Topec smiles.
"Don't worry. I'm fine."

"I hope so..." Nightmare said, slightly drifting off. While doing so, he thought about his life before coming to the school.

Jayce sighs.
"I don't ever see you fight so well, Topec."

Topec looks down, red faced.

Nightmare then walked out of the room and sighed.

"I fought hard because..." Topec looks up at Jayce, determined. "I wanted to impress you!"

"Topec!" Jayce says in surprise, her eyes wide.

He wandered outside and walked to the forest, nearly mindlessly.

I smile at Acacia but cringe in pain before coughing up blood onto the ground.

"Thanks, its the least I can do for those willing to accept me for who and what I am, I say weakly leaning against the trunk of the tree.

Acacia bends down beside Jyerin.
"You need some help." she says calmly.

Jayce can only stare at Topec.

Chris awkwardly sat in the Training room.

Akito yawns.

Jayce sighs.
"Impress me? Topec, seriously?"

Topec nods.

I smile at Acacia cringing in pain.

"My sensei already has tended to me. It's just my wounds are far worse than they thought. Before I met you I fought five powerful ninja on my own. You see I am "The Fox" that everyone talks about. I am sought by all because of my power and because of what I am. If you wish you can look at my wounds yourself and evaluate what must be done, I will not fight you, though the pain will be agonizing. Then if you wish you can do whatever you believe is necessary. I do have to say, you truly are beautiful, Acacia," I say gazing at her with my midnight blue eyes and smiling.

Acacia blushes a deep red.
"T-thanks." She stutters. She looks Jyerin's wounds over.

As she carefully removes the bandages Acacia sees for herself how badly wounded I truly am. I lay against the tree as she does so, running my claws through her hair and smiling weakly at her. I like this girl more than I can say, but is it safe to do so.

Acacia blushes deep red again as she helps Jyerin's wounds.

I cringe in pain as Acacia works on some really nasty wounds. I continue to stroke her with my claws as I try to smile despite the pain. I wave my paw and everyone reappears safe and sound.

Acacia smiles gently.
"Tell me if it hurts to much. I can see you cringing." She says softly as she dresses a deep wound.

I nod.

"The truth is Acacia, that everything that needs tending hurts like hell. They did not just slash me open they badly bruised me to. It you look closely at the wounds you can see the bruises. I am just trying to hold still for you, as to not cause you any trouble and worsen my wounds. You really are beautiful miss," I say with a smile, hiding my true pain.

Acacia blushes deep red and smiles.
"Thanks, but I'm not that beautiful. I will help you heal as best as I can and I will assure your recovery."

I shake my head and lean forward before wrapping my arms around her.

"Yes you are, Acacia. Not just on the outside but on the inside as well. You are very beautiful, Acacia," I say slowly letting go of her and leaning back against the trunk of the tree to rest.

Acacia smiles.
"You're beautiful too. And elegant. One of a kind." she says.

I smile.

"Thanks, Acacia. Whatever threatens you and or the school I will not allow to harm you or the school. I will protect you and the school with all my strength, I promise."

Acacia smiles.
"I trust you."

Nightmare keeps walking until he gets to a tree with a lie branch and he climbs up the tree to the branch.

Jayce pads outside and sees nightmare.
"Hey."

He looks up at the sky then looks down at Jayce.
"Hey..." he said, seeming a bit depressed.

Jayce looks at him.
"What's wrong."

"Nothing anybody would understand. It is way too complicated to explain " he claimed. Nightmare was merely in a state of upset, but he didn't want to show it. He just shook his head slowly then looked up again. The sky always did calm him, after all.

Jayce morphs to human form and swings herself into the tree in mere seconds.
"I can understand. Trust me."

He sighed and closed his eyes and didn't say a word.

Jayce just looks at him.
"Speak."

He growled then took a deep breath and only said the word "flashbacks."

Jayce looks at him intently.
"Explain."

"My family died, before that my father tried to kill me, mom poured bleach in my eyes (turning them red) what else?" He explained as he got a bit ticked off.

Jayce glares at his sudden snap.
"My parents were killed by tigers, my brother AND sister tried to kill me, I was chased from home, I was beaten, I was a loner, I lived on the streets as a thief with a bounty on her head." She challenged.

"At least YOU are not suddenly driven to giving up by everything you see" hr said back as he felt slightly dizzy.

"You think I never thought of jumping that cliff or running in front of that car when I was ten and living on the streets, always starving?!" Jayce barks.

"You think I never wanted to shoot myself in the head or stab myself in the chest?" He said as he put his knife to his chest then dropped it as he got dizzier and was about to fall over.

Jayce dashes forward and catches the knife, steadying Nightmare.
"I get it. We're one in the same. You don't look too good."

"I don't feel good either " he said as he held his head in his hands. He then started to shiver.
"Im also cold...but I don't know why..." he added as his shivering slowly got worse.

Jayce takes off her black cloak and wraps it around Nightmare.
"Come on. I'll help you.

He then nodded as he responded with an "okay "

Jayce helps Nightmare down and out of the tree carefully as to assure he doesn't get injured. She then leads him towards the school.

He then follows her steps as he gets weaker and weaker. He squints his eyes and exhales sharply in pain as he does so.

Jayce could feel Nightmare getting weaker and she shifted so she was supporting all his weight.
"Almost there." She tells him.

"It....hurts...." he said, at the brink of fainting. He tried his best to resist passing out.

Jayce looks at him sympathetically.
"We're here. I'll take you to your room." She says, leading him to his room and lying him on his bed.

As soon as he hit the bed, he fainted and started breathing really slowly.

Jayce sat in a chair next to the bed and sighed.

He then twitched slightly as his temperature oddly raised and he started to cry in his sleep.

Jayce looked at him sympathetically and sat on his bedside, laying a gentle hand on his shoulder.
