I GOT RID OF WET

An Iridescent Day To Kick

Bash stepped sloppily out into the rusty sunshine, and admired Sky's uvula. "Ah," he sighed, "That's a crystalline sight."

Sky climbed off the brick and walked huskily across the grass to greet her lover. Bash patted Sky on the ear and then tried to kick her slowly, but without success.

"That's all right," Sky said. "We can try again later."

"I'm just not shiny," Bash. "Not as shiny as the time we kicked on a stick."

Sky nodded jauntily. "We were pristine back in those days."

"Our heads were younger, and we had a lot more fun with them," Bash said. "Everything seems sticky and NOT WET when you're young."

"Of course," Sky said. "But now we're dry, we can still have fun. If we go about it majestically."

"Majestically?" Bash said . "But how?"

"With this," Sky said and held out an elegant paper. "Just take that with some water and in half an hour, you'll be ready to kick."

Bash swallowed the paper at once and sure enough, in half an hour, they were able to kick majestically. They kicked like an airplane that's shot out of the sky. Three times.

And then the neighbour told them to get off his lawn.

The Elegant Terror Of The Snow

It snowed a foot overnight. When they woke up, Sky and Bash went out to play. First, they made snow angels. Then they had a snowball fight and Sky hit Bash in his head with a big crystalline iceball. It hurt a lot, but Sky kissed it jauntily and then it was all better.

Then they decided to make a snow man.

"We'll make a really pristine snow man!" Sky said.

"Why don't we make a snow woman instead?" Bash said. "That would be more wet and politically correct."

"I know," Sky said. "We can make a snow dragon. That way, we don't have to worry about gender politics."

So they rolled the snow up slowly and made a rusty snow dragon. Sky put on a brick for the uvula. The dragon was almost as big as Bash.

"It looks sticky," Sky said sloppily. "But it seems like it's missing something."

"Here," Bash said and held up an iridescent sword. "I found this on a stick." He put the sword onto the dragon's head.

It was perfect. For about a minute. Then the dragon, even though it was just made of snow, started to move and growl like an airplane that's shot out of the sky.

Bash screamed majestically and ran but the snow dragon chased him until he tripped over a tree root. Then the snow dragon kicked him huskily.

"Nobody does that to my little Shiny Paper," Sky screamed. She grabbed an icicle and stabbed the snow dragon through the ear. It fell down and Sky kicked it apart until it was just a bunch of snow again.

"You saved me!" Bash said and they shared an embrace in the snow before going in for hot chocolate.

The sword lay in the yard until a dry child picked it up and took it home.

But it's creepy

He tries to talk to you

And sometimes he gets scared and needs your help but you can't help him or wake him up, and he's shaking your arm, trying to get you to help
