I'm not proud to be a human. *goes to suicide*

Becuase of school I wont be able to work on this story as much.I'll post when I can but dont be surprised if a few days go by with no new chapters.

Chapter24
The Battle Begins

Both armies were now moving foward.The Warfang army was moving faster so they could ambush the humans in the woods.

Meanwhile Gleen saw what was happeningI got to find Colehe thought and ran around the Warfang army to find him.

The two armies began to get closer to each other.Terrador was one of the dragons on the front line when he heard a war trumpet sound.

"They're on to us!"Terrador shouted,"Attack!"

The army of Warfang charged at the humans.It was not long before the two armies met and were fighting each other in the woods.The first part of the battle had begun.The cheetah warriors and the human swordmen began hacking and slashing at each other.

The two forces seemed evenly matched so far.Callion and Leo were standing on a large rock not far from the battle zone.They nodded at each other then ran right into the fight.They quickly began to turn the tide of battle.

Leo seemed unstoppable.He was slaughtering the cheetah warriors with his jagged blade.

"Come on!"he shouted,"I'll chop you all to peices!"

Then Callion noticed Hunter perched in a tree with his bow ready to fire at Leo.

"Leo,look out!"Callion shouted.

"What?!"Leo asked.When he turned the other direction Leo got shot right in the heart with Hunter's arrow and fell to the ground.

The cheetahs soon started their attack again and began to push back the humans.

"Fall back!"Callion ordered,"Regroup with Farfax's battalion"Callion looked at how many people had already died in the first fight and the battle had only just started.

Take that humans!!! Wow, i hate my race

Chapter25
The Battle Intensifies

The humans fell back and managed to regroup with Farfax's forces.The humans charged forward again and the battle continued.The forces of Warfang were joined by more moles armed with long spears.

Callion and Farfox quickly joined the fight and easily cut through several Warfang troops.Then Terrador and 3 other adult male dragons joined the fight and began thrashing the human troops.

Flame and Ember were leading a second wave that soon joined the fight as well.While Flame was helping Terrador fight the blunt of the human troops Ember attempted to go around and surprise them from behind.

It looked like her plan was working when she suddenly got kicked into a tree.She saw Callion walking toward her with his sword drawn.Ember was strangely frozen with fear.

Callion had his sword in the air and brought it down to kill Ember but he stopped just a few inches before he stabbed her.Callion looked at Ember's face and he did not see the face of a barbarian like he thought he would see.The pink dragoness seemed so innocent.

I cant do it,Callion thought as he stepped back.Ember ran to a safe distance.

Spyro and Cynder were flying just above the battlefield.They nodded at each other and dived right into the fight.It soon became a fight of survival though becuase they found themselves amidist a storm.Swords and arrows going everywhere.This fight was becoming bloody.

Callion and Farfax met up again.

"We can hold our own against their warriors,"Farfax said,"But those dragons are ripping us apart."

"I have to report to the commander,"Callion said in reply,"Try to hold the line,brother."

Callion ran back to the main camp.

The humans were getting desperate and began targeting the dragons.Terrador used an earth shockwave attack and knocked away five humans that had surrounded him.Another adult dragon blasted fire at a pikeman who charged at him.The pikeman fell to the ground, burned to death.

Then a human soldier managed to stab one of the adult dragons protecting Terrador.The adult dragon toppled to the ground.

The human soldeir raised his sword in the air,"They can be killed!"he shouted.

The other humans then shouted a rally cry and pushed foward even harder then before.Terrador shot an earth missle at the soldier and killed him.

terrador is awesome!

Chapter26
An Alliance Shattered

Gleen ran through the chaos of the battlefield trying to find Cole.He tripped on a large tree root.Before he could get back up a human spearman came over and stabbed him.Gleen twitched for a few seconds then became motionless.

Cole was also trying to find Gleen.Cole looked away when he finnally found him.Gleen was dead.My only ally on their side...Cole thought to himself sadlygone,but there has to be another way


Back at the human main camp Callion had arrived.

"Geon,our lines are crumbling,"Callion said.

"Prepare the siege weapons,"Geon replied,"We will turn the tide of battle"

"Sir,Ive been thinking about what Cole said to me,"Callion said,"What if he is right?""What if these dragons arent savages?"

"Dont let the boy get to you,"Geon replied,"Dont allow yourself to get soft.

"But sir,"Callion protested.

"You and I both know that there is no other option for us,"Geon said.

Callion knew what Geon meant.If they failed the queen then they would be executed.

"Yes sir....."Callion said before walking towards the battle again.

At Warfang Volteer and Cyril had been left behind to guard the city with a small number of troops.Cyril was up on the wall and Volteer was checking the rooms.

He walked into Flame's room.He saw the artifact Flame found and was instantly curious.Thanks to his knowledge of the ancient languages he was able to decipher a little more then Flame did.The artififact was actually split into parts.

This is the part Volteer read,

When the darkness arises again there will be no place to run and nowhere to hide.The only way to stop it will be to face it.Failure will mean enternal curroption for all

Just then a thief jumped in the room and grabbed the artifact.

"Stop right there,"Volteer shouted and shot a electric bolt at the theif.The theif dodged it and jumped over the rooftops to escape the city.

im still rooting for the dragons

this sucks cause who is cole going to find to team up with now?

Good work, I feel you killed of Gleen too quickly though.

Chapter27
A Fallen Hero

Callion returned to the battle to find that the situation had not improved.Both sides were taking heavy casualties and neither was gaining any ground.

"All this bloodshed",Callion thought sadly to himself,Someone has to put an end to this fight,he then remembered one of the things Galvor had told them.If he could kill the purple dragon maybe the enemy army would surrender and the fighting would stop.


In the middle of the battle the fight was not going well for Flame.His previous injuries were hindering his fighting abilities and the humans were starting to single him out.He blasted one in the face with fire.He clawed another one who had lost a piece of his armor.Then Flame was cut in the shoulder with a sword.He cringed in pain and was then stabbed in one of his rear legs and fell to the ground.

Just when Flame was about to be finished the human about to kill him was leaped at by Spyro who had came to help.Spyro pushed the human back and then shocked him with electricty.

As Flame was trying to crawl to safety Spyro heard a voice behind him,

"Face my dragon"

Spyro turned around to see Callion with his sword drawn.

"Prepare yourself!"Callion shouted then charged at Spyro.

Spyro ducked under Callion's sword and backed up as Callion began striking at him with it.

Then it occured to Spyro.No one had tried to reason with them yet.Maybe there was a way to work this out.

"Why are you doing this?"Spyro asked,"We never did anything to you"

"Its not our choice,"Callion said.

"Then whos choice is it?"Spyro asked.

Callion had a look of despair on his face,"Im sorry,but.....this is the only way!"

Callion charged at Spyro again he slashed Spyro across the side making a small cut.Spyro tried to ingnore the pain and knocked Callion into tree with an earth attack.

Spyro leaped at Callion but Callion kicked him off with both legs and got back up.

Callion then began slashing at Spyro again and bearly missed his neck.Spyro shot fire at Callion.Callion blocked the fire with his arm but it melted his armour and burned him.He drew back and was shot with an ice shard by Spyro.The ice shard hit Callion in the chest.Then Spyro hit Callion with an earth missle sending him back.

Geon had come to the battlezone to see how things were going.He saw Callion lying on the ground bleeding and gasping for breath with an ice shard sticking in his chest.He also saw Farfax not far away.

"Farfax!,"he called,"Get a medic over here,!"

He hunched down near Callion,"What happened?"He asked.

"It seems...."Callion struggled to speak,"That the purple dragon.......was........too strong."

Farfax and a medic were running over in their direction.

"Geon....."Callion continued as the medic reached them and started examining Callion's wounds."Our men dont deserve to die in vain...........I know you'll do whats right."

Geon looked at the medic.The medic only shook his head.

Callion turned to Farfax with tears in his eyes,"If you survive this battle.........take care of mother for me."

Then Callion closed his eyes for the last time.

Poor Callion

No,Him and Farfax are brothers.He was telling him to take care of their mom.

I like how you do not make the humans just evil conquers, but actual people.

Sooner or laters someone will make this battle end or better yet THE WAR

Cause if there were like over a million pepole and cheetas fighting each other now theres proably 50,000 left in all

Chapter28
Refusal to Listen.

"The purple dragon will pay for this"Geon said with anger in his voice."Farfax take a small squad of men and ambush the enemy."I will continue the advance"

"Sir,"Farfax said,"Brother was right""There is no point in continueing this battle.""We must retreat and save what we can."

"No,"Geon answered,"We cant stop here""We must have victory."

Farfax had an angry look on his face,"Then you have sentenced us all to death."

He then walked off to prepare an ambush team.

Cole still wasnt sure what he was going to do now.So far he had been staying out of sight at the edge of the battle.

Maybe I should just give uphe thought sadlyCallion is too scared to do anything,The grand commander wont listen,and there's no way I can find a new ally on the other side now.

As he was lost in thought he saw someone.It was someone in a cloak and they were carrying some sort of artifact.

"Who are you?"Cole called out forgetting that he was trying to stay hidden

The theif turned and threw a small curved blade at him.Cole deflected it with his sword.The thief then tackled Cole but Cole stabbed him in the arm.The theif cried in pain and dropped the artifact.The artifact hit the ground and split into 4 peices.The theif ran off.Cole picked up one of the peices.

What is this?Cole asked himself as he studied the starange artifact.

Cool! I wonder who the thief was...

a curved knife typical for assassins and theifs and i agree who is this THEIF a cheetah a human a creature unknown

Wow,its been a long time.Sorry about this everyone,Ive been busy lately but now I finnally have the time to make a new chapter.

Chapter 29
The Tides Turn

Farfax had his ambush team gathered.As they marched silenty through the woods he thought furiously to himself.He couldnt beleive Geon,he had absolutely no respect for their lives.Then he spotted a teenaged red dragon limping not too far from them.It appeared to be wounded.

Flame was in bad shape and he knew it.He wasnt even sure which way it was back to camp.Then he saw something that made his hopes drop even further.There were 5 humans charging right at him.

The humans were attempting to surround Flame.Flame shot fire at one human and it burned him to death.He tripped another human forcing him to fall on his own sword.Then a human cut Flame on his back.Flame cringed in pain and was then stabbed through the side by Farfax.Another human attacked and tried to finish Flame off but Flame jumped into the air and sunk his teeth into the human's neck.The human fell to the ground.Then Flame pushed another human into Farfax's sword.

Now it was one on one.Just Flame and Farfax.Farfax stuck at Flame but Flame dodged it.Then Flame shot fire at Farfax and burned him.Farfax then cut Flame with his sword.Flame hit the ground.Farfax jumped in the air for a final blow to Flame.Flame shot out a large about of fire and it sent Farfax backwards.

Farfax seemed disoriented and staggered away.Meanwhile,Flame crawled in the other direction.

Spyro and Cynder had become isolated from the battle.They didnt know where they were at.They decided to stop and get a drink from a small pond.

After they finished their drink Cynder asked,"Spyro,where are we?"

"Im not sure,but we have to find a way back,"Spyro replied.

"But how?"Cynder asked.

"Its simple,"Spyro said,"We just have to........"Then without warning a spear went flying into his chest.

Cynder held back a scream and saw a human spear thrower not far away.She quickly shot poison and killed the human.

She turned to Spyro.There was blood gushing out of his wound.

Cynder was very worried,"Spyro......"she choked out.There were tears forming in her eyes.

"Cynder....."Spyro said and put a paw on her cheek and looked up like it was the last time he would ever see her.Then they heard human voices in the distance.

"Cynder you have to leave me,"Spyro said weakly,"There's nothing you can do."

"No,"Cynder said,"I could carry you back and the doctors can help."

"It would slow you down,"Spyro said,"There's no time."

"But I cant leave you here......"Cynder said beggining to cry,"I love you."

"I love you too Cynder,"Spyro said,"That's why I cant let us both die here.""You have to stop them.""Dont let them........"he then closed his eyes and fell silent.

Chapter 30
A Dark Presence

At the human camp Galvor had not spoke for hours.Geon walked to Galvor's tent where Galvor was sitting in his chair.

"What is it?"Geon asked him.

Galvor inhaled deeply then spoke,"There is a dark presence in this land,similar to my own but different."

"Why didn't you tell me sooner?"Geon asked.

"The presence was weak at first,"Galvor replied,"But it is growing stronger."

"Is it any threat to us?"Geon asked.

"Not yet,"Galvor said then went back to concentrating.

Farfax was still staggering through the woods.He was desperatly trying to stay on his feet becuase he knew that if he fell he would not be getting back up again.

He wondered how bad he was hurt.His whole body felt burnt.There were parts of him where the flesh was melted away.

He then saw a bog up ahead.The only strange thing was that this bog was covered in an eerie black smoke,and the water was black too.

He felt the urge to reach out his hand and touch it.As he stretched his arm into the black goo.Then it moved into his arm wounds.Farfax drew back and gasped in pain as the his wounds sealed but began to ooze with the black substance.In shock Farfax stumbled backwards and fell into the bog.


He began to feel the black ooze into all his wounds and he began to mutate.The areas infected by the liquid bulged out and Farfax's eyes began to glow a strange white.

He then crawled out and looked around.

"Now this is power!"He said in a dark voice.

He then began to build up his dark energy and when he released it the nearby trees were set ablaze.

DARK FARFAX DARK HUMAN WHAT THE HEL* THAT DOSEN`T MAKE ANY SENCE!
