"You're right.," Raclaw said now looking up at Durza. "But I'm not sure if I'll be able to provide the right training. I mean... I was barely taught myself. How can someone like me ever hope to teach him all that he needs to know?," he then said expressing doubt in his own abilities as a mentor.

In a corner not so far away, Kronos was sleeping. However he wasn't a very heavy sleeper, and was hearing most of the conversation. He didn't think much of Raclaw's insecurity. As a matter of fact, he was happy about it. He couldn't stand a know-it-all, so what made him happy about Raclaw training him was that not only that he would teach him, but Kronos could help him be a superb teacher.

Durza understood "I get that. I wasn't sure of my teaching abilities as well at one point. look if you ever need some advice feel free to ask me."

"I will... thank-you.," Raclaw said thankful of how understanding Durza was. He only hoped he was up to the task.

Durza could feel Raclaw's aura glow brighter and was happy to know that he helped bost his confidence. Nightshade shivered as he tried to keep warm by the fire "man I hate the cold." said Nightshade through chattering teeth.

ooc: what happened to everyone?

ooc: guys?

OOC: We just don't know how to continue. It's up to Spyroconvexity to decide that

Kronos continued to doze off, waiting for Raclaw to make the first step in training him. That way, with the next mission, he would be much more helpful to the group.

OOC: It's been awhile. Where exactly are we right now?

Raclaw watched as Kronos dozed off, thinking of how he would begin the training. He thought back to how he learned-- or rather how he experimented. Kronos would have to do the same at least in the beginning-- except he would be there and the two would work on it together. He had an idea... he would first need to get Kronos to trigger his powers on his own and at will.

"Soon...," he said laying down aside the dragon. "We will begin soon and I will tell you a bit more about myself.," he then said knowing that his roots could very apply to the training.

Durza chuckled at Nightshade. Nightshade wanted to glare at him but was too cold to do so without looking rediculuse. even with the worm clothing and fire he was freezing.

ooc: hullo?

Nightmare looked at him and said "I-I h-hate the c-c-cold." his teeth chattering violently.

ooc: you already posted that and he already responded.

Nightshade nodded "yes please."

Nikghtshade nodded and said "thank you"

Meanwhile, Kronos had woken up and was taking a little stroll. He was sure his new teacher was going to do just fine with him, and what was best, he wasn't a professional, so he was looking forward to teach him as well.

"With what we've faced so far, it doesn't bother me." Kronos said cockily, believing that he has seen anything. He was sick of being cramped in that cave, so he needed that walk.

It was thankfully enough to convince Kronos to return, but it still infuriated him being there.
"Can't we go to a place where the creatures that are there DON'T want to kill us!?" he said sarcastically, believing it was not natural for any creature to kill for the sake of it and nothing more.

Kronos imagined the explanation was that, but it still bothered him.
"Well either way, why can't there be more civilized creatures like us?" he asked, thinking for the longest time that dragons were more dominant than anything else.

Durza sighed "even if their were they would most likely be very hostile due to the harsh climit, and if they were more civilized it could mean we would have to fight them in groups most likely."

ooc: true but he's at the entrance.

Durza decides to listen and goes to the fire. Nightshade was already their and if he was any closer his worm cloths would catch fire.

Raclaw, meanwhile, was asleep and dreaming of the past. In his dream, he was alone in the woods after a terrible event had occurred. Feelings of loneliness and slight emptiness could be felt off the fur dragon-- for those sensitive enough to feel it.

Durza was able to feel it from a mile away. he himself has felt that kind of pain before ad knew what it was like. letting himself radiate a calming energy he went closer to Raclaw to comfort him.

Durza nodded "I know the feeling. his sadness alone tells me his story and I know his pain."

As Durza comforted him-- Raclaw's thoughts turned to something a little happier and he was seeing his family again. Even if only for a little while.

Nightshade nodded in agreement "I'll get dad back. even if it kills me." Durza says "don't worry we will."

OOC: I'll see if I can keep up. It's been so long.

Kronos was very away from everybody, even from Raclaw himself. He was sleeping so confortably when all Kronos wanted was to train and be useful to that group.

"The cold doesn't bother me." he said stoically, not wanting any company as usual.

Durza looks at him and says "you may have the power of ice but even Ice Dragons can get frost bite. I suggest you get over here before you lose a foot."

"Oh alright! Just to get you guys from pestering me!" he said, approaching the group like a sourpuss.

Raclaw then gently woke up; awaken by the commotion but at peace once again. He looked over at Durza and gave a thankful nod for the memory.

Kronoswas pacing around, doubting his usefulness to that group. He didn't want to rush Raclaw, but he really wanted to be trained.
