Chapter 28 A home

Comet didn't know what to say.
"Well? Do you want to live with me or not?" asked Tyrez the next day.
"I- I- I guess so..." whispered Comet.
"Well my home is right down the road, let's go!" exclaimed Tyrez.
The two went down the road to a huge house.
"This is my house." replied Tyrez.
3 dragons, all green, were at the porch.
"This is Scrappy, my older brother, Marlay, my mother, and Rico, my father." said Tyrez.
"Hello!" they all exclaimed.
"They all know about you staying so let's go inside." said Tyrez.
The two walked inside and up a staircase.
They went into a huge room.
"This is where you'll stay." replied Tyrez.
Comet was now happy, very happy.

Chapter 29 Long Forgotten

5 months later,

Comet had cried his heart out. Just a month ago his best friend Tyrez had been killed by the evil kids that he used to be friends with. They got put in jail of course, but it was still sad.
And even worse Scrappy had decided he wanted to become a dragon mail man so he moved out of the house. Marlay and Rico missed him so they moved away to his new house.
Comet cried some more ; dragons began to stare.
And the worst part was that he wasn't taken to their new home, he was left there.
Comet had long been forgotten. He had to go back to his normal life. So he went back to his favorite stone and slept.
Would Comet's life ever get better?

Part 3 Travels

Chapter 30 Meeting of Meat

2 months later,

Comet ran threw the shop with a steak in his mouth as the shop owner chased him, "Thief!"
Comet ran harder and quickly jumped out the window, only to be caught by the shop owner's paw.
"Now, give back the meat or pay!" growled the owner.
"I'll pay for that food!" cried a yellow she-dragon.
The female gave the shop owner that money.
"Well just make sure you don't steal any more of my food!" growled the owner at Comet. He walked back into his shop.
"Thanks." said Comet.
"Your welcome, my name is Zappy, what is yours?" asked the dragon. This dragon was Comet's age.
"Comet." replied Comet.
"Well, Comet, I am need of help to find my parents. Could you escort me to them?" asked Zappy.
"Of coarse. Let's go!" exclaimed Comet.
And so the two went off in search of Zappy's parents.

Zappy! (is this the part where the two stories sort of combine?)

Chapter 31 The Well of Souls

Comet ran through the forest and suddenly fell into a hole, "Ahhhh!!"
"I'm coming!" cried Zappy as she jumped in.
"Hmphh." came from Comet as Zappy landed on him.
"Please get off me." said Comet.
"Oh, sorry." replied Zappy.
"Where are we?" asked Comet.
"I don't know, but it is pretty scarey." said Zappy, looking at a stone throne.
"I've seen this place before, it frightens me." replied Comet.
"What is it?" asked Zappy.
"The Well of Souls, home of the souls captured by Malefor." replied Comet.
"That doesn't sound good." said Zappy.
"This throne was Gaul's." replied Comet as he examined it.
"We better scram before a soul decides that he wants dragon meat for lunch." said Zappy.
A ghost floated around Zappy. It shot a beam of dark magic into her. She moaned loudly and fell to the ground.
Comet rammed the ghost and grabbed Zappy flying out of the chamber and into the mountain ruins.
They got away. Comet set Zappy down.
"What did it do to me?" asked Zappy.
"It put a curse for your wings would never heal." replied Comet.
Zappy gasped.

i thought Zappy didn't have any wings.

She doesn't. If you haven't noticed this is at the same time as one of the chapters in Spyro's kids: Zappy.

Chapter 32 The Chronicler

Comet and Zappy had just reached a cave. They went in it. A hole was above them.
Comet grabbed Zappy and flew her up there.
An hour glass was in the room, gleaming, and there before them sat a wise old dragon, "Ah, I have visitors."
"Who are you?" asked Comet.
"I... am the Chronicler, but you can call me Ignitus." replied the dragon as he opened a book.
"What's that?" asked Zappy.
"It tells everyone's life story, but there is rarely any future facts," replied Ignitus, " Zappy, your future is both a surprise and a shock, it is very near."
"What about me?" asked Comet.
"You, Comet, shall save someone's life, meet your parents again, and become a true hero." replied Ignitus.
"This is great," replied Zappy, "But I am trying to find my parents, can you help me?"
"Yes, Twilight Princess, I can." replied Ignitus.
"Where are they?" asked Comet.
"They are living past the pirates' domain and beyond the Ancient Grove." he replied.
"Thanks!" thanked Zappy and Comet.
They ran out.
Ignitus sighed, "Ahh... what did he teach her?"

Woo! They met Ignitus then. I like that name 'Twilight Princess'...

Well again, this chapter was also in Zappy except it was from her point of view.

Chapter 33 The Celestial Caves

Zappy was running to fast.
"Wait, Zappy! It is easy to get lost in here!" cried Comet, to late.
Zappy was out of sight.
Comet finally found Zappy, but she was sucked away into a portal, "Zappy!"
He couldn't believe this had happened. Zappy was somewhere out there and Comet was alone.
Comet stood there for a few seconds, then a voice went in his head.
Comet... forget about Zappy, she was evil, I tell you, evil! Leave her and come to the Floating Islands and stay with me...
"Never!" cried Comet as the voice faded away.
A great flash erupted infront of him as Zappy reappeared.
"Zappy?" asked Comet.
"I'm fine." replied Zappy.
Comet hopped onto Zappy's magic carpet and they flew out of the caves and onto the shore. They flew over the dark sea.

Chapter 34 Captured

The two flew towards a storm, Zappy was afraid.
The raging Hurricane sucked them into it.
"Oh no!" cried Zappy.
"Fly to the eye of the storm!" ordered Comet.
"But-" said Zappy.
"Just do it!" cried Comet.
Zappy flew the carpet into it, dodging the flying objects such as boats, ships, and palm trees.
The Hurricane suddenly stopped and the roaring died.
Comet looked out in the fog from the storm and saw something, something big. A flag came into focus aswell as cannons. "Fly, now!" cried Comet.
Zappy tried to fly away from the approaching object, but they were quickly muzzled and thrown onto the deck of the object.
Comet and Zappy had been captured by pirates.

Chapter 35 Pirates

Comet woke up trapped in a cellar, tied to a pole.
Zappy laid sleeping next to him, also tied. She soon awoke from the slumber, "Huh?"
A huge pirate walked up to their cellar and grinned. Another came up and asked, "Captain Scab, are you ready to send them into the arena?"
"Yes."
5 pirates quickly untied the ropes and then chained them. They took them to a huge arena.
"Behold, our new contestants! Please welcome Zappy and Comet!! These two will be fighting the Croncroture, the great night of Dante's Freezer!" exclaimed a parritt from Scab's shoulder.
A huge golden knight holding an axe walked into the arena. It roared and slashed its axe at them.
Zappy jumped out of the way.
Comet shot fronze at it, killing the knight.
"That was fast, now you must face the dreadful Gronzizicure!" cried the parritt.
A huge stone beast came in from the opening in the ceiling.
Zappy's magic carpet was missing so Comet flew her up to its head.
Comet shot fronze at it.
Zappy meleed it and then chopped its head off with twilight beam.
The beast fell over and turned into a bunch of gems.
"Now for the final match. You must face the Zartramist!" exclaimed the parritt. The watching crowd cheared.
A huge green glob slithered into the room, only to be splattered by Zappy and Comet's melees.
"Congratulations! You have won the competition for tonight!" cried the parritt.
"That's all for the pirates of the blacksmith tonight, folks!" cried another parritt on Scab's opposite shoulder.
The pirates took Zappy and Comet back to their cellar and tied them to the poles.

Chapter 36 Escaping the Pirates

"What will we do now?" asked Zappy.
"Escape." replied Comet.
"But how?"
"I have a way." said a voice.
Comet and Zappy turned around to see a troll from Dante's Freezer hiding in the shadows.
The troll removed a box from the wall. A hole was in the wall, "I've spent many years trying to dig a hole with this pointed metal from the gate, and now we can all escape.
"Thanks." thanked Zappy. She went through the hole.
Comet followed behind.
The troll was last to go through.
The 3 reached a cellar right next to theirs, it was empty so the gate was open. They walked out of it.

Chapter 37 Scab

The troll ran off.
5 pirates came marching down the hallway and saw Comet and Zappy.
Comet shot fronze and killed them.
The two ran until they found the captain's quarters.
"What are you doing?" asked Comet as Zappy reached for the door knob.
"Getting a map to find my parents." replied Zappy as she opened the door.
Scab wasn't there, they had to hurry before he came back.
Zappy began to look, "The White Isle, the Torched Lands, the Temple!"
"That is closest to them. Now let's get going before--!" replied Comet as Zappy snatched the Temple map.
"You'll get going in no time. Back in your cell dragons!" cried Scratch from behind.
"Off you go." said Sniff.
Comet growled.
"So you want to fight?" asked Scratch.
Comet quickly knocked them away with fronze.
Zappy knocked Scab backwords with twilight beam.
Scab shot his cannon and then launched his hook at them.
The two evaded and meleed him as his hook was stuck in the floor.
Scab shot missiles out of his arm cannon.
The two used fronze and twilight beam while he was reloading.
Scab was knocked through the window and sent pamulting into the ocean.
Zappy and Comet ran with the map.
"Come back her dragons!" cried Sniff.
Zappy found her carpet lying on the floor and quickly crashed through another window. She and Comet flew away as the ship shot cannon balls at them.

Chapte 38 Chased

Pirates began to chase them in their life boats. They flew ever fast.
"Faster!" cried Comet.
The pirates shot cannons at them.
The two whirled in a circle, dodging them. Then they flew to the right, nearly hitting a huge rock.
The pirates were not prepared for the obstacle and crashed into to.
Scab's ship began to chase them.
The two dodged their cannonballs and dove into the water.
The ship followed them.
Comet shot fronze and Zappy shot twilight beam, creating a hole in the ship. The two flew away from the sight of the ship sinking into the water, and pirates crying for help.

Chapter 39 Into the Grove

The two landed on an island surrounded by poisonous waters. Creatures loomed in the shadows.
"Where are we?" asked Zappy.
"We are in the ancient grove. We are almost there.," replied Comet. He walked up to a tree;it had a face on it, "Woah!"
The tree rose out of the ground and transformed into an ugly creature.
"What is it?" asked Zappy.
"Arborick!" cried Comet. He shot fronze at it.
Arborick thrust his arm at them.
Zappy dodged, but Comet didn't.
Comet lay there, motionless.

Comet woke up in a dark dimension.
What?

You are near to death, you must leave Zappy before it is too late.

Never!!

You do not know anything! Zappy is luring you into her trap, then she will kill you!

I don't believe that!

Ah, but you will, Comet. You will. I suspect by tonight that you will be away from her.

Light flashed.

Wait!

Comet appeared back in the ancient grove. He saw Arborick being destroyed by Zappy and then Zappy running over to him.

She is a monster! That is what she is going to do to me! That voice was right... I have to leave her.

"Great job, now you have proved yourself worthy to go find your parents alone, just as how you fought that monster alone." replied Comet.
"What?! No!!" exclaimed Zappy.

Chapter 40 Walking separate paths

"How can you say that?" asked Zappy.
"I'm sorry, Zappy, but I have a family out there to find too. I hope I see you again." explained Comet.
"But..." Zappy tried to say.
"I'm sorry." said Comet.
"But you can't!" cried Zappy.
"Goodbye, Zappy......." whispered Comet as he flew away.
"I can't believe he did that..." said Zappy as she walked away into the Ancient Grove.

Comet was already 10 miles away, and it was only an hour later. He just couldn't let go of Zappy. And so the two walked their separate paths.

Chapter 41 Camp

Comet was already into the swamp. It was getting dark and he had to make camp.
First he went over to a tree and broke some dry branches off. He went and found a dry place to make the fire and placed the branches on it. Then he shot Fronze, causing a fire to erupt onto the branches.
A few sheep roaming around nearby would be the best dinner. So Comet went and captured some sheep. He killed them and placed them near the fire.
Comet still couldn't let go of Zappy so he laid down and took a few bites out of his dinner, but decided he wasn't hungry. He curled on the ground and closed his eyes.

You have done what is right, young Comet.
Comet groaned, Don't mention it.

Chapter 42 The Gaz^i Desert

Morning came quickly. Comet was very shocked to see Zappy gone, then he remembered that they walked their own paths. He went over to the now burnt out fire and looked up at the sky, then it started to reign.
He drank some of the water and continued his journey in the swamp.
Comet came upon a huge stone which read, 'Go to the Gaz^i Desert if you must.' He growled and trekked on.
Suddenly, Comet was swept off his paws as a figure grabbed him. It was the Convexity guy from a long time ago. He hissed.
"Now Comet, there is no need to get all fussy. I was just dropping in..." said Convexity. He ripped Comet's wings and threw him off a cliff.
"No!!!" cried Comet as he fell to his death.
He landed hard on the ground, but a plant had broken his fall. Comet stared out at where he was. Comet had now entered the Gaz^i Desert.

Chapter 39 explains a lot... lucky fall hey? Landing on a plant three seconds before death.

Chapter 43 The Ga^zi Desert - Part 2

Comet growled and looked back up the cliff, he saw Convexity grinning.
Convexity smirked and descended from the cliff.
Comet looked back out in the hot desert and decided if he was to go into the darkness of it. He decided he would.
A voltare flew by.
Comet quickly hid behind a cactus.
The voltare kawed and saw Comet. It flew at the cactus, only to get prict by it.
Comet quickly killed the stunned voltare and continued on. He walked into an oasis and soaked in the water. Then he took a few drinks and continued down the hot desert.
A figure was over at a cactus. It seemed to be looking at something.
Comet slowly walked towards it. He accidently cracked a twig.
The figure turned around, it was a sand warrior. It ran at Comet and slashed him.
Comet screached and quickly knocked the warrior away.
The warrior growled and shot a sand cyclone out of his palm.
Comet quickly dodged it and shot fronze at it.
The warrior fell to the floor and raised its weapons and jumped up and down. It then bellowed out, "Tar^Buga Tar^Buga!"
A herd of warriors quickly ran out and attacked Comet.
Comet growled and knocked them away with Fronze. He quickly flew up in the air and shot a fronze ball at them. He landed on the hot sand and began his stance for another attack.
The warriors just stepped back.
Comet growled, "Cowards!"
But the warriors were not giving up. A sand cyclone began to whirl around and there stood a huge sand warrior, the Sand King.
The Sand King roared and knocked Comet unconcious. The warriors carried Comet into an underground fortress.

Chapter 44 The Dark Fortress

Comet woke up in a dark celler. A sand warrior stood guard at the door. He shot a ball of fronze at it.
The warrior growled and shouted out, "Shar^tuga!"
Comet looked at his surroundings and saw a huge stone nearby. He chucked it at the door, destroying it.
The warrior was shocked, "Garsh^Ve^oga!"
A bunch of warriors came to the rescue and chained Comet up.
Comet growled and shot fronze at them.
The warriors fell to the floor, dead.
Comet quickly ran for his life. A huge staircase was nearby. He ran up it and reached a dark chamber. A golden book laid on a stone chamber.

Chapter 45 Legacy of Darkness

The book's silver pages gleamed as Comet looked at it. He read the title: Legacy of Darkness and then opened it. Suddenly, the book began to read on its own.
" In the beginning, the elders had been teaching the ways of magic when a dark cloud of doom rolled into the area. This cloud wasn't just an ordinary cloud, it was an evil cloud. The youngest dragon there was sent to go inspect it, his name was Cralore. Now Cralore was very mighty, he had won many contests and was going to be king soon. Cralore had had a good life and he didn't want to disrespect the elders, so he went to the cloud."
"The cloud was very dark. Cralore decided the go into it and check to make sure it was safe. When he was in, a dark beam shot through the cloud and a face appeared through a hole to another dimension. Cralore gasped at the darkness of the face. This face was of a black dragon, with blood red eyes. The dragon began to smile and then climbed out of the hole in the air. Cralore cried for help as the dragon grabbed him. But it was too late, Cralore was killed in seconds. The dragon then went out of the cloud and headed for the temple."
"The elders were shocked when they saw the dragon. They ran into the temple to hide, but the dragon followed them. He pinned one down and said his name was Convexity. The other elders began to attack him, but to no success. Convexity began to strangle the elder and he laughed. Just when all seemed to be lost, a beam of light shot through the air and Cralore's face appeared through a hole in the air. He shot light straight through Convexity's heart."
"Convexity hissed in pain and suddenly disappeared into the air. No one ever saw Convexity again. When the elders tried to thank Cralore, he had just disappeared. The elders then made a statue of him right in the temple training room to honor him. Thus is the legacy of darkness..."

Comet closed the book and turned around to go back down the steps, but someone was standing there...

Chapter 46 Convexity's Revenge

"So? How did you like my book?" asked Convexity as he walked towards Comet.
Comet growled and shot fronze at Convexity, only to miss.
Convexity clutched Comet by the throte and threw him at the wall. He approached Comet and slashed him in the arm.
Comet screached in pain.
Convexity raised his blade, ready to stab Comet.
Suddenly, a sand cyclone shot from out of no where and clutched the blade. It pulled back and then destroyed it.
Convexity turned around to see a sand warrior. He ran at the warrior and knocked him back.
The warrior roared and stabbed Convexity.
Comet ran while they fought. He found the exit from the fortress and emerged at into the Ga^zi desert.
Suddenly, a sand cyclone began.

Chapter 47 Sand King

The sand king appeared and shot a sand cyclone at Comet. Comet jumped away and shot a blast of fronze at his head.
The king roared and knocked Comet away. He grabbed Comet and tried to do a sand punch at him.
Comet shot fronze at his fist, destroying it, "Ha!"
The sand king lowered his destroyed arm into the ground and it was soon revived by more sand. His new fist shot into the ground and punched from below Comet.
Comet went flying up into the air and landed hard on his back.
The sand king continued to punch from underground.
Comet dodged them and ran towards the sand king. He flew up and evaded the king's other hand. He shot a blast of fronze at his head.
The sand king roared in pain as he fell to the ground, destroyed.
Comet turned around to leave the area when a loud rumbling began. He shot around to see the sand king coming back out from the sand.
The sand king roared and shot sand from his palm. He began to chase Comet.
Comet ran towards a cliff. He looked down it. A large river was down there.
The sand king shot more sand from his hands and swiped at Comet.
Comet jumped out of the way.
The king lossed his balance and fell into the water. He began to melt into mud.
Comet left the Ga^zi desert and went to the Dragon City.

Chapter 48 Signs

Comet walked towards the huge city and looked around.
The dragon city was a dark place now that the new dark master had destroyed it.
Comet went out to the huge market place and stopped at a building. This was Tyrez's house. A tear rolled down his eye.
It seems like it was last night since he had died.
Comet turned to leave when he gasped.
"Well, well, well. Look who decided to come back!" cried a mysterious face.
It was the evil bully who had killed Tyrez.
Comet growled, "Go away, jerk."
"Oh, is little Comet going to cry? How pathetic." replied the yellow dragon.
The dragon slashed his tail at Comet.
Comet flinched back and caught his tail. He tossed the dragon into a wall.
The dragon growled and shot a beam of electricity.
Time suddenly froze.
Comet, to the temple!
Comet hesitated, but decided to leave. He walked out of the city and went towards the dragon temple.

Chapter 49 At the Temple

Comet arrived at the temple an hour later. He stopped at the cave leading to the inside.
Where are you?
Why did you summon me?

I must tell you that Zappy needs you.

I don't care! I'm not going near that monster!

But Zappy is in danger! She has gone to the floating islands and she is in Convexity's grasp!

I don't care!

Okay, then. Go to the dragon library inside the temple and find the book titled legacy of the dragons. You will get your proof there.

Comet entered the temple.

Chapter 50 Into the Temple

Comet saw that the walls were cracked and a huge statue of Malefor stood in the center of the training room. This must have been a dark time, when Malefor still ruled the world.
Comet remembered about his father and mother defeating Malefor long ago. He sighed as he began to miss his parents.
Comet stepped out onto the balcony and looked across the golden fields. He then turned around and went into the dragon sleeping chamber.
A writing was on the wall:

The time has come, for a hero to awaken,
The memories have gone, to be taken.

The worlds spins, a new age,
But before that the hero must turn the page.

A book was in the room. Comet laid down and turned the page. They were golden.
Suddenly, it began to glow and a secret door appeared from the stone wall.
Comet walked through it to find himself in an ancient library, but not as big as the Chronicler's.

Chapter 51 The Library

Comet stared at the golden pages of the books. He gazed at the ancient library and at the silver book shelves.
"A's, B's, C's..." he stopped at the L's.
"Legacy of Light, Legacy of the Shadows, Legacy of the Apes." he gasped.
Those were the only books with Legacy in them. Legacy of the Dragons was not in there! Comet growled as he realized he had been tricked. He slammed his fist against the book shelve and the books began to fall.
Comet jumped back just as a huge one was about to hit his head. He turned around to leave. Then he heard something from behind. He snapped around.
There on the shandalier was a figure, clutching a book, "Looking for this?"
Comet growled and shot fronze at the figure.
The figure jumped out of the way and landed on a book shelf. His scales were black.

Chapter 52 End of him

Comet growled, "Give it back, Convexity!"
"You have to come get it welp!" cried Convexity as he knocked over the other book shelves towards Comet. He jumped onto the banaster hanging on the wall.
Comet jumped out of the way as a huge book nearly hit his head. He flew up at Convexity.
Convexity quickly drew his blade and slashed. He cut Comet on the eyes.
Comet fell to the ground, screaming in pain as he began to see flashed over colors as if his eyeballs were tropical fruit.
"Icy may have saved last time, but now there is no one here to save your life. You shall forever be blind!" cried Convexity as he broke through a window.
Comet got up, barely able to see, then cried out, "You shall not win!!" He shot a super blast of fronze that could kill an entier army at Convexity.
Convexity growled and moved to the right, but he was too late. Convexity was hit and sent flying out the window, pulmelting to his death.
Comet growled in victory and then flew out the window. He crash landed into a tree and began to wimper. He limped towards Convexity's lifeless body and clutched the book. Finally, Comet had found the Legacy of Dragons .

Chapter 53 The Legacy of Dragons

Comet opened the book to see its golden pages. His mouth dropped open in awe. He turned the pages and found the legacy of dragons from his time.
"Thore, Zaeix, Blaze, Gonree..." he read as he tried to find him and Zappy. He did.

"Zappy was born a twilight princess. This gave her the ability to shoot a magical element, twilight. She was born by 2 heroes. They were black and purple, and their names were ------ and ------." he read. The two names had been ripped out. Comet also had two parents who were black and purple.
"Zappy had to be left because if she would have stayed with her parents then she would have been killed by the dark dragon, Convexity. So she joined a clan of golden dragons only to be swept away by a flood. She wondered the land to find her parents. Then she met the young dragon Comet and they set off to find her parents. They talked to the Chronicler to find out where they were and then found out they were near the temple. Comet then left Zappy and she went on her own, until she met Convexity who took her to her parents. After Convexity was attacked by her parents, Zappy was sorry for him and ran away from her home to find Convexity. She has now been trapped in Malefor's lair." finished Comet. He gasped. Why had he left her?

He found himself, "Comet was born a starlight prince which gave her the element of fronze. He was turned blind by Convexity, but saved by a mysterious dragon. He was soon captured by Convexity, but he got away and found a wise dragon named Wargeris who kept him. But soon Convexity found him and killed Wargeris. Comet got away into a forest to meet a dragon named Storm. They were both captured by apes, but they got away to a village. There they lived to together until a young hatchling was assigned to them. After Comet and his friends planned to make fun of a dragon, Comet was caught and the dragons planned to kill him, but Storm refused. Soon Storm turned evil and created a storm. Comet killed him and left to the Dragon City. He was bullied, being a stray when a yound dragon named Tyrez let him live with his family. Tyrez was then killed by the bullies. Comet was forgotten and was forced to leave. He continued to be a stray when one day he met Zappy at a butcher's shop. They left to find Zappy's parents. They went to the Celestial Caves of the White Isle to talk to the Chronicler to find Zappy's parents were near the temple. They went there. After Zappy killed an Arborick, Comet was tricked by Convexity to think that Zappy was planning to kill him. So he left her. Soon after, he was convinced by a mysterious voice to go to the dragon temple and find the book titled the Legacy of Dragons. He found that Convexity had stolen it and quickly defeated him. Then Comet opened this very book and began to read." finished Comet.
"That liar. Zappy's in trouble! I have to go save her!" exclaimed Comet as he dropped the book and flew out the window, Convexity was gone.

Chapter 54 The Great Storm

Comet left the swamp and flew up towards Malefor's lair. It was starting to go dark and it was getting cold out. Comet could barely see.
Malefor's lair was very dark and stormy. Legend has it that Malefor himself started an eternal storm around his lair so that no one would ever be able to get to him. But that was proven wrong when Comet's father had defeated Malefor directly in the storm.
Now Comet was caught in that storm. He was blown all over the place. Lightning struck and a tornado stormed through the area. Comet finally crashed into a huge building on Malefor's floating island.
Comet fell to the floor and got back up. Strange creatures began to surround him. They were dark and seemed like shadows.
They began to pile on top of him.
Comet growled and an explotion of Fronze erupted from his body. The creatures went flying off the island and into the storm where they were lost.
More creatures surrounded Comet, this time very large. They slashed their claws at Comet.
Comet jumped back and shot a beam of Fronze straight into the biggest one's chest.
It went flying backwards and crashing into the other ones. They all went falling into the storm.
Another wave of the creatures surrouned him.
A black dragon appeared, "So do you like my Screaches?"
"No, I don't! Now what have you done with Zappy?" asked Comet.
"Come on in and find out!" cried the dragon. It disappeared.
The Screaches jumped at Comet only to be killed by more fronze.
He ran into the lair.

Glad you're keeping this up (why the long wait?) but cool chapters!

At least some people are still reading... all of my fans just left! Any ways,
i have another dark story coming up after this one. I don't have time to type a chapter tonight, I'll type it in the morning.

Chapter 55 Convexity's Chamber

Comet ran down the dark corridor. Moaning erupted down the strange hallway. Comet turned left into another corridor. He went down it. He stopped at a dark, dark, room.
Comet began to hear a voice: "Come inside, Comet. I must see you..."
Comet slowly krept into the room, it was pitch black. He looked around, then a torch caught fire. He slowly walked deeper into the room. It was a chamber.
The voice hissed: "This is my chamber... where death is brought forth. And you, my fellow dragon, shall be that death!!"
Something slashed Comet across the stomach. Then it pushed him to the ground.
Comet shot fronze into thin air, trying to find his target.
Then a dark ball of energy formed and showed none other than the dragon, Convexity.
"Convexity!" cried Comet.
Convexity grabbed Comet by the neck and raised him. Then he slammed him to the ground. "I have been waiting for this moment ever since you hatched!!"
Comet growled and shot a huge blast of fronze straight into Convexity, who went flying into a wall. "Why are you doing this?!" he screamed.
"No one must become more powerful than me! That is why I must kill every last one of you welplings!!" roared Convexity as he shot a blast of darkness at Comet.
Comet ducked and shot one giant blast of fronze straight into Convexity and sent him flying through a wall!
Convexity slowly limped out of the huge hole in the wall and said, "You can't beat me, I am eternal!" He put his paw on his chest and chanted, "Heal Te Vosguava Gusta (Heal this horrid pain)." He then healed.
Comet jumped back at a swipe from Convexity.
Convexity shot darkness into the ceiling and caused it to start collapse around Comet. "Now if you excuse me, I have a little dragon to kill..." He left.
Comet growled, "No!" He shot a huge blast of fronze around himself, causing the debrees to go flying into the walls. Comet slowly limped out of the room and down the hall.

Chapter 56 The Death of Comet

Comet limped down the hall until he heard a moan from behind. A strange red figure ran at him. Comet shot it in the head with fronze, killing it. He continued down the corridor. There ahead was the chamber where Zappy was at.

"Grahhhh!!! You shall suffer the same fate as these 3, Dark Master!"
"No!!!"
"No!!!"

Comet came closer to the room. He stood up and gathered all the energy he had left and ran towards the room.

"No!!!!"
"No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Comet dashed into the room to see Convexity shooting a blast of darkness straight at Zappy. He quickly jumped in front of Zappy right at the last second. Surges of light and pain entered his body as he steamed up. Then he fell over on the ground, turned to ash.
Comet had done what he thought was right. He had sacrificed himself to save Zappy. He had died, right in front of her eyes.

*Gasp* NOOOOOOOO- *remembers that the story doesn't end there*

Chapter 57 Drifting Away Into the Darkness

There the dark dimension was silent. It was as if no one was dying right now but Comet.
Comet lay there in the air, floating out into the dark universe. His scales were black and his body was covered in disgusting scars.
Legend has it that Malefor made a curse so that once you die you will come back to life evil. Was this going to happen to Comet, or was someone going to save him?
A gush of darkness suddenly shot through the air and into Comet's heart.
"Grahhhhh!!!!!!!!" roared Comet's limp figure as it began to turn evil.
Malefor's dark face appeared and said, "Yes! Yes, Convexity, YES!! You have killed the mighty Starlight Prince, son of the great Spyro!! Now he is under my control!! In less than a minute, he will be mine!"
Comet began to grow bigger and bigger as bulk dragons would and his wings shot out of his body and out growed 2 giant ripped ones. Comet's eyes turned blood red and several horns began to grow out of his head. 50 were sticking out, and then 30 spikes came out of his spine. His tail grew longer and a huge spear-like point was at the end. And last but not least, a huge red scar which reassembled the dark side appeared on his forehead, made by his own blood.
Malefor cried, "Yes!! Transform, Comet, transform!!"
Comet landed on his paws on an invisible platform. He was now awake, and evil. There stood hulking 30 foot tall Comet. Was this the end of our good Comet as we know it? It may of seemed so, but then a light flashed at of no where and shot into Comet...
