ronno looked around. ''ewwww!'' whined cyclone as he lifted his paw. ''what did you step in this time?!'' he hissed. ''i don't know, but its all over my paw!'' he said, as he turned his head away from it. ronno sniffed it carefully. ''you stepped in dung.'' said ronno. ''GET IT OFF OF ME! GET IT OFF OF ME!'' cried cyclone, swishing his paw back and forth. some of the dung flew off of cyclone, but landed onto ronno's face. he looked between his eyes then snarled at cyclone. ''you idiot!'' he snarled. ronno grabbed him by the neck but turned around. ''i'll deal with you later.'' he said softly. rronno glared at sapphire with a twisted smile. cyclone crouched down. ''before we go, don't you want to go hunting with us?'' asked fangclaw. ''everyone knows that im the best hunter.'' boasted kolbolt. ''you're so not.'' he hissed. ''hey! you were always the one who picked on me when we were young-'' kolbolt's words were cut off by leapordshadow. ''come on boys.'' she said, nuzzeling kolbolt. ''lets go hunting!'' said aliyah, as she licked her lips. ''good! im starving!'' said garnet. sapphire giggled then followed the kais out into the forest.

kolbolt sniffed the ground. ''any sign of deer yet?'' he hissed. ''no.'' said fangclaw. sapphire looked up. he noticed a large buck, grazing. the deer chomped on a mouth full then looked up. his ears twitched. sapphire's dark blue eyes glared at the buck. ''kais stare their prey down, so that way its easier to catch them.'' exclaimed kolbolt, as he glared at it with his red-brown eyes. leapordshadow noticed in the corner of her gray eyes, that there was a whole family of them. ''guys look!'' she pointed out. ''a family?'' asked deanna. leapordshadow nodded. ''that must be their alpha.'' said aliyah. ''shhhhh! quiet! it'll hear us!'' hissed ro'zan. sapphire crouched down. kolbolt crouched next to him. ''like all kais, we have a special attack.'' said kkolbolt, as his eyes changed into a bright yellow and his fangs grew into sabors. sapphire's eyes grew wide. ''don't be scared. we only hunt large animals.'' he laughed. fangclaws eyes turned yellow as well. leapordshadow prepared her yellow fire. ''sapphire, you come up with a plan.'' ordered swiftshadow. ''me?'' he asked. everyone nodded. sapphire's legs began to shake then they stopped. ''kais, you go in and attack the large buck on its back. deanna, terron, and ro'zan. you all go for the young ones. swiftshadow, aunt aliyah, and flame. go for the does. me and garnet will help you all.''

''when can we kill it?'' asked kolbolt. ''just about...NOW!'' called sapphire. kolbolt, fangclaw, and leapordshadow darted towards the large, well-muscled buck. leapordshadow shot yellow flames at it. burning one of its legs. kolbolt snarled as he lept onto it's back. he dug his razor sharp sabors into it. fangclaw aimed for its chest, digging his back paws into it. deanna, ro'zan and terron all raced over to the fawns. deanna used her elemental attack to knock the fawns off their hooves. terron llashed at them with his blue clump of spikes at the end of his tail. his black ram-like horns bashed into the lean fawn. blood poured from its neck. ro'zan created a cyclone from his mouth, some of the fawns dropped dead, while others were suffering from his bite. deanna used fear to stop their heart beat. swiftshadow, aliyah, and flame ran towards the does. ''hey! we're helping too ya know!'' said koratooth as he raced beside pravious. swiftshadow's eyes began to glow. ''everyone watch out!'' he warned as his mouth grew foamy. swiftshadow tore off the heads of the deffenceless does. aliyah decided to join him and shot icefire at them. flame used his tail to slap the does at rapidly high speeds. ''thats why the litnas are known as the tail masters.'' he boasted. koratooth glared at the does with his peircing purple eyes. he sunk his teeth into them then lashed his claws at them. pravious bashed them with his horns. he closed his eyes, then began to controal one of the does minds. the doe trotted over to the others and killed them. its hooves were covered in blood. aliyah froze them. kolbolt let his instincts take over.

Lol rather graphic with the blood there. Good thing I don't mind graphic violence.

yeah. i know. some of my comics are like that! nice new pic!


sapphire charged an aura from the inside of his mouth. soom it grew large enough to toss at the deer. he released it, allowing it to travel freely. the aura knocked the deer off their hooves, killing them. garnet used her eclispe breath to burn through the deer's chest. he decided to join the kais in taking down the large buck. sapphire smiled then charged at the deer. ''TAKE THIS! THE BLUE STORM!'' cried sapphire as he began to spin in the air. his body spun in the air rapidly. the buck dodged his attack, but he kept spinning. sapphire manage to turn around then stabbed the buck right in the chest. he crashed into the ground, coughing out dust. ''wha-what happened?'' he asked. everybody stared at him. ''your father did the same thing. all sapphire dragons can only do that special attack that you just did.'' said pravious. ''huh? what do you mean?'' he asked. ''its called the blue storm. its when you leap into the air, then start spinning. once you've reached your enemy, you stab them.'' he added. ''how is that even possible?'' asked sapphire once more. garnet smiled. ''that was awesome!'' she praised. everyone started laughing. sapphire laughed along with them.

it actually took me a while to come up with a name.


''is the deer dead?'' he giggled. ''yup.'' said leapordshadow as she picked it up by its hind legs. ''hey! what about that doe over there?'' garnet pointed out. ''taken care of.'' said pravious. the doe trotted beside him. it had blood on its hooves. ''don't tell. you took over its mind right? with your mind controal?'' laughed aliyah. pravious rolled his eyes. ''lets go back, this place gives me the creeps.'' said garnet. ''yeah.'' he agreed. bloodfang awaited for them on a high rock. ''are they back yet?'' asked a green kai. ''not yet, but wait...yes..they are back with fangclaw!'' said bloodfang. the kai dragons formed a circle around their mighty alpha. ''alright, leave a space.'' he snorted. the kais nodded. sapphire trotted up to them with the large buck's antlers in his mouth. ''how did you kill that?'' he asked. ''i didn't kill it. sapphire did.'' laughed kolbolt. ''you're the best hunter in our clan. how could you not kill that?'' he asked once more. ''i just told you before bloodfang. sapphire killed it.'' he told him. ''but how may i ask?'' said bloodfang as he narrowed his red eyes at them. the large gray kai leader was determined to find out what had killed such a buck at this size. ''i did. with blue storm.'' said sapphire. ''i can't believe this. you are his son!'' he gasped. ''duh!'' said garnet. ''well then sapphire. we will eat, but if you're going to go search for your father, you must hurry. we kais depend upon you now. kolbolt, leapordshadow, and my son fangclaw. i want you to go with him.'' he ordered. ''yes bloodfang.'' said the three of them. ''now lets eat.'' said garnet. sapphire smiled as he placed the large brown buck onto the ground.

kolbolt dug his fangs into one of the does. he tore at its bloody flesh. tiny meat bits flew off of it and landed onto pravious's. ''gah! kolbolt!'' he said. ''what?'' asked kolbolt, with a mouth full of meat. ''you are flinging meat bits all over the place!'' he hissed. ''yeah, so?'' he hissed back, licking some of the blood off of his face. pravious rolled his eyes then picked up a dead fawn. ''well, im eating over here.'' he told them. koratooth slammed his peice of meat onto thee ground then started laughing. ''what's so funny?'' asked aliyah. ''ko-kolbolt and pra-pravious are hilarious!'' he giggled. ''okay, okay im good.'' said koratooth as he returned to his meal. sapphire ripped some flesh off the deer. ''bloodfang, aren't you going to join us?'' he asked. bloodfang noticed him in the corner of his eye. ''well, i--'' he paused. ''oh come on bloofang. you must be hungry.'' said leapordshadow. deanna and aliyah nodded. terron looked at his scars then crunched on an antler. ''HEY!'' snarled fangclaw, as he spat out his meat onto pravious's face. ''what?'' said terron. ''I LIKE THE ANTLERS TOO!'' he hissed. pravious glared at fangclaw. ''oops.'' he smirked nervously. ''its okay.'' he muttered. ''well, im eating this. there's another antler over there.'' said terron, as he crunched harder. fangclaw trotted over to the buck. ''oh hey sapph.'' greeted fangclaw. ''hi!'' he smiled back. fangclaw carefully tore off the whole antler then sat down with it. ''so crunchy!'' he drooled. cyclone licked his lips. ''i want to have a deer.'' he said. ''first you wanted a turtle, then you wanted fish, now this! you're pathetic!'' he growled. ''well, im hungry.'' said cyclone as his stomache began to growl. ''HUSH UP!''

Cyclone is very greedy indeed, but he's hungry so I guess you can't blame him.

boodfang walked over them. he took a doe then crunched on it's neck. leapordshadow smiled. ''i'd knew you would of changed your mind!'' bloodfang smiled back. ''we're finished bloodfang.'' said sapphire. he nodded, then rose back up. ''yes. you may leave. but be careful.'' he told them. ''we will. sarden make sure of that.'' he said. ''you know sarden fought along side your father.'' said kolbolt. ''he did?'' asked sapphire. ''yeah.'' said koratooth. ronno slapped cyclone across the face. ''are you still hungry?!'' he hissed at him. cyclone shook his head nervously. ''good! we're heading out.'' he laughed. ''thank you bloofang.'' said sapphire. ''your very welcome...son of sapphiren.'' he smiled back. the dragons took off together. ronno flew behind them along with cyclone. ''i feel so weak! i got to eat something!'' he whined. ronno placed his paw onto his face. ''YOU ****ING SON OF A--'' he paused as he noticed that cyclone had stolen another scrap. ''remember what i told you before?'' he asked coldly. ''what?'' he asked. ''THAT YOU CANNOT EAT BEHIND MY BACK YOU FAT DUMB A**!'' he growled furiously as he snatched the meat away from his paws. ''hey!'' spat cyclone. ''this is mine now!'' teased ronno as he showed him the meat dangeling from his mouth. cyclone tried to snatch it ut but ronno had already tossed his head up. he swallowed it whole. cyclone's mouth grew watery.

ronno kicked cyclone's face. ''come on you a**!'' he told him. ''alright, alright im coming.'' said cyclone as he picked up his pace. ''where are they going now?'' asked cyclone. ''not sure, but i bet its not to far.'' hissed ronno. ''hey can you tell me more about that bluestorm?'' asked sapphire. ''i only know very little about it. but im sure sapphiren knows alot more then i do.'' said pravious, as he crushed the earth nderneath of him. ''its not your fault.'' he assured him. ''you are just like your father.'' smiled aliyah. garnet finished a scrap. ''that was good!'' she giggled. ''where are we going now sapph?'' asked koratooth. ''we are heading to the dry hills.'' he told them. ''that's where sandstorm lives!'' said swiftshadow. ''sandstorm? who's she?'' asked sapphire. ''well, she's a desert-clored dragoness with amber eyes. and she lives underneath one of the dry hills.'' exclaimed deanna. ''oh. is she nice?'' he asked. ''she'll only be nice to us because she helped us in the great battle against darkuss.'' said aliyah as she flapped her wings harder. ''how's it going down there pravious?'' asked kolbolt. ''im doing fine.'' he assured them. ''oh, okay. just checking.'' he said. fangclaw could feel the heat beat down on him. his gray scales shined in the light. ''how did darkuss meet onix?'' asked garnet. ''that's kind'of hard to explain. we'll tell you later.'' said flame. ''its alright. i hope those two dragons left. sheesh.'' said ro'zan. ''once he's near his father. we'll kill them.'' ronno told cyclone. ''yes. and make darkuss proud.'' he laughed. ''its not funny you dimwit!'' he hissed. ''and your jokes suck!'' he added. ''i know that! geez ronno, are you always like this?'' he asked. ''want me to kick your face again?'' he asked. ''no.'' said cyclone. ''then be quiet! they'll hear us!''

xay flew over the icey moutain tops. he noticed hypna sleeping in a large thick oak tree. ''wake up hypna!'' he shouted. ''what is it xay?'' she yawned. ''sapphiren...his son is...alive!'' he reported. ''he is?'' she asked with a sudden jolt. he nodded. ''yes, but we've haven't found any scent of him yet. but a pair of dragons from warfang told him that he left to go to the badlands, but sapphiren only found a bit of his scent. we've lost it after that.'' he added. ''listeian and irodite must be with sapphiren aren't they?'' she said. the white dragoness swished her tail around softly. ''yes. but we do know is that he's out there somewhere. don't worry hypna, we'll find your son.'' he assured her. ''thank you, xay.'' said hypna as she closed her eyes. ''i'll go scouting in case if i ever come across him.'' said xay. ''yes.'' she yawned. xay dipped his head in respect then flapped his redish-gold wings away from hypna. the black dragon scanned the area with his hard dark orange eyes. ''hopefully my mate listeian will find him. she's half light dragon after all.'' he said. sapphire dove down into one of the dry hills. kolbolt crashed next to him. he coughed out dust. ''you were always terrible at landing.'' laughed leapordshadow. ''yeah, yeah.'' said kolbolt, as he coughed out some more dust. sapphire shook the dirt off of him. ''there's so many of them. how the he** are we going to find her?'' asked garnet. ''maybe there's a small hidden hole.'' he told her. ''lets go search for her.'' suggested swiftshadow. ronno's burgendy paws sunk into the ground. cyclone's light gray tail was sticking out. he rolled his eyes in disgust.

ronno then noticed that cyclone was sinking. it was quicksand! he rolled his eyes once more then clawed his way into it. cyclone continued to sink. ronno pulled him by the tail, but that didn't work ether. he dove into the sand then pulled him out. he coughed out dust. ''thanks.'' he said. ''yeah, yeah.'' retorted ronno as he padded away from the area. ''WAIT FOR ME!'' called cyclone as he sloppily raced over to him. ''i think i injured my leg.'' said cyclone, showing him a cut. he snarled. ''you'll do fine! keep moving!'' he snapped back. ''i want to eat a cactus.'' he murmed as he licked his lips. ''we'll find one when we'll have the time!'' snarled ronno. ''now shut up!'' he growled. sapphire squinted his eyes. ''do you see anything?'' asked garnet. ''no, not yet.'' sighed sapphire. ''where the he** can we find that ****ing hole?'' asked kolbolt. ''im not sure. but sapphiren found it somewhere.'' said leapordshadow. ''if sapphiren did it,then i believe that sapphire can.'' said aliyah. the warm winds picked up dust. garnet sneezed. ''thank ancestors!'' she snorted, as dust flew out of her nostrils. ''its okay!'' laughed sapphire. soon he noticed a small hole underneath a dry hill. he smiled as he darted over to see what it was. xay's black body could be seen near the litna moutains. he scanned the area. ''no sign of them anywhere.'' he whispered, dipping his head. ''i wont let sapphiren down!'' he assured himself. ''hmm...''

sapphire gently landed onto the soft, yet hot ground. his paws sank in the sand. he sniffed it. ''a scent.'' he told them. they nodded. ''this must be the place.'' said aliyah. he lept into the hole. a slope made him force himself to his claws. he dug them into the sand, like small daggers. the sand made his back paws slip. he fell backwards then hit a rock, knocking him out. ''SAPPHIRE!'' cried garnet as she slid down the slope. he opened his eyes. his vision blured. sapphire blinked again, noticing garnet. he turned around then crashed into the sand. ''its much cooler down here.'' he coughed. the dragons landed right next to him. kolbolt crashed. ''D***IT!'' he hissed, as he coughed out dust. sapphire rose up. ''where are we?'' he asked. a pair of amber eyes glared at them. xay turned around. ''where could they be?'' he asked himself. xay sighed. he sniffed the ground. ''smells like they've been here. i'll follow the scent trail. maybe it'll be much stronger as i move along.'' he whispered. xay trotted over with his three legs over to a cliff. he extended his wings then took off again. ''i wonder what his son has been doing?'' said xay. ronno, and cyclone both slowly made they're way over to the hole. cyclone callasped. ''GET UP!'' he growled. ''sorry, just..so..hot..'' he panted. ''well lets go eat some catuses then return here, then after that you better shut up and stop whining!'' he hissed, tossing sand at his face. he coughed, then got back up. ''CACTUSES HERE WE COME!'' yelled cyclone, as he raised his head. ''yeah, yeah. now come on!'' hissed ronno as he raced off. cyclone trailed behind him. ''WOOOOO HOOO!''

''sapphiren? is that you?'' asked the shadow, as it narrowed its amber eyes. ''no. im his son, sapphire.'' he told her. ''is that so? well, sapphire, im one of sapphiren's comrades. anyways im sandstorm.'' said the desert-colored dragoness, revealing herself. ''you haven't changed a bit!'' laughed swiftshadow. she rolled her eyes. ''nice to meet you sandstorm. do you live here?'' he asked. ''yes. me and my followers. though im still quite shocked that sapphiren has a son who...who looks just like him!'' she gasped. sapphire nodded. garnet trotted up to him. ''and who's this?'' asked sandstorm. ''im garnet, sapphire's girlfriend and best friend.'' she giggled. ''i see.'' she smiled. aliyah stared at her. ''sandstorm, there is something that sapphire wanted to ask you.'' she said sofly. ''go right ahead sapphire.'' she said. ''well, are you willing to help me search for my father?'' he asked. she nodded. ''see sapphiren again? i'll do it! he was such a great leader. he was always so determined. of course!'' she laughed as she stalked over to the dragons. pravious nodded. ''now then, lets get going.'' he said. ''but don't you want to have some scorpions and cactuses?'' she offered. ''you must be pretty hot after all.'' koratooth licked his lips. ''i've never tried scorpion before. sounds great!'' he smiled. ''its over here.'' she pointed out. sandstorm placed a scorpion infront of sapphire's paws. she nudged it closer. ''here, try it.'' sapphire picked it up gently, then tore off some flesh. he chewed it slowly then narrowed his eyes. ''don't worry, if you're not used to it. it may start off a bit bitter but it actually tastes like beef.'' she assured him. ''what about me?'' asked garnet. ''i didn't forget you.'' she laughed as she gave her a scorpion. garnet crunched on its tail. ''is the poison still venomous?'' she asked. ''no, it becomes like a juice substance which is good for us.'' said sandstorm. ''phew! thanks for the info.'' said garnet, in relief.

''glad to see that you all love them. try a cactus.'' said sandstorm as she gently placed a small pile of cactuses onto the ground. sapphire licked his lips. he took a bite. sapphire felt a watery, yest crunchy sensation in his mouth. ''so good.'' he gulped. ''well, it looks like you guys have been traeling alot.'' she pointed out. ''if you want, i'll show you how to kill a scorpion without getting stung. and how to remove a cactus without getting stabbed.'' said sandstorm. aliyah glared at her sharply. ''will they be alright though?!'' she hissed. ''calm down aliyah. yes, they'll be okay.'' she assured her. aliyah's glare looked stern. but sandstorm's amber eyes calmed her, letting her know that they will be okay. she relaxed her shoulders, then smiled. she nodded. ''okay, but make sure that they will be alright.'' she told her. ''they will, i promise.'' she agreed. ronno crushed a scarlet colored scorpion underneath his powerful, burgendy paws. he licked his lips. ''i caught some fresh kill!'' he told him. cyclone chased a brownish-red colored scorpion in circles. he pounced but missed. the scorpion was smaller then ronno's but more venimous. he snorted then lept at it again. ronno rolled his red eyes. cyclone's greenish-blue eyes looked at him nervously. the scorpion was now behind cyclone. he felt a small pinch. ''YE-AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!'' he yowled. ''you idiot! that's not how you catch one.'' he snorted. ''but what about cactuses?'' he asked, facing his tail where the small scorpion hung with its claws. ''we'll eat those later.'' he hissed. ''ohhhhh! but i want to have one.'' he mumbled. ronno puffed smoke out of his nostrils. ''LATER! GET IT RIGHT YOU DUMBA**!'' he repeated, viciously.

aliyah paced around, snarling. ''it'll be alright aliyah. they'll be fine.'' assured koratooth. she paused. ''but what if something bad happens to them? i mean, i trust sandstorm but its dangerous out in these parts!'' aliyah told him. ''true, true. but you believe in sapphire right?'' asked pravious. she nodded. ''well yes, but we're talking about scorpions!'' she hissed. ''he can handle them. he is hs son after all. he'll survive.'' assured pravious. she relaxed herself, swishing her tail around. ''i know. i know. i'll be right back you guys!'' she told them. ''where are you going?'' asked swiftshadow. ''to go see if they'll be alright!'' she said, as she extende her wings. pravious's words echoed in her head. aliyah folded her wings. ''maybe your right.'' she smiled. sandstorm glared at a scorpion. her amber eyes peircing. she pounced on it, crushing it underneath her desert-colored paws. ''see now you try. you have to follow its steps, wait! and pause. then when you wait for the right moment...YOU POUNCE!'' she exclaimed. sapphire nodded. ''i'll try.'' garnet watched. ''it takes paitence young one.'' she told him. sapphire stalked around, ready for action. his paws tingled at the thought of his first poisoness kill. he licked his lips, following it's tracks. the brown scorpion stopped. sapphire paused then crouch down. he waited for a short moment. then...CRACK! the scorpion was then crushed underneath of his paws. ''excelent!'' she praised. ''your turn garnet.'' she nodded. the red dragoness followed a pale red colored scorpion. she remembered how sapphire did it. she paused, then waited. the scorpion didn't pay any attention. she pounced. the scorpion was crushed. she smiled as she picked it up. ''beautiful.'' sandstorm praised. ''now lets do some cactuses.'' she told them. they nodded as they trailed behind her.

ronno ripped the cactus right out of the sandy, hot ground. leaving a large hole for snake to crawl in. ''come won! thwere's moi ovor thare!'' he said with a mouth full. he kicked cyclone's face. ''come won you lawzy a**!'' he hissed, as he carryed the large catus in his mouth. cyclone nodded as he pelted up to him. ''now gwab it baw the woots!'' he told him, still holding the cactus. ''i can't!'' he whined. ''it'll stab me!'' ronno rolled his eyes then placed the cactus onto the ground. he noticed sandstorm, garnet, and sapphire in the corner of his eye. ''LOOK!'' he pointed out. cyclone squinted his eyes. ''in order to survive out in these conditions, you must learn how to know what's safe to eat and how to hunt it.'' exclaimed sandstorm. ''is there any cactuses?'' he asked. she nodded. ''yes. this area is called the cactus fields, because there are so many cactuses here. this is where i get my cactuses from and where i get the scorpions is called dunistea, which means (poison grounds). come.'' she told them as she rushed over to a cactus. her slender wings outstretched as she ran. sapphire and garnet looked at eachother then raced after her. ''here we are.'' she said, flicking her tail. sapphire panted. garnet callasped from exostion. his legs shook. ''you'll gain your energy back once we've removed this thick cactus.'' she said. now see the lower part of it?'' asked sandstorm. ''yes,'' ''well, you swiftly, but gently rip it out of the ground.'' she said, as she ripped it out. sapphire dipped hs head into the large hole. ''wow. do snakes make homes out of these?'' he asked. ''garnet.'' she ordered. ''your turn,'' she nodded as she placed her teeth onto the cactus. she ripped it out of the ground by the roots, then pranced over to sandstorm. ''excelent.'' she purred. the three dragons extended their wings then took off. saphire smiled as they flew.
