Yes, it all worked out in the end for Spyro. Spyro gets his money stolen from Moneybags in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage (or Spyro 2: Gateway To Glimmer) and Spyro 3: Year Of The Dragon, and then gets it back later. Although, I didn't like when I didn't get my money back from him in Spyro 4: Enter The Dragonfly.

Moneybags is soooo annoying!!My brother also gets angry at him,too.One time,he was playing Spyro 2 or 3(can't remember)when he encountered Moneybags.He didn't have enough gems,so he said,"Why you little (bad word)"I was like,0.o;.

Moneybags is a greedy so-and-so and with the ways he continues to rob Spyro of his hard-earned gems throughout his quests it's most obvious that we'd hate him. smilie But in spite of that, the old-school series wouldn't be the same without him at all, and the fact that he often had his gems taken away and showing humiliation in the end often shows his role as a great comic relief character back in the Insomniac days. Just genius.
