So I'm guessing how this show is going to work is that every Skylander is going to be split up into squads of five, with one of them being a more mature and experienced Skylander to mentor them and stuff. So basically...

SQUAD 1: Spyro, Pop Fizz, Stealth Elf, Eruptor, Jet-Vac (Mentor)
SQUAD 2: Hex, Roller Brawl, Wind-Up, Unknown, Unknown (Mentor)

I'm glad a Skylanders tv show is finally a thing. I think this'll eclipse Friendship is Magic because it's been slowing down for a couple of years, whereas this is new, fresh and exciting.

I wonder if there will be stories alluding to the original Spyro games like maybe the Skylanders land on Avalar and have to fight Ripto or Gnasty Gnorc. Maybe an excuse for Spyro to meet his PS1 and LoS counterparts from other dimensions.

Let's hope it'll be one of the better adaptations if not the best tv show based on a game. Perhaps Sonic SATAM is the toughest one to beat.

Either way, a TV show fits way better for this series anyway. It can fit in way more Skylanders and references to the games than a movie ever could. I have faith!
