To seem cooler. To seem more likable. Like "this guy can do whatever he wants, and bully others. He must be cool, lets hang out with him."

Wow, thanks for completely ruining Halloween for me this year. You two are possibly the strictest parents I have ever seen. You GAVE him permission to go on Facebook and he's on for what, five minutes? And you ground him from EVERYTHING for two whole weeks? That's bull****. That's like saying "You can go ahead and cross this boarder if you want. We don't mind, but we're gonna beat you if you cross with our permission anyway." You're not even going to allow him to watch a movie or something tomorrow? Just completely forbid him from having fun with the holiday in general? I was really looking forward to being with him this year and putting together our little acts around town. We had soooo many things planned out to scare people this year with all the different locations in town but nooooo, you had to be THAT ****ing strict and unjust and ruin the entire holiday for both of us. Even my mom thinks that you're taking this way too far. I got soooo excited for Halloween this year for absolutely ****ing nothing. Way to go.
