Umm.. I can't find same pic nobody trailer. And I think, second trailer's end, where something comes out of volcano, THIS IS Malefor. But we don't know...

No, that's the Destroyer coming out of the volcano, not Malefor. He's still a purple dragon, not a lava monster.
