Chapter 2-strange
I layed on my stomach next to the fire, breaking a stick into little pieces. We left Meaghan and Kaitlyn's house as soon as i was normal. But that depends on what you'd consider normal. I still felt a little strange, and still had a short temper. but i didn't tell anyone, and i forced my patience to be extended. so Rose decided we should move on before we were found.
But, even with the side-effects of turning dark, something didn't feel right. It was a dream i had. That was what snapped me out of it. This dragon tried to kill me, and Kelp defended me. But why? He said that he wasn't working for Shadow anymore, but what made him change his mind? And, more importantly, defend a random person like me?

I sighed and tossed the pieces of the stick into the fire. They quickly turned black and were soon impossible to tell appart from the ashes. My life was so complicated. And it was driving me mad. I barely knew anything. And right now i needed information.

Wait. You will in time. I froze. What was that? It wasn't my voice...Ugh, another stupid side-effect.

What if these aren't side-effects? I wondered. The idea scared me so much i told myself not to think about it. I was okay. I was just getting over being dark. Nothing was happening.

I rolled onto my back and went to sleep, questions still swarming my brain.

chapter 3-burger king
I woke up early. Right when the sun came up. Probebly because of the direction i was sleeping, but whatever.

I saw the others get up, too. One by one. Soon we were all awake, and ready to move. Well, almost.

"I'm hungryyyy." Kaitlyn complained. I face/palmed.

"Aren't we all?"

"Where can we get breakfast?" Karen asked.

"There's a town close to here. And it has a burger king." Meaghan said. We all practically cheered(except for Rose, she decided to be a kill-joy and act like an adult. Well, she was, but whatever)

So we all went to Burger King. And spent an hour eating tons of hamburgers(it had taken us a long time to get there, so it was already about time to eat lunch) We all ordered our food, then sat down at a big table. We(again, all except for Rose)began chatting like everything was normal. But, hey, we're kids. We can do that. It's, like, a magic ablity or something.

But then i heard whispering. "Hey, see them?""Yeah.""Looks like the missing kids.""You're right."

"Crap." I muttered.

"What's wrong?" Meaghan asked.

Just then, the police walked in. We all exchanged glances, thinking the exact same thing. Run.

We got up and looked around for an exit. Karen was the first to get the idea of going out the emergency exit. So we all rushed out of it. Which caused the fire alarm to go off. Which caused the fire department to arrive. But, hey, it wasn't our problem. We were just trying to stay away from police.

We ran without stopping until we got out of the town. Then we turned into dragons and flew into the sky quickly, before anyone could spot us. My heart was pounding. We were so close to being caught. But, for some reason, I felt like i was enjoying myself. The narrow escape with the police seemed like fun, looking back on it. Of corse, i didn't mention it to anyone. Because that wouldn't have been suspicious at all!

We stopped once the sun started to set. Right when we landed, chaos insued.

"Let's go to Japan!" Meaghan said.

"No! I wanna go to China, darn it!" Karen objected.

"Japan is better!"

"No, China is!"

Everyone except Karen and Meaghan face/palmed.

"We'll go to both." Rose said. "But to throw Fyre and Kelp off, first we'll go to Las Vegas, then San Fransisco, then Hawaii, and we'll plan from there."

"But that's the long way!" Someone said.

"It's the long way or no China. Or Japan." She added. We all murmured disagreements, but for the most part stayed quiet after that. "Good. Now we need to rest. There'll be a lot of traveling tommarow." I groaned silently, but didn't object. We were all freaking tired. And i was getting over being turned dark!

We all tried to give Rose death glares, but they didn't work. so finally we gave up and slept.

I know, i've now decided to leave two lines in between paragraphs. Do not kill me. i wanna live to finish the story.

but, right now, i wanna keep us going on the path that we went on on FSAC.

Gosh...you can both be evil in the sequel! JEEZ! and, i need to make a few more chapters of the sequel before i post it.

aww, ok. and in teh sequal, can i stay evil for the most part? you know, so i dont turn good easily like spyro and cynder do in dotd?

@shorty: do you mean evil, like, killing off everyone evil, or just annoying evil? because i don't want every person in my story trying to kill me. O.o

@Karen: *shrugs* sure. you can be evil for most of the story.

yeah. we had half school today(snow delay)and tommarow we're having another half day(normal) and thursday and friday are no school. but, i might not be on as much then, because i'm going to spend thanksgiving with my aunt and uncle.(i'm so excited!)
