Sachi and Xander walk a ways from the house. Soon, Xander seems to become horribly worse in his illness. They end up heading back, and Xander is unable to move.

"What if he dies? This is horrid. Please Jay, we need you." Sachi pleads.

Jay hears Sachi., faintly. "Over here Jake!" She calls out to Jake as she follows Sachi's voice

Sachi paced the hall by Xander's room.

Xander coughs blood, a lot of it. He cries weakly at the pain. He could feel death coming to him.

Sachi cried quietly and ran from the halls to the living room.

"YES!!! DIE XANDER, WRITHE IN AGONY!!" Bushroot cried.

Jay and Jake eventually make it to where Xander and Sachi are. "Hello?" Jay calls out

Jayce hears Jay's call and she opens the door, yanking Jay inside.
"Xander's close to death." She says seriously.

Jay nods. "Which room?" She asks

"Closest on the right." Alpheratz says gruffly, pointing.

Jay nods, walking to Xander rooms solemnly. She can hear his coughs as she gets close.

Xander coughs loudly, the cough racking his already frail frame. His violet eyes were clouded in pain and he was unable to even twitch a fingertip. He gives off a small cry.

Jay quickly steps into the room and walks towards Xander.

Xander looks at Jay with his violet eyes, clouded with pain.
"You plan to bicker some more with me? The devil kind of wants me." He jokes coldly.

"I'm here to help" Jay says calmly.

"Nothing's stopping you. I can't even move." Xander says, and he breaks into a coughing fit.

Jay walks to Xander and lays a hand on his cheek. "Just think happy thoughts, if you can" Jay says

Xander feels the warmth of Jay's hand against his cheek. His coughs settle a little. A small trickle of blood runs down his chin from where he had bitten his lip.
"It's hard to think happy things while in so much pain." He whimpers.

"Think of Sachi, Running free in a meadow…" Jay suggested as she gently lifted her hand.

Xander smiled slightly.
"I have an idea." He says, closing his eyes.

Jay nods "Call if you need me" She says, walking towards the exit

"...Jay?" Xander asks hesitantly.

Jay turns to face Xander. "Yes?" She asks

"Do you...h-have to leave?" Xander asks hesitantly.

"This is impossibly outrageously wrong!" cried Bushroot, "This is all wrong! Jay, you shall die by my hands!" cried Bushroot blocking Jay's way.

Jay shakes her head "No. Would you like me to stay?" Jay asks

OCC: Can we have a fight sequence with the four and Bushroot?

Xander hesitantly nods weakly.

Bushroot blocked the entry with his large fallen wings that revealed his malevolence inside.

OOC: I don't think that would be a good idea popfizz… It is up to Inuyashsa though

Jay nods "Then I shall stay" She says. She walks back to Xander's bedside and sits on the floor.

OOC: I don't think its a good idea because of Xander's condition right now.

Xander laughs softly.
"That must be comfortable."

Jay laughs "About as comfortable as sitting on a tree" She jokes. "I don't really care though"

OCC: I understand.

However, Bushroot, out of whatever benevolence he had left, decided to spare them and transformed into a dove.

Xander smiles. He tries hard to sit up and crawl off the bed to the floor where he pulls himself into a sitting position next to Jay.
"I won't leave you down here on such uncomfortable terrain." He jokes.

Jay laughs "See, now you're on the uncomfortable terrain you dork"

I thought they loathed one another, well they have been through pretty much everything I guess... I guess I just wanted attention. thought Negaduck.

Xander smiles and laughs.

Drake wanted attention, he was tired of being isolated by them. But he would wait for them to get it, or leave.

Jay rests her head on the bed behind her with a small smile

Xander smiles softly.
"Tired? You must of been walking awhile." He says.

Jay lifts her head "I'm fine" She says with a shake of her head.

Xander laughs. He closes his eyes and drifts off lightly.

Jay drifts off not too long after, quite tired form the trip.

Quackerjack grabbed Bushroot and then pulled him up to him, "Don't think about hurting them," he said, "or I'll make you writhe!"

"Maybe I will, maybe I won't... maybe I'll go after Jakey. To hear Sachi's mournful cries, even her wet and teary eyes is a gorgeous lullaby." he replied.

Xander's eyes flutter open a little later. He sees Jay asleep and smiles. He gets up and gently lifts her, resting her on the bed before slipping out with his hands shoved deep in his pockets to go for a nightly walk.

Jay stirs a little in her sleep, but continues sleeping

Jake sees Xander walk out. "As long as he's alright" He mumbles

Xander takes a deep breath of cool air as he steps outside.

Sachi walks up behind Jake and surprises him, wrapping her arms gently around his neck.
"I missed you." She says happily with a smile.

Bushroot bit Quackerjack's finger and flew off, he fell on the floor and, of course, writhed in agony. He tried to get to the couple, but Bushroot grabbed him with two vines.

"You won't get away with this," Quackerjack said as the vines cocooned him.

"Hm-hmm, I already have," responded Bush as he turned back to normal, "Yo Sachi!"

Jake smiles "I missed you too" He said, turning around to hug Sachi

Sachi smiles happily and kisses Jake on the cheek.

"Hello Jake and Sachi," greeted Bushroot, "You two seem happy, is Jay and Xander back together? They seemed to patch things up well,"

Jake returns the kiss happily.
