Nitro Magna Charge Gold?? Lol...they make him sound like he's a gold varient....for that price, you're better off getting something else. I love how he used the back of the box to "show off" the "Gold" Magna Charge too. And what's with the crappy spacing for the description? On my computer, it's scrunched so close, you have trouble discerning it without highlighting.

I don't think he really expects to get that for it. Sometimes people set a price that won't be met with the intention of getting people to make offers on it to judge what it is worth if they aren't really sure.

Besides, that one would be really, really easy to fake. Buy the two different three packs, pop them in the freezer to get the bubbles to pop off, re-glue to each other and whammo, two "rare, manufacturer errors".

One of the reasons I avoid buying errors online. They can all be faked.

I guess I'm missing something unless it has been corrected already but I don't see anything wrong with the second listing you are reporting. It clearly states in the description that its the just the cards that are being sold. The only discrepancy that I see if him saying new for the condition, but if he never removed the cards and just pulled the figures out then technically they are new and unopened and he also states opened for the packaging part. Maybe I just missed something. To me its not worth buying but for some who knows.

Wow ... that's terrible. It's actually a violation of eBay policy to charge excessive shipping charges to the Buyer. I never could figure out exactly how eBay determines "excessive" versus "not excessive" for shipping charges, but I feel pretty comfortable saying that $800 for shipping of an item that weighs less than 1 pound ... yeah, that's qualifies as excessive.

Plus ebay is going to take a good portion of those shipping charges.

You should watermark images of new things across an important part of the image (like the label or the middle, somewhere with a lot of background colors and not at the edge where it can be cropped), that usually prevents that.
