Starfire flew back to the temple. she knew what to do.

Something black and small washed up on the beach.

Starfire landed outside the elder's temple, and rushed inside.

OOC: Holy Crap!, thats alot of "OOC" posts.... it took me a couple moments to read them .
Frostbolt was still next to fireflight, trying to comfort her at least alittle. Frostfire paced back in forth at the entrance of the cave. However, Nova was still at temple of Wryms. He too, was pacing back forth.
"can I leave yet?"

Spyra looked across the horizen,and saw flying creatures with axes and fire bombs,she imeadetly noticed them,stummbled,then shouted,"GRUBLINS IN THE LANDS! PREPARE TO FIGHT! PROTECT YOURSELVES!" She shouted,running past FrostBolt and FireFlight.

OOC: Soz I has nut been posting..really busy latley with school and stuffs..xD

Fireflight was getting weaker. she could barely keep her eyes open, and she had a harder time breathing.

Starfire rushed inside the temple. she ran into the library, breathing deeply. Fire strained to lift her head to see Star.
"i know what the cure is...." Star said, walking over to Fireflight.
"that's wonderful. what is it?" Goldstar asked.
"my blood...."

Frostbolt cringhed. "thats odd.... but i have heard of worse..." he said standing up and getting a vial. He walked ovet to starfire and cut her arm open and put the vial up to the cut.

Starfire groaned as her blood poured into the vile. it soon filled up to the top.
"ok. that's good. now, go help her" she said.
"is she suppose to......drink it?" Goldstar asked.
"i don't know" Star replied.

"theres only one way to tell.." he said as he pour the blood down fireflights throat.

Fireflight swallowed the blood. she still seemed to be very weak.
"it didn't work!" Star growled, throwing a book agaist the wall.
"Starfire, calm down. everything will be fine. we just need to try something else" Goldstar said.

"let me go dispose of the vial.. and the rest of the blood..." he said as he walked walked into the back courtyard. As he walked out to the woods he looked into the vial. "Hmmm.... I wonder what it tastes like?.... " he hesitated for a few seconds and then drank the little bit of blood that was still there. "hhm... ehh." he shrugged and swallowed it. he then disposed of the vial and ald walked back into the library.

Starfire thought about what the dragon had said. that the blood of an empath would cure her.
"Nightflight!" she exclaimed.
"what?" Goldstar asked. and before Starfire could explain, she ran off to find Nightflight.

Frostbolt held his head and looked down. "wow.... whys the ground spinning?" he said as he stumbled and fell over.

Starfire dragged Nightflight into the library, with Shadow following them.
"can someone tell me why i'm being dragged in here?" Night complained. Star led her to Fire, and then let go of her.
"heal her" Star said to Night. Night chuckled.
"you're joking, right?" Starfire looked completely serious. "you're not joking.....look, Star, i can't heal, i don't have that power"
"you don't need it. i was told that your blood will heal her"
"what? you mean, she has to drink my blood? um, ew. besides, it won't work. blood doesn't heal anything. it's normally used for potions"
"well, either way, today is blood donation day, and you're our next donar" Star said, handing her a dagger.
"i'm not giving my blood to anyone. whoever told you that would help, seriously just played you"

"naw.. you do..it.." frostolt stumbling around and stabbing nightflight's arm just enough to make her bleed.

STarfire grabbed Frostbolt, and held him up.
"woah. easy, Frost. what happened to you?" she asked. Shadow took Night's blood, and made Fire drank it. Fire swallowed a big gulp, and then spit the rest out. she then coughed uncontrolably, and her tounge started to turn black.
"i told you my blood wouldn't help" Night said.

"i drank a little bit of your blood, and I feel really... wierd..." he said as he stumbled into starfire and then fainted.

Starfire layed him gently on the ground.
"uh oh...." a female elder said, reading a book.
"what is it, Goldmind?" Goldstar asked.
"i just read something that i should have seen sooner. Nightflight is right. when wanting to heal someone, drinking someone else's blood doesn't help, in fact, it often makes things worse"
"and did you even listen to me? no, of course not"
"Night! shut up! my mom may die, and i don't have time for your crap right now!" Star growled.

ooc: bye

Whatever was there didn't move

meanwhile, the black dragons were out flying over the land. then one looked down and spotted something at the beach.
"look there!" he shouted to the others as he pointed the object that lay there. they all soon landed on the beach, looking down at what they had found.

It was a small black child, not breathing at first.

"it is only a child. let us go" one said.
"wait" said another. "it is black like us, and it isn't breathing"
"so?" asked the first, not caring for the creature.
"so, it may be of use to us. i say we help it, and bring it back to our lair"
"fine. do what you want, but i am going to the temple" he said. then one of them flew away. the other picked up the child. he looked at the others.
"anyonw who does not want to help this child can head for the temple. anyone else is allowed to come back with me" he said. then he flew towards the lair. the others looked amongst themselves before flying towards the temple.

It didn't react.

the black dragon made it back to his lair. he placed the child down on a small stone table, and then started breathing air into the child's lunges.

It then coughed out seawater and breathed.

the dragon looked at the child.
"are you alright?" he asked.

It's eyes were shut, but it twitched

the black dragon got a piece of meat, and layed it down beside the child.
"uh, if you're hungry, you can eat that"

It twitched more like it was having a nightmare.

the black dragon placed his paw on the child, and shoke it gently.
"hey. wake up. are you ok?"

'...h.r..n.... .z.....zenith...''

"Zenith?" the dragon asked. "is that your name?"

It then woke panting hard.

"are you ok?" he asked.

'W..Who are you?' It asked, sounding male.

"my name is Nightheart. i'm a black dragon. i found you at the beach. and who are you? are you lost?"

'..Rauron... ...Where am i?'

"you're in my lair. we're alone for now, but the others should be back soon. they may not want you here. you see, it was my idea to save you, they wanted to leave you at the beach"

'.......where is she..?'

"she? who do you mean?"

'...my mum....'

"i'm sorry.....i didn't see anyone with you at the beach....." he said, concerned. then roaring could be heard outside. "they're back....quick, i have to get you out of here, can you move?"

He tried to get up, but groaned as he fell.

the roaring grew closer.
"there's no time to wait. i'll have to carry you" he said. then he picked up Rauron, and carried him outside. he then flew away as the other black dragons had entered the lair.

He groaned

Nightheart flew over the ocean.
"is there somewhere i can take you? a home perhaps?"

OOC: hello, i am back.. well.. for a little bit..
Frostbolt stood back up. "well.. that was odd... umm... never drinkin your blood again star... curiosity got the better of me.."

OOC:...o...k... Wierd combination of CD image crao and now the disc works.....yay

Starfre looked at Fireflight. Fire slowly started turning black.
"i'm guessing that's a side effect of her drinking my blood?" Night asked.
"yes, i believe so" Goldmind replied. "i guess drinking the blood of a dark empath is somehow changing Fireflight"
"is there any way to reverse the effects?" goldstar asked.
"i'm not sure"
"then you better get sure!" Star snarled.
"Starfire--" Goldstar began to say.
"no! don't tell me to calm down! my mom is dying, and now she's changing! if no one here is going to do something about this, then i will!" then Starfire ran outside. Fire raised her head. then using what little strenght she had, Fire roared, trying to get Star's attention.

Frostbolt followed starfire but kept tripping but eventually cught her her and drgged her back inside. "come.. on... your mom is try.. t..to get your attenti...attent.. " he fainted again.
