stop you…” the weak dragon wheezed “But I can at least die fighting!” With that the weak dragon shot white hot flames at its opposer, making it recoil in response as its front paws were burned. The two began to circle each other, each waiting for a move. The dragon once more unleashed flames from its maw, only for the attack to miss as his opponent hid in the shadows. An attack hit him from behind, once more throwing him to the ground with a loud crack as it landed on its wing. The dragon’s cries of agony seemed to be in unison with the maniacal laughter of the mysterious dragon attacking him. ------ All was silent as the duo continued to walk towards the Well. “You’re worried about something Destiny. I sense it.” Marie stated without looking at the silver dragon beside her. Destiny sighed, Marie was right, she was worried. “I’m worried that we won’t make it...or I won’t be able to stop Spyro.” “Remember, Destiny, as long as you have hope… you can beat him. Your powers, by far pass even his; whether he is a legendary dragon or not. “I guess you’re right Marie.” Destiny said looking at the blackened sky above her. “But what the Silver dragon in my visions… what do you think he meant by 'Not everything can go as planned'?” “I’m not sure Destiny. But our only option is to find out.” As the Well got closer and closer the duo felt themselves weaken from the fatigue of traveling the frozen, grayscale lands. “We should stop and rest for a few minutes. If you are to fight Spyro you will need all your strength. I’m sure he will have his underlings in front of the Well to prevent us from entering. I cannot go with you inside but I can hold them off.” Destiny reluctantly obeyed Marie, the more they rested the less time they had. But she knew that the aura dragoness was right, if she was weak… she’d fail her mentor, her mother, and the world.

Chapter 29
Spyro stood motionless in his usual trance as he looked upwards. If one was close enough they'd be able to see pain flash in his demonic eyes every now and then. Something was wrong with him, but what? He shook his head, pushing the pain to the back of his mind before he took off into the air, landing on top of the Well where he stood under the celestial moons, waiting for his power to become unstopable. ----- Destiny and Marie had rested enough and had started to make their way to the Well of Souls by walking, not wanting to waste any energy they had. Marie looked up, she knew for certain that they weren't going to make it in time before Eclissi began but she also knew that they had to save their energy in case of battle. She was more worried about Destiny then ever by this point. Unlike herself Destiny was completely mortal, if she died it'd be the end, the darkness would continue forever. The Well looked so close, yet so far from the duo. Marie stopped dead in her tracks, fear filled her eyes as she shook. Destiny was about to speak whn the world became darker then before. She followed Marie's gaze as the dragoness looked up only to see a black shadow slowly cross the the celestial moons above. "No..." was the only word Marie could say at the sight above them. Eclissi...had begun. ----- "Yes... Oh YES!" The dragon before him said as it laughed. He could feel what strength he had left slowly drain. "Finally... it has begun!" Dun dun dunn~ Hope you enjoyed that chapter. Sorry for its shortness. Will Marie and Destiny be able to reach the Wellof Souls before Eclissi's end? Will Destiny be able to fullfill the destiny she has? Who are those two dragons? And why am I asking all these questions?

New chapter
Chapter 30 The dragon stood up and charged, he may be weakening but he could still fight. He nailed his opponent in the side, sending it to the ground. "So you still have fight in you?" The mysterious dragon said in questioning as it got to its feet. "You expected anything less? I thought you knew how I think?" The dragon mocked the other. "Silence mortal!" The second dragon roared, lashing out at its apposer. The dragon fell backwards as the claws struck his side, maing him yelp as he once more crashed onto the ground, all he could do was watch as his energy was drained by the darkness. ----- Marie and Destiny raced across the frozen, greyscale land quickly, time was running out and the Well was still far away. Marie wanted to save hers and Destiny's energy by not flying, they could only run. We have to make it! We have to reach the Well before Eclissi is in a full eclipse! Marie thought in worry as she ran alongside Destiny. My strength is already starting to drain from its power. Destiny looked up, the eclipses had gotten larger, the black over the moons now slightly larger than before. It wouldn't be long. "Marie, we have to fly, if we run it may be too late!" Destiny said. Marie thought about it once more as she looked up at the moons. Destiny was right. "Ok, Destiny." Marie said as she took to the skies, Destiny following her. Hopefully they'd make it, they only had a day before Eclissi was at full eclipse. In two it'd be too late. Marie and Destiny had gone into a glide, flapping their wings every now and then. Destiny looked at Marie only to see pain in the aura dragoness' eyes. Eclissi was taking a toll on her, darkness was, after all, Marie's weakness. "Marie if you want we can stop." Destiny told her. "No, I can make it Destiny," Marie groaned, "my energy doesn't drain easily. If I get too weak I'll land. Don't worry about me." Destiny oppened her maw to speak, only to close it as she couldn't reason with Marie's choice. It had been hours since the duo had taken flight but now they traveled by land, Marie's strength had been drained from flying. The day was almost over, the black covering the moons half way complete. Only half a day was left before the full eclipse began for two days. The duo had neared the Well but with Marie's weak state they could only walk as the dragoness slowly regained her energy. "How are you feeling Marie?" Destiny asked. "I'm feeling stronger, I've recovered most of my strength." Marie replied. "I'm sorry Marie... this is all my fault. If I hadn't asked..." Marie cut Destiny off, "No, this had nothing to do with you, you didn't know I'd weaken in flight. Do not blame yourself." ----- Spyro laughed as power from the eclipes above gave him strength, however, as he laughedyou could see that he was in pain, but he had pushed that away. The silver dragon could not stop him now, not when the moons were almost at full eclipse. She and her aura dragon companion were still far, they would not make it before then. ----- The Well was almost in the duo's reach, they had managed to slowly run to this point. However, the moons were nearly black, if they didn't reach the Well in time then their chances were slim. "We must hurry, it's almost at full eclipse!" Marie cried in fear as she and Destiny ran. Destiny nodded quickly in agreement before she and Marie sped up. Soon the duo found themselves not far from the Well's enterance, by this point there was only a half hour remaining before the full eclipse. Marie dodged a beam of Psychic energy before she cried out. "Destiny! RUN!" Destiny did as she was told but was blocked by Cynder as she stood in frond of her. "Now where do you think you're going?" Cynder hissed, voice filled with malice. Destiny was frozen in fear of the 'Terror of the Skies'. Cynder lunged at her only to be thrown backwards as, in defence, Destiny fired a beam of light at the dark dragoness before bolting into the depths of the Well. It was time for the final battle.

New chapter
Chapter 31 Destiny entered the dark room where Spyro was said to dwell. “Spyro!” She yelled, “Show yourself and accept your fate!” There was evil laughter as a pair of demonic, white eyes opened. One by one acid-colored crystals lit up, eventually reaching a large one. In front of the large one… was Spyro himself. “So you’re the one that is supposed to stop me?” the corrupt purple dragon asked, his voice emotionless. “You expected someone else?” Destiny growled as she got into a fighting stance. “Don’t make me laugh, you’re merely a hatchling, you stand no chance against me so you can give up now… or you can die!” “Never!” the young silver dragon roared before recoiling, surprised by the fierceness her own voice. “Very well,” Spyro replied, not intimidated at all by Destiny. “I’ll make sure I tell your mother and mentor that you’re dead once Eclissi is over!" Destiny winced, the day Marie had told her about, Eclissi: the day of the double eclipse, had started before their arrival and was almost at full eclipse; she was running out of time. “You honestly think you can defeat me now hatchling?” Spyro questioned. “Bring it!” Destiny spat as the purple dragon turned to her, "Lets test your power!". And with that, the battle began. ------ Marie was surrounded by the remainders of Spyro’s forces. His general, Cynder, three of his commanders, Nebula, Dragonfire, and Hope, and the remainder of his underlings, continued to circle the aura dragoness. “You stand no chance against us, surrender and we may let you join us.” Cynder added. Marie growled in annoyance at the taunts and threats from her opponents. “OVER.MY.DEAD.BODY!” she roared, sending a powerful shockwave of aura at the surrounding dragons, hitting each one dead on, stunning them. Taking advantage of this Marie lunged at the nearest opponent, sinking her teeth into its neck and throwing it at the outer wall of the Well before slashing her claws across its side, drawing blood. Turning Marie saw some of her opponents beginning to stand as they recovered from her attack.. Before she could attack she fell to the floor, paralyzed by a wave of electricity. She struggled against her paralysis but was met with several ear-peircing soundwaves, followed by a beam of shadow energy. “Ready to give up now?” Cynder asked, placing her claws above Marie’s neck. Marie just smirked "you want to kill me hmm? You should know better than to think you can kill a semi-immortal like myself.” Cynder and the rest of Spyro’s forces recoiled as Marie rose onto her hind legs, a visible aura pulsed around her. Then, in the blink of an eye, the aura dragoness opened her glowing eyes, the fury attack shot in all directions, sending her opponents flying back and rendering them all unconscious. As her attack stopped Marie fell to the ground panting heavily from fatigue as she fought against the erge to fall unconscious. ------- Attacks flew across the room, some hitting, others not. Destiny and Spyro circled each other, waiting for the chance to strike. Spyro charged at Destiny, white hot flames coming from his maw. Destiny fell to the ground, giving Spyro a chance to get above her. Everything felt like it slowed down for Destiny. This was most likely Spyro’s ability to control dragon time. Destiny tried to dodge as Spyro shot several ice shards at her. Due to the fact Spyro had slowed time down, her effort was wasted, she winced in pain as the shards pierced her scales like knifes. When the world sped up again Destiny was recovering from the pain the ice had caused her. She saw Spyro advancing quickly, his teeth bared. The silver dragoness barely managed to dodge as the purple dragon closed his maw. Destiny launched a sphere of aura at Spyro, knocking him back a few inches before flapping her wings, creating a strong gust of wind and forcing him into one of the nearby crystals where he slumped to the floor, stunned. Spyro stood up and rose into the air, now making the battle an aerial one. Destiny flew at Spyro only to be knocked to the ground by a beam of convexity. Spyro took this chance and shot a large fireball at Destiny, making her cry in pain. Spyro landed nearby and spoke, “Give up yet hatchling?” he taunted. Destiny got to her feet slowly and glared at her opponent. “Never!” she cried, a beam of pure light coming from her maw. Spyro yelled in pain as the super effective element hit him hard. Destiny took this as her chance and covered her tail in water, smacking Spyro’s legs, making him fall face first onto the stone floor. “Ready to give up yet?” Destiny asked in a mock tone. Spyro growled and got to his feet, once more gaining altitude. Destiny followed, avoiding each attack easily as she used the wind element. The duo of dragons circled each other in the air until Spyro flew at Destiny. Destiny made an attempt to dodge but unfortunately, that is what Spyro had expected her to do. Once more everything moved slowly as dragon time was slowed. Destiny was slashed across her underbelly, causing pain to her as the wound bled. Once time sped up Destiny cloaked her body with auric energy, making the wound on her underbelly stop bleeding and heal slightly. Spyro had gotten higher in the air and was now diving at Destiny, body engulfed in flames. Destiny saw him approaching and blew him off course with the wind element, making him stop his attack to prevent from crashing into the nearest wall. When he turned he was hit with a beam of aura, followed by a blizzard of ice and a bolt of electricity. Spyro fell to the ground, panting heavily as he struggled to stand. Destiny landed before him, panting as well. “Look at you” she began, “Look at what you’ve become. Do you think Ignitus would be proud of you now?!” Spyro froze at her question, “Ignitus…?” He asked, as if searching his memory for the name. However, before he could do any more the moons became completly black as Eclissi reached its strongest stage. Spyro cried in pain as he placed his paws on his head. Destiny backed up, this is what she had seen in one of her visions. Two voices could be heard as the purple dragon in front of her trembled in pain. “I… won’t… give… in…” the first one, a teenage male voice groaned weakly, as if dying. “Oh but you know you want to” a second one with an emotionless, evil voice replied. “You can’t resist me.” Spyro’s eyes opened slightly, Destiny was sure she saw light lavender pupils there. Purple scales began to slowly cover the dark purple ones. Destiny stepped back in both fear and worry as Spyro roared loudly. “GET OUT OF MY HEAD!” He yelled, trembling franticly now. “Why would I do that? I control the world now.” “I won’t… I won’t let you do this…” “I’m afraid you have no choice, Eclissi has reached full eclipse, my strength by far surpasses yours. I can no longer let you exist any longer, for only I, your dark self will control the world forever! No one will stop me!” At that Spyro cried in agony, the purple scales that had begun to cover his body vanished. Spyro was gone, leaving his body to the dark spirit within him. Spyro… no… Dark Spyro stood up laughing demonically. “Free at last.” He said turning to Destiny, who was still paralyzed in fear and worry. “Now hatchling,” he began, “Where were we?” Destiny snapped out of her trance and once again got into a fighting stance, growling angrily at the demon before her. She was going to take Dark Spyro down for good… or die trying. Hope you enjoyed. Now the action begins. Who will win? Will it be Destiny; the one who will bring hope to the world? Or willit be Dark Spyro; the ruler of the darkness? The two mystery dragons that I have been showing in the past few chapters were none other than Spyro fighting Dark Spyro internaly. I have always seen them as two different entities, like Dark Spyro was just a spirit trapped within.

The good Spyro is not exactly gone forever, he is in a suspended state and is trapped while Dark Spyro gains control of his body. Only way to be freed is if Dark Spyro is defeated; releasing him as the demon is trapped suspended in his place. However, if Eclissi ends before then... the good Spyro will be gone forever...and the world will continue to perish in the darkness.

Sorry for the lack of chapters guys. School started again so I don't have much time to write. Another reason is I want to make the last few chapters really epic and interesting.
Anyway, thats all for now. Stay tuned for when I get the next chapter up.

Finally go a new chapter up
Chapter 32 A beam of blinding light hit Dark Spyro as Destiny quickly attacked. Dark Spyro was stunned, but only for a minute before a sphere of convexity shot out from his maw. Destiny narrowly dodged the attack, getting airborne. Maybe she could use Dark Spyro’s attack tactics to her advantage. The battle became aerial once again, both Destiny and Dark Spyro clashing with many attacks. Destiny attacked with a powerful vortex of leaves, using the Life element to counter Dark Spyro’s Convexity beam. The attacks canceled each other out, resulting in a large explosion. Dark Spyro used this as an advantage; a dark fire cloaked his body as he charged through the smoke, hitting Destiny hard in the chest and causing her to grunt in pain as she moved back. Spyro began charging at the young Silver dragon, this time cloaked by the power of Convexity. Destiny expected him to attack, and quickly dodged, making Dark Spyro have to stop to avoid crashing into the wall. Destiny took this as her chance, throwing a sphere of aura at the demon’s back, causing agonizing pain to him. Dark Spyro quickly recovered, slowing dragon time afterwards. Destiny moved to the left as the Convexity beamflew at her. Too late; the beam hit her side, knocking her out of the air and to the ground. Using the Wind element she managed to avoid hard impact as she hit the floor. Dark Spyro charged at her from the air, a stream of dark electricity coming from his maw. Destiny rolled to the side to escape the electricity aimed at her before using her Psychic element to throw it right back at the unready demon it came from. Dark Spyro hit the ground hard, only to stand up again, as if he felt no pain from the impact. Destiny attacked him with Aura again, this time in a beam. Dark Spyro dodged the attack and once more charged. Destiny used the Earth element to trap the dragon’s legs, but to no avail as he smashed right through the hard stone. Destiny was slashed across her chest as one of Dark Spyro’s claws aimed at her. Before she could cloak her body in auric energy again Dar Spyro’s ice tail hit her, knocking herto the side where she skidded across the ground. Once again the demonic dragon charged, body cloaed with dark flames again. She was ready this time and blew a blizzard of ice from her maw, canceling the flames and causing Dark Spyro to trip over her tail as he aimed for his legs. Taking flight again the young dragoness got above her opponent, a beam of light coming from her maw. Dark Spyro roared in what could only be agony as the beam hit, light countered darkness. While he was stunned Destiny attacked with a bolt of electricity, causing more pain to the demon below. Dark Spyro looked up as Destiny charged, claw covered with flames. She could not stop her attack at the speed she was going, a beam of Convexity crashed into the silver dragoness, throwing her into a wall. Convexity beats light she realized as her body hit the ground. Dark Spyro placed a claw on her back, holding her down. “Any last words hatchling?” he asked, voice filled with malice. Destiny looked into the demonic white eyes of her opponent, her aqua ones meeting his. She knew the real Spyro was in there, she knew that she had to free him before it was too late. Her thoughts from before all this returned, she vowed to stop Dark Spyro as she learned her elements and saw the dark world of which she lived. “Don’t think you’ve won just yet!” She growled, a shockwave of aura throwing the demon holding her down across the floor. She stood up, even though she was bleeding from her chest her glare of anger at the demon’s doings to the world struck Dark Spyro with fear. The feeling quickly faded, his dark mind clouding it over. Roaring he charged at Destiny, body once more cloaked in Convexity. Destiny did the same, only her body was cloaked in auric energy. The attacks clashed, throwing both sides back. Destiny rolled to the side in case Dark Spyro planned to attack her by surprise again. She had been right, the dark flames around the demon’s body showed through the smoke as it faded. Stealing Dark Spyro’s tactic Destiny released a stream of ice at the charging dragon. The smoke finally cleared and she saw her opponent stand up, demonic eyes glowing brighter as his power grew. Destiny was running out of time, if she didn’t do something soon…she would fail everything. As she gathered her thoughts a rock hit her wing, causing a snap as it broke. Aerial attacks were out of the question now. “Do you not realize it yet? I cannot be defeated; I am the ruler of this world, The Ruler of Darkness!” Dark Spyro launched the most strongest attack from his elements before cloaking his body with a more powerful Convexity attack. Destiny knew that in her state the five elemental attack would finish her for sure, she had to do something, and she had to do it fast. She had to do it for Marie, for Ignitus...and for the world. Determination filled her with strength, she rose onto her hind legs without thinking, body glowing with nothing but pure light. Dark Spyro knew what was going on, but could not stop his attacks. Destiny opened her eyes, they glowed silver as the light continued to form around her. With a roar she released her fury, blinding the whole room with nothing but light. Hope you enjoyed that chapter Will Destiny's fury attack be enough to take down Dark Spyro in time? Will the world finally be saved from the darkness that fills it? Find out in the next chapter!

Since I'm leaving you hanging I wanted to post a preview of the next chapter
---- The demon roared in what could only be agonyas his attacks were countered and his body engulfed in light. Destiny collapsed as her fury ended, walking towards the singed and weakened dragon before her, surprized by her strength at the sight of him. Dark Spyro tried to stand, only to collapse back in the position he had been in. "Don't try to move, you might kill yourself if you do." Destiny warned as she lightly pinned him down. Destiny knew that Dark Spyro wouldn't be down for good, unless he was forced into retreating back into a spirit the world was doomed. She looked up to see the darkened moons, their beauty cloaked by the darkness of Eclissi. Though weak she focused what was left of her energy. Her eyes met Dark Spyro's demonic white ones, she was sure she could see lavender pupils faded behind the glow. "I'm sorry..." she said before releasing a beam of light from her maw, aiming at Dark Spyro's chest. The demon could do nothing but watch in fear as the beam neared him.

New chapter
Chapter 33 Dark Spyro cried in what could only be agony as the light fury destroyed his attacks and consumed him. When the light faded Destiny was panting, she had wasted a lot of energy. Looking before her she saw the panting, singed, body of her opponent on the ground. Walking over she placed a paw on his side as he struggled to stand. “Don’t move. In your state you might kill yourself if you do.” She said in warning to the fallen demon. She looked up to see the darkened moons, their beauty cloaked by the darkness of Eclissi. ----- He lie trapped inside this suspended state, his body had fallen to his internal demon. Spyro could only wait, only watched as Dark Spyro fought the silver dragon. Once she released a fury of light he felt the suspending force around him weaken, the attack had hit. Light does, after all, repel darkness. He heard the young dragon speak, obviously to the fallen demon dragon. Spyro felt the suspension around him weaken more, he could move slightly. ----- Dark Spyro obeyed Destiny, he could do nothing else in his weakened state. “Now, accept your fate and release your vessel from your grip!” The Silver Dragoness said Dark Spyro only smirked and spoke, despite being weak, “Spyro…is gone…Eclissi shall… destroy him, even if you defeat me…” “Who says I only defeated you” Destiny asked cockily as a playful smirk crossed her maw. The demon dragon looked to the sky, the eclipses above had just stopped, reversing their paths. “NO!” Dark Spyro roared as what little strength he had left was sapped away from the lightened moons. “SURRENDER AND RELEASE YOUR VESSEL DEMON!” The young dragoness roared, the voices of the Silver Dragons before her mixing with it. With a final cry the shadowed colors of Dark Spyro faded, leaving pure, normal, lighter ones. Destiny looked closely as spyro glowed with a white light, body returning back to that of a teen dragon. A rumbling was heard, the well of souls was collapsing. Hoisting the unconscious purple dragon onto her back, Destiny flew out the opening above, wanting to get out as soon as possible. Though happy to have saved the world sorrow lurked within her, for her mother had lost her life from loosing blood, and her fellow captor, Shard, the third purple dragon, had escaped with her dead body. Destiny saw the fallen form of her mentor Marie, the last Aura Dragoness, in the center of Dark Spyro’s fallen underlings. Landing before the aura dragon she let Spyro slide down her back to the ground. “Marie? Marie wake up! The world is saved!” The brown eyes of Marie slowly opened to meet Destiny’s light blue ones. Struggling to her feet the aura dragon looked around, a shockwave of yellow light passing through her as the frozen, grayscale, lands were filled with color; and the void-like sky turning a navy blue. Marie noted the marking that had been on Destiny’s forehead was missing, obviously from using the light element to save the world, and just in time before Ecclisi ended. The Aura dragoness looked at the limp form beside the young dragoness. “Is this him?” she asked. “Yes, but I found out that Spyro alone wasn’t the cause of the darkness, an internal, evil, spirit who called himself Dark Spyro, was trying to gain control of him, succeeding once Ecclisi was at full eclipse. But I defeated him and sealed him back inside his vessel. Transforming him back into his teen-state before his corruption” Marie looked at the navy blue sky above, a smile crossing her maw as she took in the beauty that had returned, the beauty that had been forgotten. “The world is cloaked forever in night But a dragon can save it with the power of light.” She recited as a blue glow pulsed around her, snaking towards the dragons of Dark Spyro’s fallen army, cleansing them of whatever corruption deep within, some of them returning to younger forms. Groaning was heard Spyro awoke. Lavender pupils met Destiny’s, “You…you’re the Silver Dragon, you’re the one who freed me.” He said weakly, power still drained from his internal battle against himself. “Yes, my name is Destiny, the Aura Dragoness is Marie.” “I am sorry for the destruction and pain caused to everyone, I…” “It’s alright, you couldn’t control what had happened to you. Dark Spyro was strong, overpowering your strength during Eclissi” Spyro looked around “It’s been so long since I have seen the world in this state. All I saw was darkness.” Destiny smiled and spoke, “remember, Spyro, in all darkness there is light.” Spyro got to his feet, struggling to do so in his weakened state. Destiny helped the purple dragon as he walked towards Cynder who, like him, had returned to her original teen stage. “Cynder?” Spyro questioned as he nudged the dark dragoness, “Cynder I’m sorry, I’m so sorry for what I did, I‘m sorry to all of you.” Cynder opened her eyes slowly, looking into the lavender pupils of her love. “I forgive you, Spyro.” She said nuzzling the purple dragon before her. Spyro turned to Marie and Destiny, a smile crossing his maw, “from this moment and on, I shall fix the problems Dark Spyro created.” Marie smiled at Spyro with a nod, brown eyes showing acceptance. “Before you begin, Spyro, there s someone who I’m sure you’d love to see again… The Chronicler.” Spyro’s eyes lit up with his returned childish curiosity. The Chronicler… I haven’t seen him in generations!” “Cynder, would you love to come as well? The others will not wake up for another day.” Marie said in a question and fact. Taking to the skies the four dragons flew over the ocean towards the familiar landmass of the White Isles. Landing on the ground Destiny sighed, “home, sweet home.” She said quietly as she looked around the place she had grown up in. Entering the tell-tale study of the Chronicler Spyro and Cynder looked around, memories of this place returning to Spyro’s now-clear mind. “It has been quite awhile since we’ve seen each other, young dragons.” A wise voice came from behind them. Spyro was the first to talk, eyes filling with tears before he turned around, “Ignitus!” He cried running to the teal dragon before him, embracing him in a hug. “Ignitus I thought…I thought you had died.” Ignitus smiled, “did you really think the master of fire would perish in it?” He questioned before looking up. “Destiny, you have done more then what is expected of a dragon your age. The world thanks you for your heroics.” Destiny smiled, happy about her accomplishment. There was silence until Marie spoke, “Ignitus, though I’ve lived here with you for as long as I can remember, I’d like to go with Spyro and Cynder to the main land, maybe even find more of my kind. I’ll be sure to visit you when I have the chance to.” Ignitus nodded, “Marie you have been great company and help to me, I thank you for that. If you wish to leave I'm not going to stop you.” “You are welcome Ignitus.” Marie replied, "And thanks for letting me stay with you all this time." Having said farewell to Ignitus the quadrant of dragons departed, heading back to the mainland as the sun began to rise behind them. The world had been returned to it's beautiful state, peace once more filling the lands. Hope you enjoyed that chapter Next up, the Epilogue and maybe a post of deleted scenes and secrets not revealed. ~ I figured that Dark Spyro was like corruption and, like what happened when Cynder was corrupted, forced Spyro into an adult, transfering the corruption to other dragons (including Cynder) and doing the same to some of them. Marie, being an Aura Dragon, has the power to cleanse corruption and since Dark Spyro was gone, so was a lot of his follower's corruption, making it easier for Marie to completely cleanse what was left of it. I also couldn't resist having Spyro and Ignitus reunite, the scene was just perfect but I don't think I made it as emotional as I had planned. And yes, Heather died of blood-loss, Shard leaving somewhere else with her dead body.

Here it is the final chapter of the fanfic
Epilogue Years have passed since Destiny had defeated Dark Spyro and the restored the world to its former beauty. The forgotten ways of the dragons had by now been restarted, four guardians were to protect the eggs of the new generation. Destiny had grown a lot over the years, now almost an adult. She had a mate of her own, a Light Dragon by the name of Lance. Spyro and Cynder were her same age, they had three kids of their own. Marie, hadn’t changed much, only becoming a full adult because of her semi-immortality. Destiny looked at the many dragons around her, their eyes focused on the two eggs her tail wrapped around. A small crack was heard, drawing Destiny’s attention. One of her eggs, this one different shades of green had started to hatch. The top of the egg came off, revealing the green head of a hatchling. When the final bits of the egg had fallen away the hatchling’s features were visible. She had dark green scales and teal eyes, her white horns wavy like her mother’s. The tip of her tail was in the shape of a crescent like her father and light green like the spines down her back and wing membrane. She was a Life Dragon. Not long after did Destiny’s second egg, this one pure white, had started to crack. The hatchling was white with light blue feathers going down his back. His wing membrane was grey like his arrowhead-shaped tail tip, his eyes the deep green of his father. This hatchling was a Wind Dragon. “They’re adorable Destiny.” Cynder said as the hatchlings broke out of their eggs. “What are you going to name them?” Destiny thought a moment before speaking. “The Life Dragon is female so I’ll name her Flower and the wind dragon is male so I’ll name him Dash.” After answering Cynder’s question Destiny looked out the window of the temple. She had seen the sunset so many times since she had saved the world, but it still filled her with joy. She knew that her hatchlings would be happy in the world as darkness was no longer a threat. After all, in all darkness...there is light. As the sky turned a navy blue once more Marie spoke, snapping the Silver Dragoness out of her thoughts. "I'm sure you'll be a great mother Destiny." She said, "Raise your children well." "I will Marie." "And, once they are old enough they can play with our kids." Spyro offered Destiny. "Yeah, that'd be great." Destiny said before she paused and turned her head to the Aura Dragoness beside her. "Marie, what are you going to do? Are you going to stay here in Warfang with us?" She asked. "I will stay for awhile," Marie began, "But then I will make my way to the mountains, that is where I hope to find my kind." "Will you ever come back?" "Yes. Even if I find my kin I will return here. I may not stay if I do but it depends on how my search goes." "I wish you luck Marie. Thank you, for everything." "You are welcome, Destiny. Now, I say we all get some rest and leave you to be with your family." The dragons that had gathered around the room departed, leaving Destiny alone with her hatchlings. The silver dragoness closed her eyes as she nuzzled her children, falling asleep and oblivious to the world around her. She knew that her new life would be the greatest and that her children would be happy. And so, the story ends! I think It ended rather abruptly but I couldn't think of any way to continue. But yeah, Destiny has a familly of her own now as does Spyro and Cynder and Marie will begin her quest for her fellow Aura Dragons, for she has a feeling that somewhere, she will find them. Now, tell me: Do you want a sequel? If so, what ideas do you have for one? (make sure to mark them with a spoiler as to not let those wanting to be surprised see them.) I shall post some deleted scenes and left out ideas later so stay tuned for that

How could I have missed this?!
I think it's a sweet ending, Deestiny having a familly and all As for a sequel, it'd be cool to see one Ideas: Maybe have the darkness return somehow? Or reveal more of Marie's past? Maybe a spin-off side story would be cool. I dunno; Deleted scenes, that should be cool

Hmm...good idea Spyrogirl and welcome back Dark Spyro1
Here are the deleted scenes. These scenes will be crazy because of my imagination (hence why they were deleted) and possibly reveal spoilers as well. Enjoy Note: ~~ means different deleted scene ~~ Before her a Shadow dragon destroyed everything in its path, red eyes glowing with insanity. A dark dragon surrounded in shadows lunged, it beak-like muzzle opening before its teeth wrapped around the other's neck. A smaller dark purple and blue shadow dragon was thrown to the ground, only to get back up and then let out a feral roar before taking to the skies; opponent following after him. She could do nothing to help him with her broken wing and drained strength. She could only look on as her love fought the one who had created this day. The shadow dragons battled feircely, drops of blood would hit the ground. The smaller shadow dragon crashed to the ground as the larger one raked its tail sythe across its opponent's chest. With a final roar the large dark dragon lashed at its victim, leaving scars across its face before grabbing it in his muzzle nd throwing it...towards a nearby cliff. The dark dragon raised a glowing claw and delivered the final blow. Its target, the young shadow dragon, falling into the dark waters below Marie's sorrow gave her strength. She struggled to stand, ignoring the pain. She lunged at the large dark dragon, knocking it back in anger.. With her body surrounded by a pulsing blue glow, aura, as she moved towards the winded dragon, making him stand and step back in fear of her; he knew what power she was capible of. With most of her remaining strength she unleashed her fury attack, causing her victim to cry in agony before falling limp, dead. Marie stopped, her vision going black as she wobbled weakly on the cliff. As her vision faded she fell like her love...and into the sea. ~~ Marie and Destiny continued to walk through the dead forest they had landed in, they were lost. "We were so close Marie..." Distiny whined in fear. "It's alright Destiny, we'll find our way back." Marie replied, I hope. she added silently afterwards. The deeper they went, the more lost they got. "We're lost, aren't we?" Destiny asked bluntly. Marie sighed, "I'm afraid so Destiny." A twig snapped nearby, making the duo alert. "We aren't alone." Marie said at the sound, looking for the source. "No need to look around for me Aura Dragoness." A calm, yet ghostly voice said. Marie looked forwards to see the shape of a dragoness slowly forming before her. The dragoness didn't look real, more like a spirit or ghost. Her body looked almost see-through, her eyes pure white with black pupils, her wings like a bird. The spots on her glowed brightly as did the sun-shaped marking on her side. Loose, green, fur went from her head to her tail, swaying like smoke. "Who are you?" Destiny asked the ghostly dragon before her. "Myst," the dragoness said, "I am a spirit dragon." "A spirit dragon?!" Marie questioned in shock, "thats impossible, you're not supposed to be real." "I asure you that I'm just as real as you are." Myst replied, strutting over to Marie and Destiny. Marie looked at Myst, it was true, she was real. "You best come with me." Myst said, turning, you are not safe here. "Why is that?" Marie asked in curiosity. "This is the Spirit Woods. At night the spirits of the dead awaken, some of them aren't good spirits and pocess passerbys." Myst replied. "Now come." Marie and Destiny looked at each other befor following the mysterious spirit dragon before them. If these woods house spirits... maybe i will get to see 'him' one more time... Marie thought solumly. The duo of dragons continued through the Spirit Woods as they followed Myst. "Myst, do you know how we can reach the Well of Souls from here?" Marie asked rhetorically. Myst was silent for a moment but soon spoke. "Of course I know aura dragon, I'm a spirit dragon aren't I?" "I'll take that as a yes." Marie muttered to herself. "Can you show us the way there? We need to..." "I know your destiny and path silver one, however, I must warn you... everything isn't always what it seems. Not everything will go as planned." "What do you mean by that?" Destiny questioned in reply. Myst didn't speak, only continued forwards. Marie looked up and shivered with uneasiness, the celestial moons were ever closer, it wouldn't be long before all hope was lost. It seemed as if there was no end to the glowing plants and trees around them, how long had they been traveling? "Myst, how much longer?" Marie asked. "Not long. we are almost there. Marie loked up once more, the dark sky above had turned darker than before, night was apon them, and they would be stuck having to survive the danger around them. Strange sounds echoed through the forest as they walked, sending a chill down Destiny’s spine. She had a bad feeling about this place; an ominous presence was around her and Marie. “Marie do you feel it?” she asked telepathically. Marie nodded in response “Yes. Something is very wrong here… something strange.” “We are here” the duo’s spiritual dragon companion, Myst, said. Marie and Destiny looked forwards as they stopped their telepathic conversation. Before them was a pool of water, white, glowing grass swayed around it. “The pool will show you your way back, just look into it.” Marie sensed something strange in Myst’s aura after she said this. She sensed darkness. “Well what are you waiting for? Look into the pool.” Myst said; her voice filled with slight malice. Hesitating, Marie and Destiny made their way towards the pool; Marie more cautious than Destiny. Myst smiled evily, “That’s it.” She said. Marie and Destiny reached the edge of the pool, looking into it. They saw nothing, only felt dizziness. And looked up. “Now, look into my eyes.” Myst said spitefully. Marie and Destiny looked up, their eyes glazed over as they followed the spirit dragoness’ order. Just as their eyes locked with Myst’s a feral roar echoed around them. Marie and Destiny snapped out of their trance-like state as Myst was tackled to the ground, her spell broken. A white outline of a dragon stood with its paw on the spirit dragoness’ side, pinning her down. “You?!” Myst cried out in surprise at the dragon before her. “Who did you expect demoness? Did you honestly think I’d let you get away with this?” The dragon asked in response. “Now get out of that body and show your true self!” A dark black outlined dragoness spirit stepped out of Myst’s body, appearing in front of the other dragon. “Lumos will definitively kill you for this ---- As you can see the first reveals part of Marie's past while the second is just something crazy I came up with. As for who Lumos is, she's a character of mine who is Guardian of the Light element. And at that, this fic is complete! Hope you all enjoyed!
