(Shade, it's not worth bumping everyday ... there's been longer waiting periods. And I've been in the wait for Sc to reply, since his Shade is in the focus of this.)

(That reminds me, Sc, what's the deal with Zera?, haven't seen her.)

"The real question is how we're going to both rescue the Key, and get you in sunlight." Chimera said.

Durza didn't know why but he understood what Shade meant. Feeling angry at himself for not being able to help and started to feel exited because he has never felt anything like this before in such a way. he felt that he could feel adrealine. his body began to glow with electrical energy as he could feel like he was going faster. he turned to the others and said "I'll get him out of here. once he's outside he should be able to start healing right? well then lets hurry. the sooner the better."

(Uhhh, Shade, you really ought to start learning how not to be OP ... he's not even supposed to know much of anything about his elements, according to you, and Shade (Sc) still is covered in burns. Not to mention that seems too fast, especially for a beginner.)

Durza looked at Zera and said "he got blasted with lava by this stupid volcano and we need to get him out of here." he turned to Shade not understanding why he feels so powerful, all he knew was that a friend is hurt and he can help. "Shade I can get you to some natural light but it will hurt a bit. are you willing to tough it out if you let me help you?" asked Durza.

Durza went to him confidently and picked him up and started to fly out of there to get him to the sun ignoring any objections of signals of pain from Shade.

It took a little bit longer then it would with the others since Durza was still new to flying but once they were out of the volcano Durza whent to a well lit area and set Shade down in the suns light. "ok you rest here and heal. I'm going back to help find the key stone. It's time to see what i'm really made of." said Durza and then he flew off back into the volcano to rejoin with the others.

Durza got back to the others and said "ok now that that is taken care of let's get to finding that stone."

"I hope he will heal fast" Isis said

Velia glanced at Durza as he returned, giving him a nod. "Good work, looks like you really aren't as useless as I expected."

Avia twitched an ear at that. "Sis, apologies aren't too effective if you just insult the person more..."

Durza looks at Velia and says "thanks. So are we ready to get back to searching for that stone?"

Chimera nodded, "Alright folks, let's go get to saving the Fire Key.

Durza nodded but before he resumed his surch he looked up to the sky and thought out loud "Spyro, what would you do in my place i wonder"

Ooc: no he has not meet Spyro but he knows about him and sees spyro as his hero and wishes to be like him.

((Theuone, isn't this a different universe from Spyro? Durza was a human, but is that ok with you?))

"Ok" Kihei said "Lets go"

(Well, I don't actually know ... this world could or could not have a connection to the Dragon Realms. There do appear to be a couple ... inconsistencies with Durza though.)


Chimera nodded, leading the group back.

Vexx just followed Chimera, "anyone else extremely hot?"

"Yup." Chimera nodded.

"Somewhat." Glare replied.

Vexx nodded. "Alright. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one that feels like they're about to burst into flames."

"We are in a volcano" Isis said

Durza looks at them estranged and says "what are you talking about i feel just fine."

((Sorry for my absence))

"Well then maybe you are a superhuman, yet I too feel this heat, oppresively."

"Same." Avia said at Durza's statement, casually trotting along.

"I have been better, myself..." Aneitha murmured, looking tired as she took her time in trailing after the others. "Due to my breed extreme heat hinders me more than other ice-beings. How very unfortunate."

"We'll be out soon, I'm sure." Velia said comfortingly, sticking close to her. "You fit to keep going atleast?"

Aneitha smiled softly. "Yes, I'll be fine."

Durza frowned at that remark and said in an upset tone "i dispized my old human life. I would rather forget that old life the be reminded of it." and with that last remark he huffs out a small plume of fire in anger and didn't even realise it or take the time to even notice and stormed on ahead to calm down.

"Or maybe him not feeling the intense heat is a bad thing, and its a sign for his imminent death." Vexx saif

Isis slapped Vexx "Not cool Vexx" She said

"Its ok Durza" Silon said

"Hey! I was just joking." Vexx said in annoyance.

Durza relaxed and said "i know. I just don't like to think about my old life qhen i was human. It just brings back to manymemories of my father" when he said 'father' he said it with hatred, malice, and rage almost like he was cursing the very word. He looked at the sky and said "i just wonder what Spyro would do in my place."

ooc: uh theuone. I'm waiting for Chimera to say something to Durza since he keeps mentioning spyro and you hinted to us that Chimera was reminded of two dragons when she saw him.

(Oh, oops on not replying. And yeah, that's true, she knows them, though probably not as you might think.)

(Also Shade, Durza really is a gary-stu ... eight elements, angsty past as a human with at least one bad parent, extreme power and skill, and stuff of the like ... characters like those are the death of some RP's. Even if he only he has three elements here, he has more in others. I'm sure we have suggestions that could help you out.)

Chimera frowned, "Why would you want to know what he would do, and how do you even know him?" She asked, a mix of suspicion and annoyance.

Durza looks at her and says "I know of him, but I don't know him personally. why do you ask? You act as if you've meet him yourself so have you?"

ooc: I am happy to take any suggestions you guys have. just post them on my guest book and I'll look at them.

"I have." Chimera scowled, remembering what she had been through.

(Here works too. And an example of what to do is permanently limit what elements he has ... I've aimed for the goal of no more than three myself, despite a few exceptions.)

Durza's eyes open wide. he has a million questions for her and opens his mouth to ask but being so overloaded he passes out.

Glare blinked, "And I thought you'd have flipped out Chimera. Oh well, time to wake him up."

ooc: please mention meathode of waking him up so i can display the appropriet reaction.

(Why can't everyone just not have special dragons... And just be normal... Like my OCs... Not a single one has more then one element. And they aren't special. Just normal everyday dragons you see.)

(If I may... While I certainly see your point, Dragon, since I agree that it's very irksome to be in RPs where people focus less on the plot and character-interaction and more on trying to one-up everyone with their ocs, I think it's more a matter of people not using such characters well. It's good to have ocs that aren't very spectacular, yes, but the opposite is great aswell, and often better if said ocs are genuinely well-made and interesting, and also so long as they're not portrayed in a way that's not so much impressive as it is ridiculous. I'll also admit to being slightly biased here, since many of my ocs are special in varying degrees, but at the very least I don't go overboard and act like they're the only unique characters that exist. That being said, there are honestly quite a few problems with your character overall, Shade, to the point where it could take me another paragraph or so to go over them all in detail, but I too would be willing to give you suggestions on how to polish him up~)

Ooc: and like i said before i'm open to suggestions. Persoally i would perfer them to be on my guest book so that way itwont interfear with the story at hand.

(Yeah, everyone needs unique characters, they just don't need overly powerful ones and overall mary/gary - sue type characters. And D-U, you know that's not true, you've got a couple with more than a single element, and Vexx himself has something we both know. And you should go ahead with that paragraph ShinyPikachu.)

Glare went over to Durza and woke him up by shaking him gently.

(What do you mean I got some OCs with more than one element? Who? And I'm not sure if you guys read the fanfics over on FFN but some of the best stories have either 1,2 or no special dragons.)

Durza started to come to. "ughhh i had the crazyest dream. I meet someone who actually knows Spyro. Wait a minute" he looks at Chimera "it wasn't - oh my god. You have no idea how many questions i have for you. What was he like? what was his favorit food? What's his favorit hobby? Was Sparks as annoying as they say?"
