Having been bullied most of his life, Kronos really hated this predicament. Dodging that huge blast was lucky, since that would have knocked him right out of the sky. He could see at the wall of ice was still standing, so he was practically imprisoned with the beast. He couldn't return to the adults with that wall, and he couldn't fly away to the other side or he will get lost in that icy wilderness. Take matters worse, his wings were starting to get cramped with the coldness.
"Alright that's enough!" Kronos yelled with a little tantrum, getting tired of being a target. Even though he was afraid, he k de he was going to be unable to stay airborne for long, so he tackled him, coming towards his snout at full speed and hoping he could give him a nose bleed...

As the two fought-- Raclaw soon showed blocked by the same large wall of ice. "Comeon-- use your powers. Focus... focus your emotions and FIGHT!," he encouraged.

"How does he know that?" Kronos whispered, now suspecting the creature had been spying on them for a while. Perhaps that explained his unease from earlier? Whatever the reason, Kronos knew that he was going to be unable to beat the beast, so all he could do was try to buy some time to the others to melt the ice wall.
"Hah! You would love that, wouldn't you? Solving everything through fights? That's the coward way. Calling me coward is a joke." Kronos said, and in a bold move, he actually landed on the beast's snout.
"But of course, you take advantage of your size and power. Solving everything through a fight is the savage, uncivilized way." Kronos lectured cockily, ready to dodge the beast if it tried to catch him again. If there was a way to beat it, he was going to try to use the beast's strength against it...

Kronos managed to pass between two claws, narrowly avoiding the swipe.
"You know what they say; the bigger they are, the harder they fall." Kronos taunted, his confidence growing and slowly losing his fear of this beast, whose only mentality appeared to be violence alone.

"He can't even speak right." Kronos whispered to himself, confirming his initial suspicion, though it was still surprising that such feral-looking beast was capable of speech in the first place. Unfortunately, the cold was becoming too unbearable, and with the blizzard, visibility was almost none. The youngster couldn't even see the ice wall anymore, and he knew that the cold meant the wall was going to be even harder to melt. What was worse, Kronos had forgotten completely about his wing cramp in all his gloat, and could barely fly now.
"Oh no, not now!" Kronos said as he struggled, as he started plummeting down to the mercy of the humongous creature below...

Kronos was super relieved when he realized who caught him, but having pride of his own, he decided to hide his gratitude.
"Well it was about time! Do you know how long I had to distract that thing?" he complained, looking below to see if he could locate the beast in all that whiteness...

"Wait! What are you going to do? You can't beat him!" Kronos said negatively, believing that the creature's size and power had too much advantage.

Raclaw stood aside Kronos. "Don't worry-- you did good. I'm sure he has a plan.," he said trying to reassure the young dragon. Though his tone had a hint of doubt at the end.

"But I surrounded that beast when I distracted it, and I didn't see anything that could be considered a weakness." Kronos assured, certain that even with the lack of visibility from the blizzard, he got a very good view of the monster. He was usually observant about those things since that's how he dealt with bullies at home.

Kronos dodged once more, hating the current situation.
"Look at him acting like a bullying almighty!" he complained, then heard what Shade said.
"Where? Let me at him!" Kronos said with mojo, tired of cowering, but then remembered about his cramped wing and decided to get as angry as possible to create electricity that would give him enough heat to melt the ice and fight...

Kronos tried to fly, but it was still useless. Believing running could provide him with the heat he still needed, Kronos buried himself in the snow and headed to the creature's tail. If he was lucky, he was going to climb it and head to the wound, trusting that the beast's thick skin would made it unable to detect something was walking over it...

"Come on-- you can do it! Climb and if you fall... I will catch you!," Raclaw said proceeding to fly directly over Kronos and hopefully low enough for the large beast not to notice. "Focus and we can do it... together!." he said encouraging.

Durza rushes over and saw the wound. He smiled likeing the cold, making his blood boil and feel alive and feeling an edge. drawing his sword he swung the blade sending a firey cut strait to the old wound.

Even though Durza's attack didn't work, it did help distract the creature. Kronos managed to reach the wound, which with closer inspection, it seemed like he could just crawl inside if it was open. But knowing that he couldn't be distracted by such minor things, he quickly got his tail, and using it's pointy tip and wanting to make sure he was angry so that he could also electrocute the beast, Kronos stabbed with might, bracing himself since he knew the monster was going to move a lot...

Raclaw, who was flying right above Kronos, shot a blast of fire right into the wound. "Come on... die!," he yelled.

Raclaw quickly dodged-- using his light frame and the wind to his advantage.

Kronos held on to the creature's skin with his claws, still stabbing the beast with it's tail. He moved it around like a knife in order to open the wound once more and make it an easier target for the adults attacking, all while holding to dear life. He wasn't sure if his wing was defrosted, but he was pretty high up so he didn't take the risk...

Raclaw kept at it with the fire... keeping up staying near Kronos just in case he fell.

Kronos knew Raclaw was there waiting in case he fell, but he still didn't want to risk anything. He continue to hold on, even if he felt like he was just a blur in the beast's painful shaking...

"Don't you think that's what I'm trying to do!?" Kronos said angrily, almost losing his grip for a second. But Shades's supposedly forceful lecture made Kronos angry enough to finally unleash the hard and unpredictable lightning within him, and since his tail was already inside the monster's skin, it sent a very nasty charge around the beast...

Kronos felt like a statue for a brief while, having fallen into a stiff position with the intensity of the battle. Just a few inches more and the beast would have fallen on top of him. When he finally managed to recover his senses, he looked at the lifeless body of his former foe.
"It's... dead?" he asked, having a hard time believing that someone as small as him and with such stupid, umpredicable powers would manage such a feat.

Durza walks over smiling "i'm proud of u Kronos you did better then me in my first fight to the death."

"You killed it! I told you could do it!," Raclaw said landing next to Kronos.

Kronos was really startled with both the voice and the sudden apparition.
"Ok, now this is getting creepy." he complained, feeling too well the supernatural aura around. Too much was going on in so little time, it was too much for him to handle.

Kronos glared at Shade, having learn to always be cautious of the unknown, but since nobody was persuading him to do otherwise, he obeyed the voice and approached, starting to wonder if that was just some sort of twisted trial...

Kronos was feeling really creeped out with all of it. But not turning back to see the adults, he did what he was told and touched the orb. He felt strange doing that. He could barely see his own reflection being white himself.

Kronos, who was one who usually wanted to keep his feelings neutral, felt too odd, and was quite startled when the orb entered his body, feeling as if he was about to be possessed. Poor dragon was simply feeling too paranoid about everything.
"Alright. Enough of this! I want answers and I want them now... what just happened?" the young dragon demanded to know, still having a hard time grasping everything that just occurred...

"I believe you were just granted the power of Ice-- an awakening of an element you wouldnt otherwise have.," Raclaw said looking at Kronos and now gone orb.

Kronos wasn't sure on what to believe, until he decided to exhale. And to his surprise and delight, there it was. It was ice! It was more like a cold breeze, but that was enough for Kronos. He could only breath ice when he sneezed, but now, it was as easy as a simple exhale. He smiled cutely, almost as if he was about to cry of happiness on finally being able to breathe out the element that for so long eluded him. He hasn't even noticed that his underbelly, which was a pale yellow, was now pale blue. Now he really looked like an ice dragon.

Kronos almost didn't listen to Shade, still being too happy about his accomplishment, but when he finally out his words together, there was something really bothering him;
"Wait... you mean... there are still two more orbs out there!?" Kronos asked startled, thinking that if Shade was after every orb, then Kronos assumed they would have to face another humongous guardian like the beast he just defeated. That was an experience he wasn't looking forward to.
