Err, anyway. Have you ever wondered why Curly is an Ice Type and what would happen if she evolved? Your answer is that her egg was injected with the DNA of Articuno, and thus she was an Ice-Type when she was .... hatched, I guess.
So, what would happen if she evolved? What would happen is THIS.

Sadly, it is physically impossible for Curly to evolve. For some reason, she just can't. But there is a way she can enter a temporary evolution state. This method is having that little bell react to "evolve" Curly. As I said before, this is only temporary, and will wear off after it's no longer needed. It usually reacts when her life is in danger.
Her moveset during her evolutionary form is:
Sheer Cold - causes one-hit KO
Roost - Heals the user by half its max HP
Weeping Wings - (custom move) User's wings are covered in ice that comes to sharp points, while the rest of its body is covered in thick NeverMeltIce armor, including a thick NeverMeltIce mask on its face. User cannot fall beneath half its max HP. Lasts at least five turns, max the entire battle.
Chilled Sky Strike - (custom move) User charges for one turn, then flies up. The target is levitated into the air after the user. The user flies strait towards the target, forepaws and claws(or hooves or whatever) covered in jagged ice and psychic energy, and crashes into the target full speed. May cause bleeding wounds that deal five points of damage each turn. If the target has low defense, critical hit is more likely.

I like playing Digimon Rumble Area 2 and hearing the Digimon say, for example: "Veemon digivolve to...Flamedramon!"
