I would argue that it does have all the markings of a long running franchise. It's all in how you run it. I'm mixed on Activision's report card to date. 30% decline in one year is a huge concern to me---will the decline continue or will they move back up? Stay tuned. I'd argue this Nintendo exclusivity may artificially bump the numbers relative to the real families playing this game. It's a bit of shell game this time.

I think it should end soon... kind of? You don't want to run out of tricks, and then just start releasing games that feel as confused as the developers are getting. Having said that, in *my* opinion, I would love if Superchargers ended what we know as the Skylanders franchise, then we wait for a few years, and then we get a reboot that none of the old characters work on, and that plays 100% differently to the other games. This is my opinion, don't judge me. lol
