Even though Snow hadnt been in the room, she overheard the conversation and was worried what she would do next. She had a flashback of her dream, trying to save Fireflight. 'Is that how he'll treat her?' She asked herself. She knew that if she did go and help her, her dream may have showed her her fate. But she couldnt stay and let Nightfire go out of control. She wondered who was worse, Nightfire or Cyan. She hated Cyan and knew he was sick and twisted, but she knew that Nightfire had now become a murderous dragon, and wanted to kill her, along with Fireflight and Bluefire.

"you mean................shes dead?" asked Blackshadow
"not yet...............but she said that Nightfire had a plan of what to do with her" said Bluefire
"we can't let them kill her! we have to save her!"
"how? we couldn't stop them before when we had several dragons with us, what makes you think that we can save her? even if we did, we'd be right back where we started, they would just come after us again"
"but we can't just sit here and do nothing!"
"well, what else can we do? we can try and fight them, and die trying to stop them, we could try to run, but then they would hunt us down and then kill us! we could ask to join them, hoping they'll spare us and let us live! but no matter what we try, they want us dead, and they won't stop untill we are!"
"Bluefire, remember what Fireflight always said, its either win or die! she would never run from a fight, and niether should we!"
"well, if its either win or die, then we're dead!" he said, as he walked out of the room

Bluefire, after going outside, saw that Snow had gone into her room. He didnt bother her, he thought that she had been through enough.

Snow had fallen asleep and hoped that she didnt dream again, and for the first time, she didnt. But that didnt last, she saw Silro once more. This time he was beaten and weak. She went to him and knew that he was going to talk to her.
'Snow........Fireflight...She's in danger......you need to go.....and save her.' He struggled to say to her.
'But how? If i do, she'll be killed!'
'Just because your......dreams have come true so far......doesnt mean that you can prevent it...........you saw what happend..........you can change what you do.' With that, she woke up.

Bluefire had gone to sleep, while Blackshadow looked in the vision pool, he didn't want to think that all hope could be lost, he was trying to think of another plan, he wanted to save Fireflight, and fight the other dragons! he didn't want to just give up!
:meanwhile:
Fireflight still sat in her cell, she thought that she may not have much time left, she just hoped that the others would be ok

Morning soon came. Bluefire woke up to see Snow not there. His initial thought was that she was having a drink or she was with Blackshadow.

Bluefire went to Blackshadow
"hey!" said Blackshadow, he was reading a book
"hey, have you seen Snow? i haven't seen her since last night"
"no, shes probally outside"
"i'll go check" said Bluefire, he went to go find her, he came back in a little while later "i can't find her!"
"what?!"
"shes not out there!"
"do you think took her?!"
"i don't know, but i'm sure they had something to do with it!"
"well, we need to go get her!"
"we can't just go get her, they'll kill us!"
"its better then just sitting here, and giving them the chance to kill her and Fireflight!"
"..........................your right! lets go!" he said, then they left to go save them

Fireflight just sat in her cage, until she heard some fighting going on outside. She thought it might be someone to save her. Snow then burst through the door and went over to Fireflights cage. She began to open it, soon letting Fireflight out. But when they turned, there was a figure.
'You're not going anywhere with her!'

Fireflight looked at the figure, then she got in front of Snow
"leave her alone! i'm the one you want! let her go!" she said, she was starting to glow red, she cared more about Snow then herself, she looked at Snow, she stopped glowing red for a moment, "Snow, you should go! get out of here before its too late! i care more about your safty then mine! just go, leave me here!"

'Im afraid, Fireflight, it's both of you i want!!' All the doors then locked shut. Nightfire then revealed himself and his aura, only this time, it was red.

Fireflight looked at him, she would have glowed red, but knowing it was Nightfire, the dragon she was suppose to protect, she couldn't use her empath powers, she then used her shadow powers to send Snow home, but she stayed behind
"your nothing like Silro, you may think that he would want this, but he dosen't! i know Silro better then you do! i know you won't believe me becuase you were told diffrent, but i bet theres one thing you don't know! you don't know how Silro flet about me! you want to know the truth? the truth is that Silro and i loved each other! i was with him whan he died, his last wish was for me to take care of you! i know you won't believe a word of this, but its the truth! fight all you want to, but Silro wouldn't want you to kill me and i know it!"

'Hahahaha!! I dont care if this isnt what he wanted!! I was born like this!! And only god can change my mind about!! Now step aside!! Like Snow knows, I could kill you without breaking a sweat if i had to!!' He said, his red aura making the floor split in two revealing a lava river.

"you can't kill me with lava!" she said, then she used her shadow powers to hide in the shadows, "do you think i care if you kill me, you'll only be reuniting me with my family! but you have to do better then lava to kill me! you may be powerful, but i'm still an empath, lava dosen't hurt me!" she said, "come on! i know you can do better then that! why don't you show me your real powers! if your going to kill me, you mine as well use your real powers! why don't you show off, don't you want to see just how powerful you really are!" she said, she didn't sound scared at all, she sounded like she was ready for a good fight! she then came out of the shadows, she then stabbed him in the chest with her tail, then hid in the shadows once more

'Pitiful..' The wound very quickly healed. Nightfire then used the least of his powers and unhid her. He the grabbed her by the head. 'You want to use my real powers hey?' He then unleased a very quick, but power blast.

"behind you!" she said, from behind him, "you didn't think you could get rid of me that easily did you?!" she said, "about my attack that you thought was weak, it wasn't meant to kill you!" she said, then she hid in the shadows, then meteors started to attack him, "once again killing you isn't my plan! that wasn't my job! besides i've heard i can't kill you, but it dosen't mean i'll die easily!" she said, she then made an earthquake, making her own lava river, "so, what else you got?!" she asked

Nightfire had disapeared, but Fireflight knew it was a trap.
'Only a hostage!' He appeared behind Fireflight with Snow in his hand. She was unconcious. He then hid in the shadows.

Fireflight was in the shadows, when she heard noises outside, then suddenly Bluefire and Blackshadow ran in, they looked ready to fight!
"wheres Snow?!" Bluefire asked
"Nightfire has her! be careful!" she said, they looked around, then they hid in the shadows, then Blackshadow used his powers, and he got a premonition! then Bluefire combined his powers to summon a terrible storm, with hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, meteors, and earthquakes

But something wasnt right. There was no screams of pain, no sound of movement. The base seemed desserted.
'LOVE TO STAY BUT I GOT TO RUN!!' They heard Nightfire shout from outside. The room then caved in on them too quick for anyone to do anything.

"is everyone ok?!" Fireflight asked
"i'm alive!" said Bluefire, "you ok Blackshadow?!"
"i'm all in one piece!" he said
" at least we're all alive!" she said
"we may not all be for long! he has Snow!" said Bluefire
"then lets go get her!" said Blackshadow
"i wish it were that easy!" he said
"hes right! we have to do something!" she said
"like what? we'll die if we try to save her!" said Bluefire
"well we can't just let her die!" he said
"hes right! lets go save her!" she said
"we still need a plan!" said Bluefire
"we have one! its either win or die! lets go!" said Fireflight, as she led the way, to save Snow

Nightfire hadnt accutly flown off, but waited for them to leave the base so he could continue. His plan worked in getting them away.

Snow woke up and saw Nightfire staring at her. She then tried to move, but had been restrained. She was stuck to a wall.
'What do you want Nightfire?' She asked, scared.
'I want to know how to kill Bluefire and Fireflight!!'
'Im not saying anything to you! You're even worse than Cyan! I cant trust you anymore!' Nightfire just smiled and looked down.
'I thought you wouldnt.......Anyway, im worse than Cyan? Well we'll see about that! If you wont talk..............then i'll make you!' Cyan then stepped in and Nightfire walked out.
'Wait!! Nightfire!!'
'Too late Snowfeather! It's me an you now! I told you i'd be back, and now here i am!'

Fireflight was flying with the guys behind her, when Blackshadow got a premonition!
"guys wait!" he said, they stopped and looked at him
"whats wrong?!" she asked
"what did you see?!" asked Bluefire
"i saw Snow, shes back at the base! Nightfire left her with Cyan!" he said
"oh no! we have to save her!" she said
"well, i'm out of ideas" said Bluefire
"your out of ideas? you alwasy have a plan" he said
"not this time" he said
"well then, we'll have do what we always do!" she said
"win or die?!" asked Blackshadow
"the only plan we have! lets go!" she said

Cyan soon came out of the room. Nightfire was looking down with his eyes closed.
'You.......Ok?' He then looked up opening his eyes.
'I'm fine, what about Snowfeather? Any info?'
'The only info i got was her saying about Bluefire, well, she said the name in all'
'Well then, we got our info then.' Nightfire then walked off. 'Oh, and get Thorn and, someother people. We gonna have visitors.' He said while walking off.
Cyan pausedfor a second, then went and got Thorn. Thorn and three of the group then went and intercepted Fireflight, Bluefire and Blackshadows attack.

Fireflight led the way with the guys right behind her, they hid in the shadows to avoid attacks, then went to Snow, Bluefire went to free Snow, while Fireflight and Blackshadow stayed close by to fight anyone who came after them

Snow had been unconcious since Cyan left.
'Uh...Wha.........what happend? Fireflight?!! No!! Stay back!!'

"Snow, we came to save you!" she said, "we couldn't just leave you here!"
"yeah! we had to come back for you!" said Blackshadow
"we're here to take you home!" said Bluefire
"we won't leave without you!" she said
"we're together untill the end!" said Blackshadow
"come on! lets go home!" said Bluefire, then they used thier shadow powers to get back home

Back at home, evryone was there, except for Snow. Nightfire wasnt letting them go easily, they thought. Fireflight then heard Snow talk to her.
'I can't go with you! I need to stay here!'

"what?! he'll kill you! you can't stay with him!" she said, Bluefire looked in the pool with Blackshadow

'I promise!! I'll come back home! But i need to do something first! Just dont come and save me!!' Snow then stopped talking to her. She knew what she had to do, but she had no plan. She figured she'd make it up as she went along. Her first challenge, was to get out of the cell. She didnt know how to do this, she had no powers and her strength wasnt good.
'Powers........how do i use my powers?!' She thought. She thought about what she had to do, and about Nightfire's corruption. Bluefire and Blackshadow thought she was in serious trouble because of what they saw. She had her eye's closed, loking down and talking to her self. Bluefire thought she had an aura going round her, but when he looked more closely, he saw they were accutual flames. But her feather's werent burning, so how is she doing this, he thought to himself. The flames went all around her body and on the wings, making her a red-orange color. She then made a noise out of her voice which sounded like a hawk. She opened her eye's again.
'Im ready!' She then let go of a fury in which the sound paused for a second before cathing up with the attack. The door was flung off it's hinges and everywhere around her was in fire.

(that is one cool power!)

Fireflight was pacing back and forth she was worried about Snow, the guys had offered to let her look in the pool so she would know whats going on, but she kept pacing, so they decided to keep looking, and they would tell her what was going on
"she used a fury!" said Blackshadow
"one i've never seen before!" said Bluefire
"at least shes ok!" said Fireflight, she was still worried about her

Nightfire was laying down until he heard the explosion, which is when he ran to find out what happened but was stopped by the inferno that Snow had made.
'Holy!!' He shouted when he saw what happened. The smoke was starting to choke him, so he ran to find help, but all of his team were down. He looked at them, and then back to the fire. 'Im guessing that was Snowfeather, well, should i say FIREFEATHER!!' Nightfire's yell was heard by Snow who left the cell and went face to face with Nightfire. He just stood there and looked at her. 'I see you've found you're power!!' He said, amazed by the fact she looked like a Phoenix.
'Beleive me! Im just a shocked about it as you are!' Nightfire then got his dark aura round him again, this time though, it made him look stronger.
'You still think you can beat me?!'
'I'll guess i'll just have to try!!'
'Then DIE!!' He then turned full dark and lunged at her. Snow saw this and dodged, but he came back and started fighting using combat meathods. She also use dcombat fighting and tried to get a hit on him, but the both of them were eveanly matched and couldnt hit eachother. After a while of Fighting like this, Nightfire grabbed hold of one of her hits and threw he backwards to the wall at a lightning speed. There was no fighting for a while, until Snow ran at him and flaming him when she reached him. Nightfire dodged and attacked her with his shadow breat. She retaliated by using a fire fury. He was hit to the wall, then using his shadow fury. They both were panting at this point.
'You have learnt you powers!'
'Beleive me! You helped!'

Bluefire and Blackshadow were watching through the pool, Fireflight had seen what happened and she was worried that Snow might get hurt
"i hope Snow wins!" said Bluefire
"me too!" said Blackshadow
"i hope she'll be ok!" said Fireflight

The fight continued when Nightfire sent five shadow bolts towards Snow, who just dodged every one. Snow then sent a firestorm at Nightfire, who just hid into the shadows until it was over. He then released another Shadow fury. Snow let out a Fire fury to compensate. The two fury's hit each other making them stand still. Nightfire used his shadow powers to make his stronger, Snow did the same, making each blast more powerful. They then continued hand to hand while the furys were still non moving. Snow managed to make damage on Nightfire. But they hadnt noticed the furys and what they were doing. They both went head to head, hearing a massive destructive noise. They both looked and saw the furys, but they were too late. The furys merged and exploded with such a force, sending the two far away and making the base completely collapse. All that was left was ruble.

"Snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" yelled Fireflight, she was worried that she might be dead, "i'm going after her!" she said, as she started to leave
"wait! lets wait a minute to make sure! we can't just go over there, we could get killed!" said Bluefire
"she could get killed if we don't help her!" she said
"Fireflight, we should wait here a minute, if nothing happens then we'll go!" said Blackshadow
"ok! i'll wait, but i'm going if shes hurt!" she said

They soon knew that one of them was alive as the rumble near them began to move. One of the boulders was chucked away to reveal Snow, but she was cut accross the cheek and had blood go down it. She then moved some other boulders away from her as she got out. The blast and the rumble caused her some damage as her body had multiple cuts down it, one of her wings was damaged aswell. She had lost her Phoenix power and now was worried. She looked around franticly.
'NIGHTFIRE!!!!' She yelled, hoping for an answer. After waiting, she limped accross the rumble to find Nightfire. She walked quite far considering her current state.
'NIGHTFIRE!!!!' She then waited for something, but silence loomed around her. 'please dont tell me he's dead!' She said to herself as she shed a tear. She yelled once more, and this time, heard him cough. She ran towards where the noise came from and moved one of the boulders. She saw his face and how damaged he was. His eye's were closed, and Snow thought she was too late.
'Nightfire?!' She picked his head up. His eye's then opened to see her. He saw the damage she was in aswell and wondered why she was helping him.
'Why?...............Why are you.........here?' Snow thought for a short time, with another tear shed. This time of joy.
'Because.........Nightfire............no matter how you acted, i still love you.' He managed to free one of his arms and Snow took hold of it.
'But i......tried to kill you........' He managed to say. His eye's werent fully open, in fact they were barely open. He was struggling to do much at all.
'I dont care! I didnt do my best in the fight.............because........well........i didnt want you to die.' Nightfire took a bit of time to accept this.
'Then......what do........you want..............from me?' Snow came a little closer.
'What i've wanted for ages.................a normal life..........with you and a child to care for........' She was still crying. Nightfire looked at her for a long time.
'I'm sorry..............sorry for doing...........those things.............to you'
'It's ok................You were born that way..............you would have found out about you're dad anyway..........' The was a pause.
'Can you..............forgive me?'
'Of course i can.' She said. She then gave him a kiss.

Bluefire and Blackshadow watched to make sure they were ok, they were happy to see them bot halive, and to see that Nightfire wasn't trying to kill her, but when they looked to see where Fireflight was, they noticed she was gone!
"wheres Fireflight?!" asked Blackshadow
"i know! look!" said Bluefire looking in the vision pool, then they saw Fireflight just now landing where Snow and Nightfire were
"she couldn't wait! she already left!" said Blackshadow
"she cares about them! she wanted to make sure they were ok!" he said
:meanwhile: Fireflight was running up to them
"Snow! Nightfire! your ok! your alive!" she said

Nightfire smiled when he heard Fireflights voice and chuckled a bit.
'I thought.............were alone........' Snow chuckled a bit too.
'I thought we were too.'

Fireflight looked at them, "i'm just happy your both ok! the guys are back home, don't worry i just got here so you were alone, for a few minutes anyway!" she looked at them, then they heard voices, they looked to see Bluefire and Blackshadow just now landing and walking up to them
"thanks for leaving without us!" said Blackshadow, he was being sarcastic
"i didn't mean to! i wanted to make sure they were ok!" she said
"well, you could have at least waited a minute!" he replied
"no she couldn't! it dosen't matter what we say, she would have left no matter what!" said Bluefire

'Looks like we wont be alone for a while now.....' Snow said as she chuckled. Snow then pushed off the other boulder on top of him and put him on her back.
'Thanks............the boulder started to crush me.' She looked back at him.
'Just be thankfull i didnt leave you there'

Fireflight looked at them, "well, if you two are ready we can go home! i won't leave anyone behind!" she said
"we know by now Fireflight!" said Blackshadow
"i just want to make sure everyone gets home!" she said
"yeah, well, sometimes i think you care just a little too much!" he said
"would you two be quiet! lets just go home!" said Bluefire
"hes right! lets go home!" she said

Snow then took flight and carried Nightfire home. Not long later, she turned her head to Nightfire.
'I hope we get home soon. My wings are killing me' Nightfire saw her damaged wing and knew why.

Fireflight was leading the way home, when she saw Snow's wing, she then got worried, then she went over and started to carry Snow home, while Bluefire carried Nightfire

'Thank you.'

Fireflight looked at her, "no problem! i noticed your wing is hurt, so i had to help!" she said
"we're home!" yelled Blackshadow as he landed at home, Bluefire landed after him with Nightfire, then Fireflight came with Snow
"home at last!" she said

A couple of days soon went by and Nightfire was in the Vision Pool room with Bluefire. They were talking about his and Snow's powers and how no one had seen them before.
'So what you're saying is.....' Nightfire was about to ask, when Snow interuppted him from a different room.
'Nightfire..........i need you're help.'

Bluefire looked at her, "whats wrong Snow?!" he asked worriedly

'I dont know' He said, leaving the room for Snow.
He walked down the hallway to Snow's room and went in. 'What's wrong Sno........' He looked at what he saw in shock, then got a smile on his face.

Bluefire was in the vision pool room, when Fireflight walked in with Blackshadow
"wheres Snow and Nightfire?" she asked
"i don't know, they went to Snow's room" he said
"i'll go check on them" she said, as she left the room, Blackshadow stayed with Bluefire, while Fireflight walked down the hall to Snow's room

Nightfire sat down next to Snow. Snow was smiling as well. He was speachless about what to say.

Fireflight knocked on the door, "is everything ok?" she asked, she didn't want to just barge in

'Should we show her?' Nightfire asked.
'I think it's ok.' She said, resting her hand.
'Fireflight, you can come in.' Fireflight then came in and saw why the two were happy. Snow was protecting her own, black, dragon egg.

Fireflight walked over to them, "an egg?! this is wonderful!" she said
