Echo glanced behind him, breathing shallow to conserve the air he had brought with him. 'What are you up to, over there?' He thought, hoping she hadn't planned on killing anything before he did. It was his job, she was just a tag-along. He turned his head to face forward again, tilting his chin higher than normal as he thought "I'm better than you" thoughts. At least he understood emotion, succubus.

Rene felt strange as he swam deeper with the group. There was no connection to the earth and its energies, and the light got more dim the deeper it went. He started feeling useless the more he thought about it.

As trydan swam along humming, he noticed that Echo had a bubble around him. Trydan shurgged not caring that Echo didn't trust him. The feeling was mutual. Trydan followed the rest of the group.

Isis nudged Rene "Hey, how are you feeling?" She asked

Silon stayed next to Aurora, he cared about her, he wasn't sure why, but he felt like she was hurting over something, but what?

Her gaze crossed over Silon, Silon was trying to hard to understand her. she laughed a little on the inside, she knew another dragon who tried really hard too a long while ago. She gazed back at Echo, but she didnt feel like she could ever let go of her first love. Her heart sunk just as they were, she felt her mind drift to better days.

Vexx drifted in front of Aurora. "Awww why the long face? We're underwater! And able to breathe! Wnjoy yourself." He laughed.

Aurora stared at Vexx for a very long time "I don't enjoy expressing emotions like other dragons do" her galaxy eyes blinked slowly for a moment. She did enjoy being underwater, it was relaxing, but she had a mission.

"Oooooo, so your the dark, mysterious kind of dragon... Spooky..." Vexx said, still smiling wide.

"Hey! Leave her alone Vexx" Silon said as he moved inbetween Vexx and Aurora

"Whoa, no need to get all pushy tiger." Vexx said to Silon. "Just making conversation."

"Relax, both of you dragonets." she said in a calm tone only a little irritation showed from their bickering. She swam past they with the flick her tail. She moved like a large snake through the water.

Silon got close to Vexx "Look, I kinda like her Vexx, I'm sorry" He said in a hushed tone

"Oooooooh your in love. I see, I see." Vexx said nodding.

Festus then bursted in between Vexx and Silon still trying to swim away from the squid that was after him.

"Thanks" Silon said before looking at the squid "Please swim away"

Vexx swam back up to Isis. "Are we there yet?"

Festus looked back and saw the squid was no longer after him, and went for a school of fish. Festus got back with the group.

"No clue" Isis said

Lucian.caught a fish as he swam past and ate it, the swimming made him oddly hungry, "Are we there yet?" he asked, notixing ruims around them.

(Was waiting till I was ready ...)

All of a sudden, a whirlpool formed in the water, thanks to the Water Key.

Glare frowned, "Swim away!" He and Chimera instantly began doing so.

Vexx yelped and swam very fast away from the whirlpool.

Silon saw the whirlpool and pushed Aurora out of its suction, but this made him unable to escape it

"Shoot! Isis!" Vexx swam back to grab her, he started to swim away, slowly but surely.

Aurora grumbled a little, she hated being rescued. she couldn't let them all float away, that would ruin her mission. She saw no other option she sighed a long sigh and finally dove inside the whirlpool.

(The Key isn't there though ... it's just a whirlpool in the water.)

Chimera growled, seeing everyone that the whirlpool was pulling in, "There's got to be someway to stop this thing." She had only one idea about fighting it, but doubted anyone would volunteer.

Silon used his darkness element to push Aurora back "No! I won't let you get hurt" He said before being sucked into the whirlpool

Aurora sighed "Just let me come get you!" she growled.

Echo let his body relax, slowly drifting into the current. He smirked at Aurora, he knew how much she despised being saved, he could feel her irritation through the water. "Why are we so worried? We cannot drown." He said calmly.

Rene hated himself for being unable to save Isis, and swam by their side on the return. "Are you ok?" he asked, only caring of her safety.

Festus kept swimming down about 4 feet and saw something light grey with big white teeth pass in front of him.

"Uhhh guys I think we got company," He said, looking at all the great whites around them.

Chimera growled, "Great, just great, be careful with the sharks ... they may not attack. As for the whirlpool, we'll never get anywhere with that thing. Hmm, who here has a single element?"

"You guys can use me as a shield in case they attack," Festus said. "All they're teeth will probably just break when they try to bite me. I'm made of almost indestructable metal."

"No! I love you too much to put you in danger" Silon said

Isis sighed in relief "I'm good, and let me deal with the sharks" She said swimming up to the shark "We aren't here to hurt you, we are here to save the water key"

"I do! I think I'm the only one...." Vexx sighed as he swam.

Glare kept an eye on Isis.

Chimera swam over to Vexx, "I think that, in order to stop the whirlpool, we need someone with the water element, and I have a spell that can change a dragon's element. Think you can use the water element to stop the whirlpool?"

Avia would've been swept into the whirlpool as well if Velia hadn't rushed over and held onto her, with Aneitha coming over and freezing their paws to a large rock.

"I take back what I said, I hate the ocean." Avia muttered.

"I've been telling you that learning to swim better would do you good." Velia commented.

"Isis, dear, with all due respect would they even understand you?" Aneitha called, frowning.

"Yeah I guess..." Vexx said with a shrug. "Change me back after."

(That's not exactly a good idea ... what about everyone already caught by the whirlpool, wanna get those sharks near them?)

Chimera nodded, casting her element-swapping spell on Vexx, changing him into a water dragon, "And now to stop the whirlpool."

(Eheheh. Not so fast theuone.)

Chimera's spell had no effect on Vexx. His body seemed to shimmer and nothing happened. "Is that supposed to happed?"

Ooc: didn't think about that. thought whirlpool would end and everyone in it would be gone. I'll delete the post lol

(Figures, he would interfere.)

Chimera frowned, "Nope, that's not supposed to happen."

Vexx growled. "Let the spell work you possessive moron!" Vexx hissed to himself. A random bruise appeared on his left forearm. Vexx yelped in pain.

(Bit of ninjitsu.)

Chimera blinked, "Uhhhhh."

Vexx flashed Chimera a smile. "One moment please." He the turned around and hit his own head. "You let this spell work or I'm kicking you out!" After a coupke of seconds Vexx turned intona water dragon.

Chimera blinked again "..."

Kihei looked at Chimera "Ok... That was... Odd..." He said

"I'm pretty sure that's not how spells work..." Trydan said lazily swimming around the whirlpool.

"sorry you had to see that... Ummm... Yeah..." Vexx sighed, rubbing his arm where the bruise was.

"Uh..." Avia said, ear twitching.

Velia frowned. "Avia, Aneitha, he's insane, don't go near him." She muttered.

"Now Velia, I'm sure there's a perfectly reasonable explanation for that..." Aneitha murmured, but the black female just gave an unconvinced snort.

"Its ok buddy" Kihei said as he took Vexx aside "Are you ok?"
